The service was very prompt. They arrived almost 3 hours earlier than estimated. Once he he was done I asked if he could take care of an additional concern and without hesitation he was fixing it. I now can rest at ease my water pipe won't spontaneously burst. The bill was also easy on the pocket. Our service rep Dave proves to have the attitude and knowledge to uphold the company's reputation and to provide great service. Black Diamond has and will always be our “go to" service company for problems and other issues

I am a great believer in the ComplaintsBoard.com, who wield the bat of true recourse compared to mere social media.Black Diamond, on their second periodic service visit, have proved themselves to be both honest & methodical. First with a minor component replacement on a Trane A/C compressor, then 3 yrs later a thorough furnace cleaning on a "senior citizen" high efficiency furnace. Other, less honest contractors would (and have) tried the old furnace upsell tactic. I'm thrilled to have engaged a locally owned entity with integrity!

We have used Black Diamond Plumbing and Electric to diagnose and replace our furnace problem. The company did a marvelous job. They diagnosed the problem and efficiently explained what was wrong. Their representatives helped us to pick out our next furnace. Installation didn't take long. Last week, they tuned up our air conditioner. Today, the serviceman, [serviceman's name], helped sort out an electrical problem with our outdoor lights as well as a garbage disposal. My husband and I appreciate their honesty and efficiency. I would highly recommend them all for kinds of work.

Based on my experience, Black Diamond Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc is set to squeeze max of your money with minimum services provided. We had a storm, some of lights in the house did not work after, because of the surge. "Experienced" and "professional" representative of this company advised, in order to fix the problem, to replace some of the electrical equipment for $4460.00 price, plus $120 for first check visit. Very next day, other electrical service fixed the problem for $20.00. Wow! Such a spread ! I do not recommend to use Black Diamond Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. It is easy to find better service .

I have a long-standing relationship with Black Diamond and highly recommend calling them first with any issues or maintenance needed around your home. As a former Board President of a 78-unit condominium community and now beneficial owner of an old family home, Black Diamond has done all of the electrical, plumbing and sewer work needed at both. While I am aware of the myriad of other services they provide, if those services are done with the same expertise, professionalism and workmanship all of the other work I've needed done, I won't think twice about calling them. There's added value to work that is done right.

Very prompt service. Raudel replace a leaky faucet on the back of my house because the older one dripped constantly, really boosting my water bill. After he completed the installation, I noticed the new one was dripping. He quickly decided to install a different faucet and that fixed the problem. This is a unit that has an extended pipe to the inside of the house so the water doesn't freeze in the winter. This was not a quick and easy job. I'm very impressed with his work, and with Black Diamond for getting this done so soon and so well. Now I won't have to worry about my 20 year old rose garden suffering from lack of water. I will call them again.

I had a phenomenal first time experience with Black Diamond. I saw their commercial on tv and also saw their vans traveling around town. The office team responded to my online inquiry within a couple of hours and we were able to schedule the services needed quickly. I had several service requests completed (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC). Three separate service technicians arrived on time which was greatly appreciated. Each and every one of them was extremely friendly and explained the issues at hand along with their respective solutions. They also offered money saving options which is always a plus! Black Diamond is now on my call list for home repair. You will not be disappointed!

Today Kyle B. not only addressed my short list of electrical projects, at my request he also did some troubleshooting, answered all of my questions, and was able to do all of the work done in one visit. I highly recommend him! Black Diamond is my go-to company for everything now. EVERYONE is professional yet personable. Scheduling is easy. We are notified of exactly who is coming to our home (via text and/or email and includes a photo of our service person). Prices are better than comparative. Employees are equipped with protective gear so as not to dirty the house. And in this age of Covid, employees are also checked for possible exposure to the virus and wear the appropriate PPE.

I needed a hot water heater tank and requested someone come out to give me a quote. The technician was on time (I received a text 10 min before saying he was on his way) He was very upbeat, provided a fair quote which I told him I would like to go with it. He told me he could do it today he would have to leave for 10 minutes to pick up the unit from their shop and I said that would be fine. I was very happy that they could install it the same day Saturday. He was back within 20 minutes. He was very thorough and explaining everything that he was doing gave me an approximate time of 2 to 3 hours, He was very knowledgeable, the installation was done in about two hours. He was such a pleasant technician very service oriented. I will be requesting him for any of my plumbing needs with black diamond.

I was referred to Black Diamond and called them regarding my basement ejector pump which I believe was about 15 years old. Chase came to my home, listened to my concerns and then inspected the ejector pump equipment. After inspecting the ejector pump, Chase agreed that the equipment was old and probably original to the 15 year old house. Chase advised me as to my replacement options and then performed the work to replace the ejector pump with modern and reliable equipment. In addition, Chase also corrected an issue I was having with a toilet in the house. The work was completed the same day and and my basement was left clean, as the old equipment was removed and debris was cleaned up. Chase was polite and knowledgeable in his work. Black Diamond is lucky to have such a great person representing them in customers homes.

We cannot begin to say enough good things about the Black Diamond Company. We were skeptical to schedule, but because of the girl that took my call I decided to go ahead. First the tech arrived two hours before my scheduled time. And he even called to make sure that was okay. Right out of the gates he handed me a "Welcome" bag. Extremely professional. Wore carpet booties when needed. Kept me informed about everything he did and why. Went above and beyond to 100% make sure the furnace was functioning correctly. No pushy sales pitches. Worked with us as far as what we did and did not need here and now. Was friendly, polite and respectful. Joe Smith is OUR guy! I hope you reward him accordingly. And also hope that you have a way to know who took my call and reward her as well because I don't remember her name and she is the ONLY reason I set up the visit. Black Diamond Plumbing is always looking to overcharge you! Their plumbers are very good, and Marlon was very professional and understanding today, but the customer service person Diane was extremely aggressive and rude! She wanted to charge us for a plastic sump pump replacement that they installed about a year ago which they charged us over $700 for, which had a 3 year parts warranty on it, after the plumber told us that there should be no charge. This was the cheapest pump they could have installed! We could have bought it ourselves for $150 and had it installed for $100, which is less than half of what they charged! After the plumber left, I called and talked to Diane to set up the drop off of the new pump, she told me that her plumber was "wrong" and that she had to charge us $155 just for the guy to come out! We've used them in the past (but only because their guys are pretty good), but they always charge a lot for things, and this lady has always rubbed me wrong! Very aggressive attitude! Totally unacceptable, especially during these times! They should be inspected by an authority who checks on businesses like this since I think they are taking advantage of people.

Well what can I say about this company. Joel, Julie, Diane, and Shea were great to deal with they have awesome people skills. Right from the get go in speaking to anyone of these office personnel you feel you will taken care in a professional manner and if you have question they are quite knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they will find out and call you back in a timely manner. As for the site workers I can't say enough about Jimmy, Casey, Jaime, Ryan, Dakota plus 2 other apprentice their names slip my memory. Each one of these employees showed extreme professionalism and all of them worked their butts off from the time they arrived until the time they left. I had them here on 4 different occasions. It was a very large job they completed everything in timely manner and answered all my questions. Each day they were here they arrived smiling and left smiling. They took pictures of before and after the job was done it was impeccable. Everyone of these employees takes pride in their work and if asked would go above and beyond the call. Great job! Joel, Julie, Diane, Shea, Jimmy, Casey, Jaime, Ryan, Dakota and the other two infamous apprentices. You have a customer for life. Also I would suggest to any new customers please check out the CRYSTAL program they have available we found it most valuable with regards to the price saving benefits.
