Boss the Pet Connection is a salon located in Boyton Beach that I recently visited to get my pet groomed. I must say, I was quite disappointed with the results. It seems like the staff there only knows how to shave pets down, and they lack the skills to style their hair properly.

My pet's hair grows at a slow pace, and I was hoping to let it grow out beautifully. However, after my visit to Boss the Pet Connection, I realized that it would take me a whopping 3-4 years, if I'm lucky, for my pet's hair to fully grow out.

I was really hoping for a better experience at this salon, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. It's frustrating to see that they don't have the expertise to handle different hair types and styles. I was hoping for a more professional approach, but it seems like they are limited in their abilities.

Overall, I would not recommend Boss the Pet Connection if you're looking for a salon that can style your pet's hair. They seem to only excel in shaving pets down, and if you're hoping for a stylish look, you might be better off looking elsewhere.

So, before I stumbled upon Boss, the Pet Connection, I was going to my vet's groomer to get my shih-tzu all spruced up. I got my cute little shi-tzu fur baby from Boss the Pet Connection when they first opened in Heron Bay (they've since moved to Wiles Road). I remember one evening, while having dinner nearby, my grandchildren excitedly suggested, "Let's go see the puppies!" And that's how we ended up buying our beloved furry friend from Boss. It's been a whopping 11 and a half years since then, and we've been loyal customers of Boss ever since.

Just last week, we took our furry companion to Boss for his grooming session. And let me tell you, the people at Boss are absolutely fantastic! They provide top-notch grooming services at a reasonable price. Our little buddy always comes back looking fresh and fabulous after his visit to Boss. Not only that, but we've also had his teeth cleaned there, and they did a great job with that too.

Boss the Pet Connection has truly become a part of our family. Their staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They treat our fur baby with the utmost love and respect, making us feel confident that he's in good hands. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they serve.

My dog had a really terrible experience at Boss the Pet Connection. We left him there for boarding while we were getting ready to go on vacation. But then, out of the blue, they called us on a Sunday and said, "Hey, your dog seems really excited. Can we give him some CBD?" Now, that raised some red flags for us. We started to get suspicious, so we decided to go over there and check things out for ourselves.

When we arrived, we were shocked and horrified by what we found. Our poor dog was lying on the floor, foaming at the mouth, with a purple tongue, all locked up in a closed cubicle. We immediately asked the staff what was going on and why it was so hot in there. But you know what they said? They just casually replied, "Oh, he was worse before. He'll be fine. The air conditioning will kick in soon. It's just hot because there's a lot of commotion in here." Can you believe that? It was clear as day that our dog was in serious distress.

To make matters worse, our dog was so weak that he couldn't even stand up. We were in a panic and had to rush around on a Sunday to find an emergency vet. Luckily, we found one just a few minutes away. But here's the thing, not once did the staff offer us their so-called "24/7" on-call vet service that they advertise on their website. And they never gave us a satisfactory explanation as to why the place, which is supposed to be temperature controlled, was so unbearably hot.

We are not taking this lightly. We have sent them a demand letter, providing them with all the evidence of their negligence. We have also filed a police report against them for their cruelty and negligence towards our beloved dog. And let me tell you, if anyone else has had a bad experience with them, I strongly urge you to send them a demand letter too. Don't forget to mention Florida Statue #627.4137, which states that they must disclose their insurance information. This way, any expenses you incur due to their untrained staff can be sent to their insurance company for reimbursement.

I write this with a heavy heart, thinking about our dear Pepe, who was not only a beloved family member but also an emotional support animal. May he rest in peace after such a tragic and untimely departure from our lives.
