I admit the website needs some work, but the service at Bob's Gun Shop is top notch. The best part is I didn't have to deal with a third party. My order arrived quickly and was 100% correct. If you need gun parts, this is the company to order them from. Five stars.

I inherited an old High Standard pistol years ago and the magazine was rusted out. They are very hard to come by and have lots of variations. Bob's Gun Shop led me through the process and sent me the correct one. I was so happy to get the right one the first time, I ordered a second one and got it right away. Thank you!

Do not use! I have been waiting for over a month with no acknowledgement of my order or emails. I fell for the seemingly sincere website and "placed an order" for a part. All I have received in return is a gamete of inappropriate and unsolicited emails and phone calls. For your sake, do not fall for this "company" like I did.

Very nice to deal with. Replaced my order at no charge after post office ripped open package and contents were all missing. They did this evan though I hadn't put insurance on the package. I offered to pay for it but they reshipped at no charge. Have ordered from them before and parts have always been top notch. THANKS again, God Bless you guys, keep up the great service.

After having orders cancelled by two websites that claimed to have 10 round magazines for a Winchester Model 320 22LR in stock, when in fact they did not, Bob and Lisa came through with two very hard to find new magazines that fit and function. Bob's Gun Shop is personable, gracious, prompt and best of all, lower priced than their competition. Five Star rating all the way!

I found Bob's thru internet search looking for a hard to find magazine. I ordered the magazine and recieved it in a timely manner in perfect condition. I had made a mistake putting in my credit card number. They did not discard my order or let it cause a delay. I found Bob's through a search for an unusual, vintage black powder gun part. Their website is very detailed and a bit old fashioned, and they haven't the manpower to run a phone bank, which initially gave me a little concern. Boy, was I wrong! These folks have a real caring and honest approach. I was able to get a part that was far better for my purposes than I'd hoped for. I could not be more pleased than to find Bob's!

Bob's Gun Shop came through with parts that were not available ANYWHERE else. They were prompt, attentive, answered my questions and fulfilled my order. Not only were they the only ones who had the parts- their price was reasonable and their service was great. They could be charging whatever they want for these parts- and get it because of the lack of supply anywhere else. Instead they are charging a fair price. I appreciated the heart felt desire to help and promptly fulfilling my order.

I have been a gunsmith for 40 years. Bob had parts I needed that could be found no where else. I placed the order. After a few weeks I wasn't sure the order had been received. I called Bob and asked. Come to find out he had been sick and was unable to fill orders. Bob immediately filled the order but one of the parts I needed he found he was out of. Rather than marking it out of stock he went the extra mile to contact a friend he knew that had one and could ship it to him. Bob when out of his way to locate and supply me with a replacement trigger guard for a Savage Model 220A 16 gauge single shot. This gun is a family heirloom that was been given to grampa (now a great grampa) by grandma (now great grandma) in 1936. Grampa routinely carried this gun hunting pheasants in Nebraska and eastern Colorado with sons, grandsons. He preferred it for pheasants to his 12 gauge pump and when asked why his reply was, "if you are a good shot, you only need one"...and grampa invariably did. The gun is being passed on to his grandsons and great grandsons and we are greatly indebted to Bob, and Bob's Gun Shop, for extraordinary efforts to restore this family gun. Dr John

I wanted to let them know that the part fit PERFECTLY! They took the time to make sure that I got the part that I was needing. They know what "customer service" truly means! I will contact them next time I am needing something. Not many companies today know what customer service is much less take the time to make sure you know what you are getting. This was the best experience! The part we needed was an old part & had been missing for a long time. They were the ONLY place that had the part and took the time to make sure it was the correct part to fit the old gun. It was perfect! The conversation with them was nice, pleasant and made me feel like my small purchase was just as important them as a big dollar order! Their personal touch made me feel like I had been doing business with them for years!

I had been somewhat worried as I never ordered from bob's shop before, and had seen some complaints in doing research. after taking a chance, I came to the conclusion that these complaints were unfounded, and found bob/his wife to be very responsive in communicating with me, not only once they received my order, but regarding the item I ordered itself, letting me know what I was getting myself into , and that there were instructions. having had a repair business for about 8 years now, I'm always looking for sources for hard to find parts, and now that I have actually dealt with this shop and communicated with them, I will be coming back. the low tech look to the page is not at all representative of the quality of service you'll get in dealing with bob and his wife. in terms of service, after having worked in the customer service industry for over 11 years including training reps, I can firmly tell you that, I couldn't ask for anything better.
