Frank P and his crew was real nice and easy to work with. I was selling my folks' crib after they passed away, so it was a tough time for me. But these guys were cool and understanding. They gave me a good price (just what I wanted) and we wrapped it up in a jiffy. I'd say go with Birmingham Homebuyers, LLC. They're the real deal.

I live in Southeast Georgia and I sold my Birmingham condo to Birmingham Homebuyers. It was easy peasy dealing with them. Frank was super nice and helpful from the start to the end. He gave me a great price and everything went smoothly until the closing. I didn't even have to leave my house in Georgia. I talked to the closing attorney while I was on vacay and got the money in my checking account right after the closing. I was over the moon with the whole thing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Me and my sis were sellin' our folks' crib in Center Point after they passed away. We grew up in that joint in the 70's - 90's, so it had a lot of memories (and a lot of junk). Frank P was dope to work with; he was real understanding and helpful with the whole process. (everyone at Birmingham Homebuyers LLC was chill too). The crib needed mad work: rewiring, landscaping, interior updating, and all that. The price they offered was real good. I highly recommend 'em if you in a similar situation. I passed by our folks' old crib a few months later on the way to my spot. It looked dope! Very dishonest experience. First offer on a property and guaranteed the chance to match others. Within 24 hours the property was sold with not invitation to match. Signed another offer even though we were 100% guaranteed the chance to match. Straight dishonesty so be careful when told the same.

Jason L with Birmingham Homebuyers did a great job for us. After years of neglect our old family home was in need of major repairs and improvements. Jason and his team helped us renovate the home, and did quality work. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the regular communication that kept us informed of the status and progress.
