Billion Stars Express The Rude Driver and Lateness

My ticket was at 2.30pm but it was delayed to 4pm. I was really dissapointed but i am okay with it then. But then at 4pm there were 2 bus billion star arrived at the tbs on the same time, and suddenly i took the wrong bus which was going to kuantan where i supposedly went to ipoh. Then i ask the driver to confirm the path. And he raised his voice and stated that both of the bus go will go to the same place. Then i'd to ask other passenger to confirm the path where then i need to change to the other one. Luckily the bus doesn't move yet at that time. Then again it was the same driver who raised the voice and its humiliate me to everyone on the bus for bringing food into the bus and ask me to finish the food on that time but then i ignore it. I hatw the lateness and also the driver behavior.

Billion Stars Express Rude staffs of BILLION STAR

On 11/11/2021, I bought 4 tickets from the BILLION STAR EXPRESS ticketing counter at Prangin Mall, Georgetown, Penang for departure on 13/11/2021 @8.15 am from Penang to Shah Alam. As my old-aged mom who has a medical problem is going to travel in this bus, before purchasing the tickets I confirmed with the ticketing clerk whether the bus will be a double-decker bus and she said NO. And I also repeatedly asked her several times whether we have to change from this bus to another bus while on our way to Shah Alam and she also said NO. When we arrived at Prangin Mall on 13/11/2021 at 7.50 am, the ticketing clerk told me that it's a double-decker bus and she also changed our seat numbers. And when I asked why is it a double-decker bus and why she changed the seat numbers on our tickets, she answered me very rudely and did not want to entertain me. I asked her for a refund saying it's their problem who cheated us by lying and she said NO refund very rudely.
I had no choice and agreed to travel in that double-decker bus but my biggest fear was whether they'll ask the passengers to change buses while on the way to Shah Alam so I AGAIN REPEATEDLY MANY TIMES asked her and also spoke through phone and confirmed with the Manager at [protected] whether needed to change from this bus to another bus on the way and BOTH THE CLERK AND THE MANAGER AGAIN TOLD ME NO there will not be a need to change another bus but OMG that was also a big lie. The MANAGER who I talked to at [protected] was also damn rude to me and just disconnected the call. After drop off and pick up at Ipoh, the bus driver informed the passengers that the next stop is at KL and DBS only. Told the driver that our destination is Shah Alam, the driver replied VERY RUDELY that if you want to sampai safely at Shah Alam just change bus like what I said. What the hell is this, tickets are not free, paid RM180 for 4 tickets and also for the worst service ever had. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE BY BILLION STAR. RUDE TICKETING CLERK, RUDE MANAGER, RUDE BUS DRIVER, etc. No wonder there are many bad reviews for BILLION STAR SERVICES on the website. If I would have read the reviews earlier, for sure I wouldn't have purchased the tickets from them. LMAO what a WORST SERVICES rendered by BILLION STAR. SCAM!

Billion Stars Express Noob services and not punctual at all

Initially, I think billion star express is quite a good and better company if there is no other choices. But after I bought the ticket way back to Ipoh on 2.00pm for the first ever time, I waited for a long period of time before boarding on the bus. I'm not sure how can this happen for many trips for the bus from this company. I saw a 1.30pm bus but until now, the passengers are not on board yet. I really hope billion star express will notice about it and take some actions towards it in order to ensure the good expressions among the passengers.

Billion Stars Express Complaint lateness time departure

I bought my ticket from TBS to Ipoh at 5 November 2021. Its clearly stated on my ticket that the bus time departure is 8.30 pm. But unfortunately, the bus came at TBS around 10, and we kept on waiting the bus to departure until 10.30 pm.

Right now its already 10.51 pm, and the bus not moving yet. The driver said, we need to wait another 2 bus, then we can move to our destination. Its so frustrated as I thought we can arrived at Ipoh early but right now we need to wait and probably arrive at 2am. Please do something.

I bought bus ticket for billion star, it is RM 71.00. I need for single seat for me comfort along the way to pasir gudang from ipoh right now, but where the bus? why change the bus billion star to etika express? i pay for your service, but your service are very ridiculous, not suitable with my payment.

Billion Stars Express Bus service

In 2 occasions we have taken billion express bus service from kl to Penang .. especially today- 3/11/21... ticket says 6.30pm departure from kl but left at 7.20pm and made me get into another bus ..it happens to many commuters who buy their online tickets

One of the worst bus service from Penang to kl and vise versa

NEVER TAKE THIS EXPRESS BUS SERVICE!

Billion Stars Express Their timing and their rude staff

I booked the ticket from tbs kl to penang then i change the ticket to another stop and i pay extra for that we were told to wait at duta at 8:30 am the operator was keep on saying just 15min at bus arrived at 10:15.
Then i was not allowed by their staff to get in bcs my ticket is changed and they don't bother to check in their system so again call their boss or whatever then i was able to get in bus
Really bad service

Desired outcome: Never gonna travel again

Billion Stars Express Tidak menepati masa

Beli tiket pkul 9.45am dri klang.. Bas smpai pkul 10.15..ambik org kt shah alam n trus g tbs.. Smpai d tbs tnggu kt bawah, ambik brg org tumpang(job luar).. Bas lain smpai kne tukar bas.. Dh tukar bas naik kne tnggu penumpang smpai pkul 12.30..jalan trus smpai trmeloh trun org.. N jlan lg smpai gambang p exit gambang (sdangkn jlan gambang jem jalan baru buat knapa x exit kuantan sbb bas lain biasa exit kuantan).. Skrg hmpir pkul 5 blom smpai lg bru dkat gambang dh hmpir sejam jem kt sni.. Prtama dan trakhir aku naik bas ni..

Billion Stars Express I am complaining about attitude to customer/bad service

Ada ker bas tak boleh makan dan minum ? Nak bawa minuman naik pon tidak boleh? Sampai customer gastrik! So bad! Cakap pon tak behave. Dah laa Drag masa sampai 10jam tak bagi makan minum jaga bas sangat sampai macam tu sekali ke ? Flight pon boleh makan la! Nasib tak sempat rakam percakapan dia dengan cust tu jer .

Billion Stars Express Tidak menepati masa . menyusahkan orang !!!!

Sy ingin bertanya kenapa setiap kali sy ke Kuantan sy menggunakan perkhidmatan bas ini selalu delay Time ..sy beli tiket untuk perjalanan jam 3am 29/10/2021 tp smp jam 4am br tiba bas berkenaan dah la tiket ke Kuantan RM32 YG kebiasaan RM24 bas2 seangkatan dengannya.beli tiket mahal2 aku nk jd penunggang kt TBS ni ..sebab aku kerja malam last tiket ni jela ade selalu ..klu x sbb ni aku pun xnk la servis Dr bas bodoh mcm ni .. menyusahkan orang btl !

Billion Stars Express Servis bas yang tidak menepati masa.

Saya telah membeli tiket bas Billion Stars pada 28.10.2021 untuk perjalanan dari Stesen Bas Larkin ke Ipoh. Masa bertolak yang dinyatakan dalam tiketnya adalah 1.30pm. Tetapi bas belum lagi bertolak dari stesen bas Larkin sehingga pukul 3.00pm lebih. Saya tengah menunggu 1jam 30minit untuk bas bertolak. Pihak pengurusan pun tidak memaklumkan kepada saya apapun tentang kelewatan dan jika ditanya pekerjanya menjawab dengan sambilewa dan tidak menghormati pengguna. Saya harap pihak tuan mengambil tindakan terhadap perkara ini dan saya memerlukan jawapan atau respon daripada pihak Billion Stars tentang insiden dengan kadar segera.

Billion Stars Express Depart not according to the schedule

ALWAYS LUMP YOUR PASSENGER. This company lump passengger from 10.30 pm trip with 11.30 pm trip without hesitate. Please respect your passenger schedule above profit. The delayed can be avoided if you just stick with the schedule. The delayed affect passenger for instance they need to find taxi/grab in the middle of night/morning. Please fix this or else people will viral your service quality at media social.

Billion Stars Express Wasting passenger time..poor management

My ticket at 2.30pm 28/9/21 klang Sentral to penang.now is 4.10pm bus stop waiting at tbs..almost wasted time.im NY sure y bus stopped here n waiting..supposed driven to penang..if waiting to other bus for pass jb n kuantan passenger it's ur internal issue.not passenger issue..y I must waste time for this all?pls have look into this matter seriously...o KY 6 people can be in bus then y sold d tickets n took extra passenger?ur management is manipulating our time. I suppose sreach Penang by 8pm?if follow time I can reach early on time ..now drive said waiting another bus to transfer us .what this.I will bring this isssue to futher more n onto media.im scared if explor le my details to driver now.

Billion Stars Express deley perjalanan!

korang boleh x jangan menyusahkan penumpang.. jangan bagi kami ni tunggu korang lama2.. ikut laa masa yang di jadulkan untuk berlepas.. ni cakap pukul 7 gerak.. sampai tempat lain kene tunggu lagi 30 minit.. servis dah laa sangat terukk! kalau ada bas lain aku x nak dh bas ni… disebabkan dah x ada pilihan.. berapa lama nk tunggu korangg !

Billion Stars Express Time management

Hi management,

I tender my unsatisfied with your company service, understanding now is under MCO and you all want to save and budget combine all passengers in one time but at least inform customers.. I bought ticket at 9.15am and I'm still stranded at Jalan Duta awaiting your bus arrival the counter girl mentioned 9.45am but now already 10.30am yet to shadow of your bus. Please improve or else I believe your business will not stand very long. Thank you

Billion Stars Express Delay for too long and the driver won't pick the passenger as long as the bus is not full.

The bus has delayed 2 hours from my original ticket at 12.30pm but the bus still not show up. The rest of passenger are furious because they are chasing their appointment. As I was informed, the bus driver don't want to pick the passenger as long as the bus is not fully occupied by passenger from both TBS and Shah Alam. Please take my complaint seriously. I need to go to Johor Bahru by today as per stated in cross state permission letter by PDRM.

Desired outcome: Find another bus.

Billion Stars Express Poor service

Greetings.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding an issue that happened upon boarding my bus today (9 August 2021).

I bought a ticket online for Billion Stars Express at 10.30am.

I was at the Larkin Sentral to exchange my ticket at 10.27am today. I somehow managed to get into the boarding gate before 10.30am. When I asked the staff who was at the boarding gate, I was told THE BUS HAS NOT ARRIVED YET.

I waited until 1pm there and I was finally told my bus arrived. Not quite a distance later, the bus was stopped for ticket checking. The person who was in charge of checking the ticket, named Mr.Mani, told my ticket was invalid because I took the wrong bus timing. I explained how I didn't get to board my 10.30am bus because I WAS TOLD by the Larkin Sentral staff that my bus HASN'T ARRIVED YET.

But the guy who came to check our tickets (Mr.Mani) insisted on telling how it was my fault that I didn't board the bus as the 10.30am did arrive and left on time at Larkin Sentral.

I'm emphasising again, when I arrived at the boarding hall I was told by Larkin staff that my 10.30am bus hasn't arrived. He precisely told me that my bus got delayed. Hence, I waited. I even double confirmed with Larkin staff a few minutes after waiting, he still gave me the same reply; the bus got delayed.

I was put through such a hassle after that as Mr.Mani insisted on how my current ticket is now invalid and that I have to immediately pay by cash or make an online transfer.

Im truly unhappy to have received such a service. Firstly, I was misinformed by Larkin staff on my bus arrival timing. To top that, I had to pay another RM75 on the spot if I were to continue travelling to reach my destination. This is seriously unacceptable and unprofessional. Kindly please look into this matter.

Billion Stars Express unethical behavior

we were waiting for about an hour last night at terminal bas temerloh. no bus arrived. we gave a call, try to reach the bus and the counter, contact the person who was responsible in this case. but no one picking up. then, today we reach the person at the counter saying that we were waiting at wrong bus station. if so, why didn't you call us? is hard to do so? the other company will give us a call before they had their journey. we're not just simply waiting. we're trying to reach your behalf, but can not. then we had to buy new tickets. please, refund our money

Billion Stars Express Ticket was sold for the Bus That has already Moved Out

On 20 May 2021, around 6.55pm, I bought an express bus ticket from TBS to AMANJAYA from the Billion Star Express Bus counter which stated that the bus departure time was at 7.00pm. However, I found out that the bus had already left the station before 7.00pm while I was already at the waiting area at 7.00pm. When asked for feedback from the counter, I was treated poorly, and told to file a complaint with Customer Service if possible, using improper intonation. I really hope that you can look at this problem more seriously because this matter has happened to me before and I have not received any feedback from Billion Star Express Company. However, i have made a customer service report which they have not let me do it as first cause they were supporting them just because it seems they are close buddies. i seriously hope my issue of this will be investigated and enforce the law so people dont take advantage of anyone as im paying my service charge to them but they are giving out a poor service out of it. i have attached all the evidence and my details in it.

Desired outcome: i want a refund for my time, energy and the bus ticket
