Unreliable and a bunch of shenanigans.

Stuck with them coz paid a big sum. The video lags are just unbearable, stings my brain to watch any of their channels. There has been no day in my 3 years with them, with any channel I wish to watch that does not lag incredibly. Their customer service is just horrendous, whilst writing this I have been waiting for a reply from their rep. for past 32 minutes to get the lag fixed.

The service is so bad that I can hardly hear anything with out increasing the volume of some channels, and some channels have volume so high that during channel change they blast and hurt ears. The screen also freezes every few mins and wouldn't fix and have to move the channels up and down to unfreeze. The tv scenes keeps repeating every few seconds/minutes causing to see a show/movie twice in the same interval, the video services are so bad and have other sounds in with the video/movie music/sound, worst of all is the support chat, that keeps disconnecting every few minutes and while reconnecting, we have to explain all the issues to the new support contact again. I have been asking to cancel the services and refund me my money, but they keep saying that the support guy/department will call me. I just hope I get my money back.

When you call them, they boast of good service, but the fact is, they are the worst! You will waste $330 if you purchase a 5-year plan. Most channels are out due to SERVER ERROR and when you call customer service, they will hold you for 120 minutes.

If you have the patience, after 2hrs, the customer representative will pretend your voice is not going through and they can't hear you. You will be frustrated and hang up/
