Ordered the go karts for my kids last Christmas. Go kart came broken. Send replacement part. Them another part broke. Filed them and received new part. And now the go kart isn’t working. Beyond frustrated. Seems as though it was cheaply made and wish I knew then what I know now. Never would have ordered. Ans just wish I would have gone with something else or another company

I order a kid car form them and never received it. Contacted them and there was no response for quite awhile. Then I said I report them and got a call informing me that the issue will be resolved by replacement or refund. Neither has happened and now I just want my money back. I order the car 5/15. I called a few times asking for a return call and emailed several times and no response since the call came from a representative of theirs. Please help. Thank you.

Received kids 12 volt ride in land rover on may 7,2020. Put it together, charged it for 12 1/2 hours. On the morning of may 8th,2020, I tried the car out with the remote, it ran for 12 minutes in low gear, then wouldn't go. Plugged back in to charge, called big toys direct and they said they would trouble shoot it with me friday, may 8,2020. Just call them and they would help. They would not answer or call back, tried 6 times to contact them and left messages to call for trouble shooting, they did not respond back. I payed $359.00 for the kids land rover ride on suv/ truck with remote. The charge should have lasted longer then 12 minutes.

I have been contacting Big Toys Direct in regards to an order I placed on May 3rd for a battery powered car. When we received the car the battery did not have a voltage that it said to have before using this car. We tried to charge it and nothing happened. It was also missing a couple parts as well as a damaged part. I started calling and sending messages and it took over a week to hear back . The person who called back was very nice and said that he would send the parts missing and a replacement for the damaged part. After troubleshooting the battery problem he said he would be sending 2 batteries that they would send a charger that was tested also right away . After over a little over a week we received the missing parts and replacement part but no batteries or charger . I started calling and emailing again nothing I then got on the ComplaintsBoard.com website and got a contact there and emailed about the batteries and chargers and received a email back saying that they were waiting for batteries to come back in stock and that then this would be sent. After a week I reached out again and asked this had been shipped I received a tracking number and the package came on time. It was only the batteries. We put the batteries in and went to charge them to voltage it needed and they would not charge I then started calling and emailing the company again and also reached out to the ComplaintsBoard.com contact that I had reached out to before. I also asked if someone could tell me which charger I needed and I would order it myself and see if that is the problem. I have received no response from anyone . I have continues calling and leaving messages as well as email messages and nothing. I did take a guess and ordered a charger that I am not sure is the right one for the car since I can not get a response to that either . I have not received the charger I ordered yet but it has not been more than a week so it may still be coming. I have a 2 year who is so bummed that this car she got she can not even play with. I am going to purchase a battery operated car from Walmart since I know I can take the car back to them if it does not work. I want a refund and I do not think I should have to pay shipping since I have been working on this issue for over a month now and it is defective product. I had read good reviews on this company which is why I chose to go this way and now I am wondering where these reviews came from. I am very disappointed but not as much as the little girl who can not play with her car.
