i m Marcos Taed form Brazil. i ordered 79 kilograms of wefted human hair from BLACK BOAT HAIRS COMPANY which is located in Chennai, India. I also did the payment too. But till now they have not delivered the hair. When i call them they are not giving any response to my call. BALCK BOAT COMPANY director Mr .Bala is running my companies in different names and he is cheating the buyers .So I ask all the buyers to don't trust this company

But still now I didn't receive hair from that company.When i call them they are not giving response to my call . Now i have lost my money. Black Boat Hairs Director Bala is running many companies in different names and he is cheating the buyers .So i ask all the buyers not to buy any product from this company

Horrible business man. Promises the world yet is very inconsistent. I may order 20" but over half of the hair in the weft will be 16-18". You have to open each bundle to see and most come like that. I asked very specific questions to be sure of what I was ordering and he makes promises yet every order was a disappointment mostly. I've even received hair with lice and if it's just a few bundles he doesn't see it as a problem. I cannot sell it regardless. His promises are full bundles, no lice, short mustache hairs, and that when you order a length you get what you pay for but I have many pictures to prove that's not the case. I had to stop wishing and praying my next order would be as promised. Spent too much money trying to get it right. All he will tell you is he ships to many other customers. No accountability what's so ever. Left off with him shorting me hair. Had to cut my losses. BUYERS BEWARE. I have pics and emails to prove. He does not care. I placed many order working with him to get the hair up to par. If you can get what he promises the hair is good but nothing is guaranteed.
NJhairgirl, When you order Raw hair there's always a possibility that the hair has nits which is lice eggs not lice. That's how you know his hair is real raw hair. Raw hair means unprocessed hair. I ordered from black boat hair and my raw hair was good there was short hairs on one bundle but other than that everything was fine. Next time when you order Raw hair you should put it in the freezer this way it will kill anything in the hair. My hair came in 2 days
i need the proof of payment made for the 79 kilo gram ...
if not please remove the complain immedietly .. this affect my business

Hair also have mixed fibers in that are not 100% human hair let raw indian hair
Im not a fraud and i can tell you that i PAID VIA PAYPAL and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SELLER HAIR BUNDLES ARE underweighted and sheds like CRAZY! Worse than beauty supply hair. Seller is also rude and not a good man to buy from. The shipping takes almost two weeks! he lies and says he will send more hair to compensate and doesn't! He lies! then asks when will you buy more! He only care about money once he has it he will barely reply to you timely! DO NOT TRY THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY MEANS ! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I
