They billed me $15 for a visit to the convenience care in December. I paid it on December 18. In January, I got another bill for the same visit that said it was past due. I called my bank to check if my check cleared, and it did on December 29. I called the billing office again and waited over 30 minutes on hold. They said they applied my check to a different bill for Dr. *** from June. I never got a bill from Dr. ***. I asked for a copy of the bill and also asked for a copy of the physical therapy bill from Sept 8 to Nov 9, which I never got billed for. They said they would fix it and apply the payment to the correct bill. I got the therapy bill, but I got another bill for the December bill again that was already paid. I called the billing department again and explained I already paid it and it was cleared on Dec 29. I have yet to receive any bill for Dr. ***. Every time I call, they say they will fix it, but it never gets fixed. I have spoken to so many different people and departments. I spoke to *** in the billing department in January for Boone who said she would handle it directly, but that did not happen either.

I had a baby in June , but I never got a bill. I called Boone Hospital Center in November , but I had to leave a voicemail because the wait time was over an hour. I also sent an email, but no one ever responded. When I finally got through, they told me that they had sent several statements, but they had my address wrong. I don't believe them because I couldn't log into any account. I finally got a payment plan set up, but the system kept showing that I owed more than I did. I had to call back again and wait another hour to get it all sorted out. I thought everything was okay, but then I got a collection notice in the mail in November 2022. I had been receiving monthly emails confirming my payments, but the system screwed up the amount owed. Boone never contacted me about it, they just sent me to collections and cancelled my payment plan. I called customer service, but they couldn't do anything. I was told to wait 72 hours, but no one contacted me. I am now in collections, and this is about to hit my credit. Boone needs to do better.

I wanna talk about my experience with Boone Hospital Center. They sent me a bill for $110 in March and I paid it with a check. But then they sent me another bill for the same amount and I called them up and they said I didn't owe anything. Then in June, they sent me a bill for $205 and when I asked about it, they told me to ignore it. But then they sent me another bill for $205 and said my account would go to collections if I didn't pay. I called them up again and they said they would take care of it, but I keep getting bills for $110. They even threatened to send my account to collections. My insurance company called them twice and they said I don't owe anything. I'm tired of dealing with this and just want it to stop. Can someone help me out?
