I am writing regarding a couple recent issues I had experienced with Branded Surveys that were disregarded by company. On January 20 and January 23, I fully completed two surveys that I was not properly credited for. On Jan. 20, I fully completed the survey 'dandelion nice beluga' worth 140 pts, and on Jan. 23 I completed 'scarlet nice crab' for 79 pts . All questions were thoroughly and honestly answered, and it took over 30 minutes to do so. At the end of the surveys, I was not awarded the points or redirected back to the website. According to the survey log, there was a "Technical Error". I submitted a report, along with the specific link and screenshots of the completion of the survey. After five days, I received a report that I was only credited 35 pts (of 140) and 10 pts (of 79), respectively. I then sent an email to Vaishali R regarding this and offered to send links, additional screenshots of my progress, and give a whole list of specific questions I was asked for surveys.

I've been working on my gobranded account for a while now, less than 2 weeks though, had 1000 points, when I got to redeem I didn't feel safe to provide my real phone number, they already have my ID and address, and all the info a normal site would need, worked hard and provided my best quality of answers to their surveys, when I went to redeem my points the button wasn't there, it was there before I reached 1k points, they said I've provided false number which made me lose my right to redeem, although when I did provide my number they didn't send verification pin, now they say my account was deactivated and I can't redeem the verified points which I've earned, as a brand they can't go on thinking they can scam people like that, even if my account was deactivated you;'ve already made me work, and should pay for my works worth! you can't simply do that! their support answer no e-mail but with the same [censored] response every time and that itself is a problem, I need my works worth!

Hi so I have been using branded survey and I havent been able to redeem my points for the last two days and I did email customer service but I havent been able to get a hold of them just sad because I thought it was a good business.
I had earned over $50 (which had been approved) through the site however when I have gone to redeem I have been unable to redeem my points. After several attempts at contacting them, I was told my account was flagged with no explanation about why or instructions on how to resolve this. At no point while taking surveys was I told my account was flagged or at risk of being flagged. I attempted to contact them several more times about this with no response. I want to redeem the points that I rightly earned and that have been approved. This company is having people spend significant amounts of time to complete surveys without paying people out for their work.

Branded Surveys (or MintVine) operates a website that promises reward points for completing surveys. When an account holder reaches *** points, they can cash out for a $10 gift certificate towards various merchants. However, Branded Surveys engages in false advertising and claims. After completing surveys, Branded Surveys routinely and frequently takes the points away from the survey taker account at a later date with vague accusations that the survey taker answered the questions dishonestly. They keep the data they accumulate from survey takers however, so in effect they are scamming people into taking surveys and have little intention of paying for many of them. They refuse to give any examples of any such dishonest answers on surveys. They now owe me about $14 and refuse to allow me to cash out. I am enclosing screenshots of all of the awards Branded Surveys has given me in just the last few weeks for great survey responses, which proves they are lying about dishonest responses.

I went to log on day 3 and my account was suspended. I emailed customer support and they wont give me a reason why my account is suspended, they wont take the suspension off my account, AND they wont let me cash out the 25$ I earned

I signed up with Branded Surveys formerly Mintvine last week. Once I was active on their site, I began taking surveys to produce points leading to a payout. For 3 days and several hours, I was working towards 500 points which is the minimum for a $5 payout. This was somewhat difficult, as some surveys either disqualified me, or did not provide my points after I finished the survey. However, once I reached 528 points, I was ready for my first payout. As requested at the initial activation, I set up a Paypal account and linked it to my Branded account. At no time during activation did they ask me to verify my email, cell number, or address. It wasn't until I had spent "hours" on the surveys did they request verification of these items, when it should have been at activation. When I requested payout, then they indicated I needed a non VoIP# or non landline# to receive payment. A VoIP or landline is the only phone lines I have. Branded has refused to pay me without a non VoIP phone line.

My account has never had any problems but when i recently tried to take a survery it told me my accoutn was locked and to talk to customer service id it was a mistake. I answered all sirveys honestly and took my time to make sure i didnt mess up any security questions. I emailed customer service and did not get a reply. I cant access my account now or even cash out any of the point i have now.

Hi I'm gonna keep it brief. I just started this enjoyable survey site yesterday 8.26.2022. The problem comes in play after my first cash out. All my surveys was approved and ready for my second cash out. But upon attempting my second cash out my paypal preference which is paypal to obtain my rewards was not accessible. At this point all surveys are approved and ready. It was the second attempt I noticed it wasnt happening. I didnt bend any rules or do anything out of the ordinary. All of a sudden I'm locked out no longer able to enter. Wow, I did all to the best of my ability and my ability was at it best with all approved surveys and for this to happen out of the blue for no apparent reason is beyond wrong. I just want this matter to be resolved and me informed of the cause. It was only $4.81. But its painful because I did nothing wrong. I would like to be compensated for my effort at least. Please look into this matter. I'd definitely appreciate it. I love the site and enjoy the surveys. I thank you in advance and let's come to a positive conclusion.Sincerely

Hello, I'd like to file a complaint regarding lack of a payout from Branded Surveys. Actually, Branded already responded to my previous Complaintsboard.com complaint for the same exact matter. They claimed whatever error with my account was fixed. That i was free to carry on with business. That was from 8/29/2022. The error has not been lifted. I still cannot take surveys. I cannot request a payout (over $80). I actually replied through Complaintsboard.com last time that I did not accept the resolution (because it wasn't resolved). No response. Two direct messages to CS have gone unanswered (making it 4 total from beginning that have not been returned). I would like the money I've earned and that Branded has acknowledged is in an account with no issues. From the Complaintsboard.com resolution from 8/29: "Our team has reviewed your account information and determined your account to be in good standing. As such, we have re-activated your account. You may now easily utilize your account and participate in more point-earning opportunities." Can someone kindly look into? I notice that they apparently reply to Complaintsboard.com. Perhaps someone can ask them to carry out resolutions already promised. Thank you.

I am unable to redeem my survey earnings from Branded Surveys. I reached out to the company on January 7 to inquire about this and they responded on January 8 with a generic response of "Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys regarding your account. We aim to ensure our community is full of attentive panelists who are able to dedicate their time to answering surveys with honesty and care. Through a thorough review, your account was found to have violated our Terms of Service. In order to ensure we retain quality for our partners, your account has been deactivated." I responded on January 8 to ask how I violated the terms of service. Branded Surveys has not still not responded back to me with an explanation of how I violated the terms of service. I have responded to surveys correctly and attentively and I should be able to redeem my earnings. I would like Branded Surveys to explain exactly how I violated the terms of service or allow me to redeem my earnings. The funny thing is that I can still log in to my account and complete surveys and earn more points, but I just cannot redeem the earnings. Branded Surveys is trying to scam its users.

The registration did not ask for a cell phone number much less require that I have one to participate. It asked for my email address, zip code, name, and date of birth; I provided correct information for these items. Had I been told that I needed to own a cell phone to participate I would not have participated. I earned $5.33 by taking surveys and tried to redeem this (i.e. get paid) but was refused for lack of possessing a cell phone. I contacted Branded Surveys to ask that it pay me by check or otherwise (e.g. PayPal, Gift card, bank transfer) but was told to buy a cell phone and then I could get paid. I.e., to get the $5.33 I have earned I must now, retroactively, pay a much higher sum of money to buy a cell phone I don't want (and in the process lose money instead of gaining the $5.33 I earned). In supporting documents I show the registration process with a dummy registration to show the above is true.)

I'd like to address a complaint about MintVine company's other business name: Branded Surveys, Gobranded. I am a regular research contributor to the company business. I've set up a second account to have more work with them. My registration had been accepted and have accumulated several payable works for them. My payout process has been declined with the policy requirement that I cannot have two accounts for the same telephone number. The issue is that the company has been worked with my second account making money: *** After all, they refer me to policy concern when they need to pay me. I believe that it is clear of misconduct against trading standards as they deny only the payment stage but still completing work tasks for their benefit. I've been denied to receive 7.7 equivalent to $ *** and accumulated another 3 equivalent to $ 4 that I offered to leave for the business if they pay the 7.7. The customer service team impolitely ignored my requests, therefore, I wish to claim extra compensation from the company for the extra time and intellectual effort. Have been burned in the past doing survey sites, but managed to accumulate the initial $6.50 needed to make a payout minimum. Decided upon PayPal, did all that was requested and was told to wait a certain amount of time to see the reward come in. I was promptly locked out of my account for an unspecified reason. I contacted support regarding it and explaining this very issue. Received reply today which states as follows from ***,"Hello, Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys regarding your account. We aim to ensure our community is full of attentive panelists who are able to dedicate their time to answering surveys with honesty and care. Through a thorough review, your account has been suspended. Thank you,***"Absolutely no reasonable explanation given considering I diligently was doing surveys and maybe had hiatuses in between no more than a day, and I'm being penalized right after I cashed out. Time theft and reward theft with an account suspension. I was recommended this but now I know that was a huge mistake and will be passing this information on. Unacceptable and disappointing. Waste of time.

As a member of Branded Surveys I had taken many successful and earned decent rewards. I had never had a survey denied as fraudulent. This company uses a quality score and mine was well above 100. I recently tried to collect $70 in earnings, but much to my surprise and disappointment, my cash out attempt was denied. I was told that I should update my profile and try again. I thought this was odd since I always take great care to answer honestly, but since personal information on surveys can often overlap into different categories or be somewhat confusing, I looked it over anyway. I was allowed to continue taking surveys in the meantime and now had amassed $100 worth of points. Again my claim was denied. I then inquired with customer service, which was not easy to find on the website, and was told that I had violated their Terms of Service and was banned from the site. When I responded and asked which rule I had broken I was told that their secondary review team had made the decision. I have since requested that my $100 be credited to me and for further clarification by have received no response. Branded Surveys has responded to my review on *** repeating that I should contact customer service, which is obviously not helpful. They only seem to care when a negative review is made!

In that 4 days I received 37 separate emails from Branded Surveys, each one urging me to "Act fast! Your next survey is available" and "New survey! Get paid for your opinion right now!". I finally earned enough points to request a "payout", but when I went to log in I got a message saying "Oops! Looks like you're unable to participate in our surveys. If you think this is a mistake, please contact support and we would be happy to verify your account." So I did. (Twice.) I have contacted with them at least hundred time about this issue but they don't give me a solution till now. When I email them after 1-2 days they reply with a generic automated email like this- ""Hello, Thank you for reaching out to Branded Surveys. At Branded we expect our users to answer survey questions truthfully and to the best of their ability. At times our partners will check to ensure the quality of your survey answers. It has been brought to our attention that your responses were rejected. Unfortunately, this has caused a block on your account and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."" I asked them to give me a legitimate reason why surveys that I've successfully completed should be rejected but they don't say anything about it. They already deducted points equivalent rejected surveys then why blocked me? I'm a branded elite gold Member and my account health also excellent. It's enough! wanted a solution but I'm totally frustrated, frustrated.

I joined Branded Surveys at the end of August 2022 and have been doing surveys with them since. I have done 100s of surveys each month earning Gold status every week and cashed out multiple times. I have enjoyed doing the surveys in my free time despite the many issues that come up while doing them. I have encountered not getting paid after completing surveys, surveys quota filling up while working on them resulting in not getting credit, and working on very long surveys to get screened out at the end. It does get frustrating when it happens especially when I take my time and provide thoughtful and honest answers. I double check each question so I don't miss any of the attention checks and choose the best choice if nothing fits my exact answer. The questions and answers can be worded very strangely or choices given aren't exact. I tried to sign on and do more surveys on November 29 2022 but got the message "You have completed all of your surveys!" I have not received any surveys since and my redemption button is now gone. I reattached my payout method because they reset my previous preference but I still can not redeem my remaining funds I have in my account. I have sent 2 support emails to try and get everything sorted out but did not receive any answers. I would like to be able to do surveys again and redeem my funds in the account.

I always make sure to provide accurate, thoughtful and truthful answers to every survey as I really appreciate the opportunity to share my opinion and earn rewards on the platform.Last time I tried to complete a survey, I was met with an error message saying my account was blocked and that I won't be able to participate anymore. I did not understand as I always apply myself and I always provided true answers and stayed vigilant for attention checks .I contacted support but was only provided with a general answer telling me that there was an issue with a survey and that I won't be able to participate anymore.I think it is very unfair as I completed tons of surveys with success but was immediately blocked with no explanation and no opportunity to correct the situation .I had funds in my Branded account which are not accessible anymore . Branded are basically telling me that I'm blocked with no explanation and that they will keep the points/money I earned . It is not fair at all . I can understand that if there is any issue with a survey, the survey is not paid. However, I think it would be fair to consider the dedication of participants who provided lots of good surveys with good answers for months and who may have only committed one mistake inadvertently.

This is about Brand Surveys and that they have now twice incorrectly "suspended" my account and prevented me from redeeming the 864 points I have accrued in the last few weeks, as the redeem button was missing.I had already been in contact with *** from Brand Surveys, who told me in an email on the 29th Nov 2021 that after a secondary review, my account was in good standing and they had re-activated my account.I proceeded to log in to Brand Surveys, where there was a survey, I clicked it to participate, but it went straight back to the dashboard and stated my profile was not the right one for the survey. I then went to "my points" the redeem points button was there, I selected my 864 points to be redeemed to an Amazon gift card, but this withdrawal was rejected, the redeem points button has disappeared yet again, and looks like they have incorrectly suspended my account for a second time, for no good reason.I have attempted to re-contact *** C, but emails are now being ignored.I have never been treated in this manner in over 15 years of participating on survey sites, I have never ever been suspended by any other site, never had any problems in redeeming points. I had previously had a Branded Surveys Account, tied to an old email and defunct address, that I had deleted on 05/31/2022. On 06/01/2022, I opened a brand new account tied to a new email and actual address that I lived at, and provided my phone number, address, and other such and got my account health in 'Excellent' condition. However, the very next day, my account was deactivated. I reached out to Branded Surveys support and they claimed to be 'protecting quality surveys' (or something to that affect), and failed to reactivate my account. I deleted said account. Yesterday, then, on 06/04/2022, I used a secondary email (this email I am using to complain) to open a new account. I confirmed my address, phone number, payment option, and profile as before, and got my account health to 'Excellent' condition. I was not rejected once from a survey yesterday. However, today, 06/05/2022, I once again got the screen saying I am unable to participate in surveys. I have provided no fraudulent information on my account and can verify anything required of me, however I see no reason why my account was deactivated in the first place. I have only ever had one account at a time, in correspondence with the terms of service for Branded surveys saying users are only allowed to have one registered account. I see no other aspects of the terms of service that I might have violated. If my account cannot be restored, it is an act of capricious, arbitrary malice since I have done nothing wrong, and I have points eligible for withdrawal that I wish to withdraw.

I am logging a complaint against MintVine/Branded Surveys for not allowing me to make redemptions from my account. I engaged in completing online surveys for the company. The premise was that I would be able to redeem points earned from the surveys for merchant gift cards.When I initially contacted MintVine/Branded Surveys regarding the inability to make redemptions, they stated that my account was deactivated. Their reasoning was Through a thorough review, your account was found to have violated our Terms of Service., which is very generic and did not offer any specifics. The been taking surveys with the company branded for five years ands they suspended my account saying my answers were not satisfactory I haven't changed anything and I am disappointed with how they handled my account I have read others users are going thru the same issue and dint have multiple accounts with them or tired to fraud them please investigate this company thank you
i have contacted Branded research Inc. about redeeming my earned points on the branded surveys website last week as i have not been able to do so as i donot see any redeem button on the website. i have not gotten any reply from this business.please i want my money.thanks
I spent two weeks an hours online answering surveys for this company I answered them honestly and correctly and was accurate I spent hours making 50 cents here 50 cents there and built up $29 in my account I have a screenshot showing my $29 was approved but they wouldn't pay me this is ridiculous and it's a rip off I have a bunch of friends who experience the same thing. It's not right at all to spend hours on surveys only to find out you're not getting paid
From the date of Dec. 28, 2022, I have been on Branded Surveys since Dec. 18, 2022 and now they have claimed that their system flagged my account for failing some kind of security check. This dubious claim ironically comes when I finally reach an amount of 499 points or $4.99, which is one point short of cashing out at 500 points or $5.00. After I wrote an email to Branded Surveys, their response was of course automated which doesn't tell me anything specifically about why I can no longer participate. I'm writing to warn anyone before signing up to this company that it is very likely you will not receive your money at some point because of a dubious system check. At first I believed it was a very functional site but sadly it proved me and others wrong just reading the countless bad reviews from Branded Surveys.
