I got a car from Brady Kilmury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 2/12/22. I was super excited and did some cool stuff to it. But then they started calling me saying the deal wasn't funded and they needed more proof. I sent them what they asked for, but then the sales manager said on 2/21 that the bank wouldn't fund the loan because I had two mortgages on my credit report. So on 2/22 they took the car back to their dealership. I didn't hear from them for OVER THREE WEEKS. So I bought a car somewhere else. But then on 3/10/22, I came home from work and the car was in my driveway. I called the dealership and they said it was mine. But then I found out that the deal was funded on 2/24, two days after they took the car back. It seems like they took the car back and kept working on the deal without telling me. Also, I forgot to take the tag off the car and it was missing when they dropped it off. It seems like they were planning to sell the car again, but then found a way to push my deal through. The sales manager is a liar. Another guy contacted me and seemed to care, but then ignored my polite emails about how the whole thing was shady. They really screwed me over. They had my phone numbers, email, and references, but didn't contact me. I found out that the title application I signed on 2/12 was voided on 2/28 and resubmitted. That seems sketchy. I asked the DMV for copies of all the paperwork the dealership sent them to see if they signed my name to anything without my permission. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General and got a lawyer. I recorded all the conversations.

I took my car to Brady Kilmury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service, but they didn't fix the issue. I had to pay them for their mistake. On December 1st, I brought my 2012 Dodge Charger in for a diagnostic test. I told Tommy, the service advisor, that my car would throw itself into neutral while driving, the throttle light would come on, the steering wheel would become hard to turn, and I would have to pull over. After sitting for a while, my car would start again. I suggested they check the throttle, but they didn't. They couldn't replicate the issue, so I left. A few days later, the issue happened again, and I had to call a tow truck. I called the service center, and Dustin said to bring it in. I had to rent a car and tow my car again. They called me the next day and said my starter needed to be replaced, which wasn't the issue before. They said it would cost $600, but Dustin said he would work with me. They only waived the diagnostic fee and gave me a $50 discount, which wasn't much help. I agreed to the repair, but they didn't resolve the issue. I still haven't heard back from them.
