Bloed Street Mall review: Shoes ellesse

I asked for size 6 and it fitted well so I had to wait to get the other shoe
I went to the till and paid, when I got home I realised that they changed the size to 5 and that's not even my size... They offered me ellesse shoes in adidas box is that even accurrate?
The service we get is way beyond reckless, something needs to be done in all these shops, managers and/or supervisors need to be strict because spending my money and time again is a loss for me on something that was done on purppse.
I am deeply disappointed
