Hi,
My trip is from Sungai Nibong to KL Sentral on 9th Nov 2023.
The bus should arrive 8.30am but the driver came around 8.55am and then he took off 9.05am.
It's already late and then the assistant order food via phone and pick up the food from Seberang and then drop some things in BM. He did that and wasted more than an hour. Lots of customer feel very pissed off at this point.
The bus driver is very irresponsible.
He being rude to customers and doing his personal agendas during working time us unacceptable.
I can't reach extremely late at this point.
I will not choose this bus service after this.
Desired outcome: Improvement of the service and fire the driver and his assistant.
