I bought a drill and it broke after one use. The customer service was terrible, they didn't want to refund me or exchange it. The store is also very disorganized and hard to navigate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered from here - bad idea. Can't get in touch with them by phone or email. My emails get rejected and the phone sends me to a useless message. What a nightmare... how is this even legal!

They sell some *** knockoffs! I got some Bose headphones from them and they sent me some *** imitation (in a package marked from ***), with Bose stickers that were poorly stuck on. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in ***.

I bought some outdoor lights from Borna's General Hardware Ltd. on 23 November 2022. They were supposed to ship from *** but I didn't hear anything until 15 Dec 2022. I tried to cancel my order by calling and emailing, but no one answered my call and I didn't get a response to my email. The next day, I got an email saying that my items had shipped and they gave me a shipping reference. When I checked the reference, it didn't exist. On 17 Dec ***, I asked where my items were and they said they had been returned for an unknown reason. They said they would refund me via E-transfer, which was weird because I paid with a credit card. I emailed them for a month asking about my refund, but they never replied or gave me my money. Luckily, I got a refund from my credit card company in Feb 2023 after I complained. I'm disappointed and had to give them 1 star for this review.

I ordered some QC headphones from Borna's General Hardware on Dec 31. They said they shipped it on Jan 3 and gave me a tracking number, but I never got it. I tried to contact them through email and their website on Jan 20, but got no response. I tried again on Jan 23 and Jan 26, but still no response. I even have proof from the postal service that nothing was shipped. I asked for a refund, but they still won't respond. I have all the records and can be reached at (blanked for public).

I got a full spectrum LED grow light from Borna's General Hardware Ltd. to start my veggie seeds early in the spring. I ordered it in April , but I still haven't got it. They gave me a tracking number for a parcel shipped by *** (***), but it doesn't work. It says my item has been going back and forth in the same region of China this whole time. I live in Canada, and Borna's is supposed to be a Canadian business. If they told me it would ship from China, I wouldn't have ordered. Two weeks after I ordered, they asked me to review my product, but I can't review something I haven't got. I told them that, but they didn't reply. Yesterday, I left a message on their customer service number saying I'm really unhappy. I know COVID makes things slower, but this is too much. They didn't call me back today, so I don't trust them anymore. I'll call tomorrow during business hours to ask for a refund, and I won't do business with this *** company again.

Couldn't even rate the product cuz the service was so bad. Ordered some Bose headphones on Nov 12th, website said it would come before xmas. Got emails asking to rate the service and product right away. On Nov 23rd, got an email from the owner asking to rate the site. Then got another email saying the color was discontinued and asked if I wanted a diff color. I said yes but never got a response. Called the owner's number and left messages for 3 days before he finally answered. We agreed on a diff color and he said it would come before xmas. On Dec 13th, got an email saying it was shipped but then got another email saying it was awaiting shipping. Then got a third email saying it was awaiting fulfillment and the shipping number was invalid. Xmas came and went with no product or notification. Tried calling and emailing but no response. Got emails asking to rate the product and service the whole time. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. DON'T SHOP HERE!
