I am a customer of LG purchasing a refrigerator from BM Electronics in Trinidad (Invoice attached)

I purchased this refrigerator on 26th July 2022. Item number LM22SGPK. On October 27th the refrigerator stopped cooling. I called the company (BM Electronics and explained the problem. A technician visited my home on October 3rd and confirmed the compressor in the refrigerator had stopped working. He told me that BM Electronics would provide the compressor as it was on warranty. I called the company the day after as I did not receive a phone call as the technician as indicated. I was then told by the company that the compressor will be replaced but they did not have in stock and it will take between 2-4 weeks to receive the compressor. I accepted that however, the company was not facilitating a loaner fridge of any sort. My complaint is if the part is not stocked why doesn't the company offer some sort of service to compensate as the item is under warranty given the time to replace the compressor. This is going to affect your sales.

Desired outcome: The company needs to stock warranty parts of have an alternative considering the time for the arrival of the part.
