I gotta tell ya about this company called BOOKOTRIP. So, I went ahead and bought myself a one-way ticket from them on their website, ya know? But now I'm stuck 'cause I can't find the airline PNR: E6YJ7P that they mentioned on the e-ticket they sent me.

I reached out to the airline and their staff, and they told me that the PNR was actually part of a group booking, which wasn't even mentioned when I was making the booking. Can you believe that? If anyone in that group does something illegal or if 50% of the bookings get canceled, then my booking gets canceled too. I ain't about that group life, man. I wanna separate my booking from this so-called group booking.

Their staff even confirmed that the PNR is part of a group booking. I even attached a screenshot from the first page of the payment page for ya to see.

This just ain't right, ya know? It goes against all them trading standards and it's definitely something that should be taken seriously. I'm askin' ya to take some strict action against these guys. They can't just go around doin' this kinda stuff. It's not fair to us customers.
