I think this is a very safe website, yes the way the work is different as once you book your ticket they will not confirm that they will mail and call you explain you the details and ticket type,

after the I booked the ticket they send me the boarding passes and all they selected seats , meals overall I was happy with the services

I would suggest to call them to book rather than booking online

I gotta say, Bookmyairtravel is the worst travel agency I've ever dealt with. I made the mistake of buying my ticket twice and still haven't received any confirmation from them. When I called to inquire about it, they tried to charge me an outrageous price for the same flight. And don't even get me started on their app - it's never updated, so you think you're getting a good deal but it turns out to be an old price. And when you try to book it, you're just out of luck.
