Payment issues for starting membership
I was sent to a site named landing.brazzersnetwork.com I clicked on start membership and was offered a deal for a month of service for $14.99 when I tried to pay my card was declined. So I approved the purchase with my bank. When I tried to start membership through Brazzers.com it doesn't give me the same price or offer. I have screenshots of the price and the site I visited
Desired outcome: I would like your company to honor the same price and deal I was offered. That's just good business practice
Brazzers Subscription refund
I couldnt cancel my brazzers subscription (24th of september) in the menus so i had to contact them after the two day trial enden they charged me of 39$ because i supposevi eas still subscribed to the trial. I contacted them (26th of september), i asked about this situation but the only thing that they offered me is plus one month of subscription, later i asked for a refund because of the problem and i didnt get any answers or my money back.
It was a 2 day trial but they charged me after it ended and i cant get my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund because of the problems in my account

Rip off
cancelled my memebership last month and got the email to confirm on August 18th that i did and they still charged me this month on september 18th.
That is beyond unproffessional and above all that it's theft. If it's not resolve in the nexst week i will go to the more strcit authorities.
They stole my money and i want it back as soon as possiple.

Brazzers is ghastly and nasty rip off. Low quality videos, redirection to sister sites where you gonna be charged twice more, bogus charges even after you cancel. Just avoid this crappy garbage! There are high quality sites with awesome live videos like J4Sex - they‘re having big sale now, I’m gonna act upon this and have fun this weekend.
There are low quality but free porn sites. But Brazzers is a joke of a site. They want you to pay for what’s available for free. But the worst thing is that they gather your financial data and they misuse it later on when you forget about them. Be wary of this fraud!
billing fraud
I signed up for a trial monthly subscription for 7.99 which I cancelled right after I signed up. . I checked my email and I never got any confirmation for subscription or cancellation. After 2-3 months I see several 7.99 weekly charges from probiller and I contacted the customer care. Looks like when I cancelled my monthly subscription it was "upgraded" to a weekly subscription with automatic renewal. This should not be case and they should refund the charges.
Desired outcome: Return all the weekly charges $8*7.99

Brazzers/Reality Kings/Probiller
Do not under any circumstances sign up for one of these services. They are intentionally defrauding people who sign up for these two websites. I purchased a $9.99 membership on May 9. 2021. I immediately canceled the rebill after signing up. Probiller and the site continued charging me $29.99 a month up until this month. Without being aware that they were defrauding me for over a year, I signed up again for the $9.99 one month trial for both Brazzers and Reality Kings. First they attempted to provide me only a 2 day limited trial even though I signed up for the one month full access trial which was laden with upcharge links to attain the access that I had already paid for. I had to call Probiller to get the access that I already paid for for both sites. At that time I canceled both sites. Once again Probiller and Brazzers and Reality Kings continued to charge me 32.99 this time even though I canceled same day as the purchase was made. Do not sign up for either of these scam sites. Given them your credit card you may as well post your number online.
Desired outcome: I want ever penny of the money they stole from me back (29.99 x 14 + 32.99 x 2) and a formal apology.

I have called your billing support team multiple times and you are part of the fraud. Their response was "we can cancel your membership now". Refusing to acknowledge that I had canceled my membership and my access to the websites was removed after the first month (when I actually canceled). Because I called so many times they ultimately refunded 4 of the 14 months from which 29.99 was stolen from me by Brazzer and Probiller and when I asked for the security officer/manager they pretended to check and then said each time that "none was available". Probiller should be closed and the appropriate parties indicted as a business and Brazzers / Reality Kings should be shut down as they are criminal enterprises as obvious from the same complaint over and over again in these reviews.
Billing fraud
June 24th I signed up for the 1 dollar trial and tried to cancel after the two days. It would not allow me to do so. They then charged my card for a full month. Then today the 29th they charged me again for 89.00. I have no idea what’s going on and nobody is even trying to help me at all from their billing. It just says the link is bad and that’s it

You have scammed me out of god knows how much money, you keep billing me around 1 euro, multiply times each month, and i cancled my membership in December 2021, its still going on, and its now May 2022 its OUTRAGEOUS you should be ashamed of your selfs!

Cancelling Trial Membership
On March 9th I tried out the Brazzers 2 days for $1 trial. I made sure to click no on the very small printed text saying I give them permission to charge me 39.99 in perpetuity per month or some mess. Made sure to cancel my account on March 10th as I wasn't impressed with the contents enough to pay $14.99 to Reality Kings every month. Then I made sure to delete my account so that I wouldn't get ads for porn ads to my email or that I would mistakenly still get charged.
Unsurprisingly, I still get charged outside the agreed amount. A dollar a week for 8 weeks until I notice something is off with my spending history. Contacting customer service I discover that I had somehow signed up for the "Dollar Babes" deal, where I pay a dollar a week to see... I'm not sure. A google search yields no results for what this deal is and when glancing through the same trial landing page there is absolutely nothing said about this program. Not to mention, the account was deleted. How was I supposed to access content for a site where my account is no longer accessible?
Desired outcome: I'm not petty enough to want 8 dollars back. A response as to what is going on would probably be nice.

I just got charged $40 for no reason
A while ago, I used the $1 for 2 days subscription, cancelling it after paying $2. Today, I was charged $39.47 after cancelling 2 weeks ago. Thats some total BS.

And I have no way of getting my content?! That is not cool and doesn't seem fair. I got no warning and now my content is lost forever!? This is not cool😡

I have been trying to cancel my trial for the last few days as to not be charged for the upcoming month and brazzers billing service has been no help I can’t not login into probiller but I can log into brazzers fine I have been on hold for multiple hours and waiting in a live chat to no avail I do not understand why it is this hard to cancel my account and get my card off the brazzers pro biller
