Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. was great! They were professional and fast. I called another plumber, but they never showed up, so I called Blue Moon Plumbing instead. When I talked to Christine, I knew they were pros. She talked to me about my problem and sent a plumber over the same day. Dan came and said I had a water main break. He came back with Jackson and fixed it in one day. Everyone was nice, and I learned a lot. It's good to work with a company that tells you how much it will cost and does good work. I'm happy with the repair and quality of work.

I had Blue Moon Plumbing replace 2 toilets in my condo and they did a great job. Christine, Sarah and Davis were always quick to answer my questions. Toilet models were limited due to height restrictions in my bathrooms so I'm thankful for their help. Chris E installed the new toilets and I'll ask for him again if I need plumbing help. Chris explained features of the model and gave tips for smooth operation. I was impressed by the professionalism and customer service from everyone at Blue Moon.

Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating is the best! We found them on ComplaintsBoard.com and they helped us with our water heater leak. They were very methodical and their fees were fair. The technicians were super professional. Dan was the first one to come and he was really friendly and attentive. He checked everything and offered a solution that we agreed on. Then Justin and Tyson came to do the repair work and they were also really professional and nice. They did a great job and it was really fast! We've never had such a great experience. I had a water main leak and after 2 quotes that seemed high & some frustration about the lack of options, I called my friend for a referral. He said Blue Moon Plumbing straight away & that he uses Blue Moon for all his plumbing needs. Paul (estimator) from Blue Moon showed up on time & was super nice to chat with & really looked at my scenario. It was a some settling that had cracked the 2 inch water line. Paul was creative & offered me 2 solutions, both 1/2 the price of the 1st 2 quotes from other companies & way less intrusive on my house and yard. Skip to 1 week later as Blue Moon was super busy & the weather had just frozen so days were busy! They fit me in, even in the midst of a super busy week. Great communication with office. Les (plumbing specialist) showed up with his apprentice & got to work straight away. He was able to complete the best case scenario of the 2 options Paul had quoted me! I was very very happy! 3 hours later, new water line was installed. Les was top notch & very knowledgable on the new water line install & also super creative with his techniques! Les also followed up the next day to ensure all was working great! Thanks Blue Moon for the best experience! You are my new plumbing company for all my needs. Sincerely

We had a plumbing catastrophe and Blue Moon was there - fast. Further, despite the fact that we were in a bind, their pricing was totally fair. Good plumbers but also great customer service. All of the staff that we interacted with were totally professional.

I am very happy with their service. I *** and running out of hot water is not a pleasant experience for my clients. They were as quick as possible coming out and returned the following morning bright and early. It was up and running before my first client! Thank you Jackson and Blue Moon!

Blue Moon Plumbing and Heating handled our hot water heater installation quickly and professionally. They were very friendly on the phone and worked with me to research tanks that would fit in our tight location. The installer showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and professional way. The job was completed within a day of my original call.

Above and beyond--and beyond, and beyond again. I have to date interacted with four members of Blue Moon Plumbing and have been struck by their thoughtful responses, their efficiency, and their commitment to treating customers fairly and decently. Thus far I have interacted with them to in response to one minor emergency, a routine inspection, and a hot water tank replacement. Somehow my shower got repaired along the way, as well (this was unplanned and I am deeply appreciative). I look forward to continuing to use Blue Moon Plumbing in future.

On Sept. 30 Justin from Blue Moon serviced my furnace Boiler. I was very pleased with his professional, respectful approach. After completing the job in a timely way, he took time to explain about the boiler function and why it is recommended to have annual service. Prior to that a company that preys on seniors came to my house and took a picture of the inside of the boiler to convince me that I need a new boiler. Justin also took a picture of the inside and used it to explain that the boiler is in good shape. He saved me thousands fo dollars.

I had Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. come out to work on my exterior drains on 12/08. Two guys came and cleared them out. When they were done, I asked for the invoice and charge details, but they said the office would contact me later. The next day, 12/09, I saw that they charged my credit card. But then on 12/15, I saw that they charged me more than what they quoted me. I didn't get an invoice or breakdown before they charged me. I called their office and they said there were extra equipment charges that they didn't tell me about. They said they should have told me when they quoted me. They said they would look into it and call me back. But on 12/17, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called again and left a message asking for a call back and a detailed invoice. I even contacted *** to dispute the charge. But as of 12/22, I still haven't heard anything from Blue Moon.

Blue Moon Plumbing and Heating came to my house to check the drainage and then left. When I called them, they said no charge to do an estimate. Technician came and checked it. He did not give an estimate, and also he said he is going to call me back for the price to fix the drain. After a couple of days, it rained so bad. I called my friend to fix the problem. After I fixed the problem, they gave me an invoice for clearing the drainage. They did not do anything at all. They gave me an invoice for charging me to clear 15" of drain tiles. That part of drain tile was not blocked at all. They did not do anything at all. They just sent Les S to check it; that's all they do. Also, when I called, Dave said they will not charge until they do the work. Also, my tenant *** was there too. She also agreed with me Les did not do anything. He just came only. This is a ***, a ***. How can they charge people like that? They promised that they would not charge me. I also gave them the credit card. I am very unhappy why they are charging me for $511.35 just to come and check the drainage. I should not pay them at all. Also, they threatened me to file a collection agency to chase after me. This is not the way to do business in Canada. I called the police. They told me to report to ComplaintsBoard.com to get help for these problems.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We hired them back in 2016 to install a hot water tank for our building, and everything seemed fine at the time. But then, in 2020, the darn thing broke down and we were told it should still be covered under warranty. We reached out to Blue Moon, and they confirmed that the warranty was in place, but they forgot to send the bill to us. When we asked them to fix it, they just said no. We've been going back and forth with them and nothing has been resolved. It's a real bummer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I called Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. on August 21st because my boiler wasn't working. The lady said she'd email me the prices, but she never did. So, I called again on August 22nd and was told the hourly charges. The plumber came at 8 am and I told him the error on the boiler screen meant low water pressure. He didn't know my boiler, so he asked for the manual. After I told him I didn't have it, he called someone and figured out how to increase the water pressure. He washed the filter and flushed the boiler. He used a pump, but never said I had to pay for it. He said he'd send me an invoice by email. He said he'd suggest some parts to be changed. I paid for 2 hours of service and the solution used for flushing. But, the invoice asked me to pay for 3 hours of service and the pump and hoses used for flushing. I emailed and called, but got no response except for the same invoice.
