They will not intimate through email or SMS that you are going to be charged.

I 'm not Going to use it and i'm charged.

I will write a detailed Response, after i receive reply of my Email written to them.

---------------------------------------------------
Update is below:
-------------------------------
They replied to me, understood my point and Returned my money in 3 working days.

It seems they work in Good Faith.

Big Stock Photo BE Careful

I signed up for the 7 day FREE Trial and found only a few images that satisfied my needs and I would need a lot more content but this site did not have exactly what i needed moving forwards even though the couple of photos i downloaded were of high quality - it was nowhere near the FREE Trial amount of 35 images. So I tried to cancel my account on the 7th day but my credit card had already been charged and inside my Bigstock account there was a notice stating that Credit Cards are charged 3 days prior. So when I challenged the charge on my card and advised that I was already rolled over to a 'subscription' on the 7th day... it took some emailing back and forth but eventually, Bigstock agreed to refund the charge, advising 3-5 days processing time. So... maybe try them out but get onto deciding to proceed or communicate thoroughly with them to cancel your trial 4 days prior to your 7 days ending to avoid unwanted charges.

Big Stock Photo Great Service

I signed up this week and got a lot of great images, then I canceled my free trial before it ended. People need to read the terms of service. Great service and great images. I had no problems.

Big Stock Photo Quite Happy with Bigstockphoto

Did a one month subscription and cancelled with no problem. Great selection, very reasonable cost and high resolution. If some of the idiots posting reviews would read the terms when they enroll, they might avoid problems.

UPDATE:::::
Refunded my money in full, pretty quickly after I emailed them. It was fully refunded 2 business days alter.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo's Unethical Business Practices: Beware of Their 12-Month Contract

I recently signed up for a free trial on Big Stock Photo's website, and after browsing through their selection of images, I decided to go with their $59 monthly plan. I thought to myself, "Maybe I'll find some good pictures to use for my projects." I ended up using less than 20 pictures, but I forgot to cancel my subscription before the free trial ended. I didn't mind paying for a couple of months, but after being charged $177 without using the service, I decided to send an email to cancel my subscription.

However, to my surprise, they wouldn't let me cancel! They demanded that I pay for 12 months of service, which would come out to a total of $708! I've never heard or seen of such a practice in so many years. A 12-month contract makes sense when it comes down to renting an apartment, taking out a retail store loan, or signing a business contract. At least with those types of agreements, there are numerous places to sign and paperwork to make sure you know what you're getting into. But with Big Stock Photo, there was none of that! It all seemed very shady and unprofessional.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Big Stock Photo to use a different company. There are thousands of other options out there, and I'm sure you'll be able to find one that's more transparent and trustworthy. I can't wait to call their manager on Monday to complain about this terrible experience. Thankfully, I used my AMEX card to pay for the subscription, and they've already blocked any future charges from Big Stock Photo.

Big Stock Photo BigStock Review: High-Quality Images and Videos, but Beware of Membership and Licensing Policies

BigStock is a great website for finding images and videos for all kinds of projects. They have a wide variety of professional and high-quality content that can really enhance your work. However, there are a few things you need to be aware of before signing up for their services.

Firstly, if you decide to start with a trial membership, you should know that you will be charged three days before your membership is over. This means that if you forget to cancel your membership, you will automatically be started on whatever monthly plan you chose. This can be a bit frustrating if you weren't expecting it, so make sure to keep track of your trial period.

Another thing to keep in mind is that if you miss a day during your trial, you won't get those downloads back. They don't roll over to the next day, so make sure to use them all up before your trial period ends.

Finally, it's important to pay attention to BigStock's licensing policies. They have a standard license as well as an "editorial/Extended" license, which you have to pay an additional fee for. This means that you may not be able to use the footage or images as you intended without shelling out some extra money. Make sure to read the fine print before making any purchases.

Overall, I think BigStock provides excellent images and video that can really enhance your work. However, it's important to beware of the details and make sure you understand their policies before signing up. I did have a great experience with customer service, but your experience may vary.

Big Stock Photo Bigstock's Hidden Fees and Unfair Policies: A Warning to Potential Customers

I gotta say, I've used Bigstock a few times before and it was all good. But lately, things have been going downhill. I got hit with a monthly subscription fee that I never even signed up for or needed. Back in the day, I just paid for one month of access and that was that. But now, they automatically enroll you in a rolling contract that you gotta cancel on your online account. I had no idea about this, so they kept charging my credit card for months before I caught on. And get this, I've seen other reviews where people canceled their subscription but Bigstock still kept taking their money! That's just not right.

So, I had to call up my credit card provider today to put a stop to Bigstock's shenanigans. It's a real shame that they're not being transparent about their fees and policies. They're basically robbing people blind and not giving them a chance to get their money back. Sure, they might be making a quick buck in the short term, but they're losing loyal customers like me in the long run. I won't be using Bigstock again after this mess.

Big Stock Photo Unstable System and Poor Customer Service - Don't Use This Platform!

I also signed up for 2 trials, but I had to cancel them before they expired. The system is not very stable, and I had to cancel multiple times on one of them, yet I still got billed. So, I kept using it and successfully canceled after my first auto-billing was charged.

Since then, I have been trying to use all my 10 tokens every day, but the webpage crashes constantly. I have had problems downloading 10 videos every day. For example, my re-downloads were counted as new downloads, and I lost my tokens to them. When I wrote to them about this issue, they blamed me for my internet environment (ridiculous), and only compensated me the 2 tokens I asked for, which were valid for only a short period of time (in which hours we're in sleep here in my time zone). Therefore, I never got to use the tokens I lost. This went on for a couple of days, and in the end, I said never mind, I want to cancel my subscription and get my money back. So, they added 1 day to my subscription. I'm waiting to see if that's going to hold up.

Seriously, guys, don't use them! Go to other platforms! The free trial is sweet, but make sure you cancel it before getting billed. It's not worth going through the hassle.

Big Stock Photo Misleading Free Trial Offer at Bigstockphoto.com: Beware of Early Charges and Poor Customer Service

The free 7 day trial period at bigstockphoto.com is not what it seems. They say you can cancel anytime, which is true, but they don't tell you that they will charge you 3 days before your trial period is over. This is very misleading and dishonest.

When I found out that my credit card was charged before my trial period was over, I tried to call them on the phone. After listening to a long recording about bigstock, I finally got through, but all I heard was static and some people in the background. Then the phone just hung up. I was very frustrated and disappointed.

I decided to try their live chat instead. I did get someone there and they cancelled my account and said I would get refunded in 3 days. I was relieved that they were going to refund me, but I was still upset about their misleading offer.

It's a shame because I thought I liked bigstockphoto.com after trying them out for a couple of days, but once I saw their dishonesty, I didn't want to have anything to do with them anymore. I would give them 1 star if they weren't going to refund me.

If you decide to try bigstockphoto.com, just be careful and make sure you cancel before the 7 day trial is over. Don't fall for their misleading offer like I did.

Big Stock Photo Beware of Big Stock Photo's 12-Month Subscription Scam!

I've been trying to cancel my Big Stock Photo trial subscription for days now, but it seems like I'm stuck in a 12-month subscription! I've reached out to customer service, but they're telling me that there's nothing they can do to cancel it. I can't afford this subscription, and I never even wanted it in the first place. I didn't actively click on anything that said "yes, I want this subscription for 12 months." I would never have done that. Does anyone know what I can do to get out of this mess? Can anyone help me, please? Big Stock Photo is scamming me out of 46 pounds per month, and as a mom of two young boys, I can't afford this. Please beware of Big Stock Photo!

Update - I want to give a big shoutout to Sitejabber and Twitter! If it weren't for your site and my last-ditch plea for help, I honestly don't think they would have cancelled my subscription. They sent me a message asking me to update my comment, and they did, in fact, cancel my subscription thanks to Sitejabber! You guys are my new heroes! But now I'm stuck trying to find awesome pics - I never had a problem with the pics before. They're top quality, and I loved searching through them. I've used several on my site at cori mackin dot com and in my clients' sites. Like I said, I'm just a small startup, so I only need a few pics from time to time that don't cost the earth! It's a shame I can't use them anymore. Thank you again!

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo: Sneaky Subscription Charges & Lack of Customer Care

This company, Big Stock Photo, ain't no saint. They don't care about your long term business, they just want to sneakily charge you without warning. Ain't no heads up when your subscription is about to end and they gonna charge you again. You gotta keep track of that yourself, buddy. I sent them an email just a few days after they charged me and all they had to say was:

"When you sign up for a free trial or subscription plan, you agree to pay the monthly fee until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on your account page."

And then they hit me with this:

"The problem is that you've been downloading licensed images on this account. We gotta pay the artists for every download, you know?"

And then they repeated themselves:

"Like I said, when you sign up for a free trial or subscription plan, you agree to pay the monthly fee until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on your account page."

They even sent me a link to their Terms of Service, like I got time to read all that legal mumbo jumbo. But if you're interested, it's under number 4.) Subscriber Terms. Apparently, it's my responsibility to manage my account, follow their rules, and check my bank statements for any funny business.

If you think they charged you without your permission, you can talk to your bank and they'll give you the paperwork you need. But let's be real, ain't nobody got time for that.

Big Stock Photo Bigstockphoto Review: Cheap Monthly Plans, Limited Search Function, No Nudity

This website has its ups and downs, let me tell you. On the one hand, the layout is super easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't the most tech-savvy. But on the other hand, the search function leaves a lot to be desired. If you're trying to find something specific, like BIG GIRLS WITH REDHAIR AND CIRCUS CLOWN (hey, don't judge me, I'm just using it as an example), you can only search for individual words like BIG, GIRLS, REDHAIR, or CIRCUS CLOWN. It's a real pain in the you-know-what to try and narrow down your search by excluding words instead of including them.

Another downside is that there aren't any nude shots available. Now, I'm not some kind of pervert who's just looking for cheap thrills (I mean, that's what Google Images is for, am I right?), but as an author who creates her own cover art, sometimes you need a NUDE shot. Unfortunately, Bigstockphoto doesn't offer that. The closest you can get is something like the Skinamax version of a nude shot, which doesn't show much of anything except for the top of the butt.

But there are some good things about this site too. For one thing, the monthly plans are crazy cheap compared to other stock photo sites. For just $69, you can download up to 5 pictures a day for a whole month. That's a steal when you consider that other sites charge upwards of $35 for a medium-quality, low-resolution image. Plus, with that plan, you can download any size you want.

The downside to the monthly plan is that if you forget to download your pictures one day, you lose those credits. But if you don't want to commit to a monthly plan, their one-off pricing for credits isn't too bad either. It usually ends up being around $8 for a single picture.

One thing to keep in mind is that these are stock photos, so you can use them for things like book covers and other items, but not for retail items like shirts or hats. And you can't use them for large marketing campaigns like magazine prints either.

Overall, I like using this site and I think the images are good quality. I would recommend it to others, as long as they're not authors (because let's face it, you'll see the same stock photo on 2000 different books and it gets old real fast).

Big Stock Photo Deceitful Practices: My Experience with Big Stock Photo's Free Trial

My pal once told me about Big Stock Photo and how it's a great place to get images for your projects. I was interested, so I decided to give it a try. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, but it said that I had already used it before. I was confused because I had never used it before. I thought maybe it was because my friend had used my credit card to sign up. So, I decided to sign up again with a different credit card.

To my surprise, I got charged $79 without even getting the free trial. I was upset and immediately contacted their customer service. They replied back to me saying that I couldn't get the free trial again because I had already used it. They also said that they couldn't refund me because it was in their terms of service. I was so frustrated because I hadn't even used their service yet and they charged me $79.

Their sign up page is so tricky because they don't make it clear that you won't get the free trial if you've already used it before. I cancelled my subscription right away and contacted them to fix the situation. But they refused to refund me.

I think it's really unfair that they trick their customers and then keep their money. I haven't even used their service yet and they charged me $79. I had to go to my credit card company to cancel the payment and show them the screenshots that say 7 DAY FREE TRIAL.

If you're thinking about using Big Stock Photo, I would advise you to stay away. They're not honest with their customers and they don't care about doing the right thing. I'm leaving this review to warn others about their deceitful practices.

Big Stock Photo BigStockPhoto.com Review: A Total Mess with Useless Customer Service and a Disastrous Cart System

I gotta say, I'm not a fan of BigStockPhoto.com. I saw some other people saying the same thing, and I gotta agree with them. I tried to use their website to download some images, and it was a total mess.

First of all, their cart system is a disaster. I clicked on links for their Standard Agreement and Editorial Agreement, but they just took me back to the cart instead of showing me the agreements. And then, to make matters worse, I had to use Facebook to get the downloads. What kind of company does that?

So I tried to contact their customer service to see if they could help me out. But when I tried to use their chat system, it was a total joke. It offered me the chat, but then when I typed a message, it said there was no one available to answer and I should leave a message. What's the point of offering a chat if there's no one there to chat with?

Eventually, I did get through to someone named Grete. But she was no help at all. She just copy-pasted some generic instructions about how to download the images and post them on Facebook. And when I asked her some questions about why they were doing things this way, she just ignored me.

I was getting pretty frustrated at this point, so I told her I was going to write a bad review of their service. And you know what she said? She offered to cancel my trial and close my account! That's not exactly the response I was looking for.

In the end, I did manage to cancel my trial and get out of there. But I wouldn't recommend BigStockPhoto.com to anyone. Their website is a mess, their customer service is useless, and they seem more interested in getting free advertising on Facebook than actually providing a good service to their customers.

Big Stock Photo Shady Business: Big Stock Photo Charged Me After Cancellation

I ain't happy with Big Stock Photo. I used to have a subscription, but I canceled it a while back. But guess what? They charged me $79.00 without me knowing! I did everything right when I canceled before, but I had to do it again and still got charged. I'm worried that they didn't really cancel it like they said they did. Why am I getting charged when I already canceled months ago? This is some shady business, and I ain't gonna give them my money again. They better give me a refund for that last charge, 'cause my account was canceled, dang it!

Big Stock Photo Disappointing Customer Service and Hidden Charges at Big Stock Photo

So, my company wanted me to check out Big Stock Photo to see if they were better than our competitors. I signed up for a free trial, but it was so short that I didn't even get a chance to use it before I had to cancel. I decided to give it another shot and signed up for another free trial, but to my surprise, I was immediately charged $91. I hadn't even used a single image yet!

I contacted them right away to explain the mistake and ask for a refund so I could continue with the trial, but instead of helping me out, they hit me with a bunch of legal talk and told me I had to pay up. I was pretty disappointed with their customer service and felt like they were just after my money.

In the end, we decided to go with a different company that was much nicer and more accommodating. It's a shame because I was really hoping to give Big Stock Photo a fair shot, but their lack of customer service really turned me off. If you're looking for a stock photo provider, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo Review: Disappointing Pictures and Scammy Promos

So, I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with Big Stock Photo. The pictures just didn't really do it for me, ya know? And to top it off, their promos are a total scam. I signed up for a trial, but cancelled it two days before it was supposed to end. But guess what? They still charged my card! Can you believe it?

So, I reached out to them to dispute the charge, and at first they straight up denied that I had cancelled it. But then, I was able to show them a banner that popped up on my account page that said "Reactivate your subscription". Only then did they agree to give me my money back. But get this - they told me that they charge your account three days before the end of the trial so you don't "have interupted service". How nice of them, right?

Honestly, I bet their biggest source of revenue is from people who forget to cancel their trial or don't pay attention to their bank statement. I mean, it's probably like 90% of Americans who fall for that kind of thing. But not me, no sir. I'm too smart for that.

Anyway, all in all, I wouldn't really recommend Big Stock Photo. The pictures just aren't worth the hassle, and their promos are a total rip-off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo: Poor Customer Service and Unwanted Charges

So, I decided to give Big Stock Photo a try, since the name suggests that they have a big stock of photos. I signed up for their 5-day trial, which gives you 5 images per day. However, on the last day of my trial, I realized that the images they offer are not sufficient for my needs. So, I sent them an email to cancel my subscription.

But, to my surprise, they ignored my cancellation email and charged me twice for the subscription. And, to make matters worse, they claimed that I also signed up for videos, which I didn't. I have not used any more images, and I don't even know how to use video images. But, they are refusing to offer me a refund.

I advise you not to use this company, as they are poor in their customer service. They didn't even send me an email to confirm my purchase, which is another reason not to use them. I would have attached an image to this review, but they didn't send me an email to confirm my purchase.

Big Stock Photo Mixed Experience with Big Stock Photo: Decent Customer Service, but Major Issues with Payments and Backoffice

I gotta say, I had a bit of a mixed experience with Big Stock Photo. On one hand, their customer service was pretty decent - I had a little mix-up with two accounts, but they gave me a partial refund in a timely manner. So that was alright.

But on the other hand, there were a few things that really rubbed me the wrong way. First off, there's no free trial - and if you're billed three days before your renewal, well, that's just not cool. And to make matters worse, there's no email confirmation of your subscription, so you're left in the dark about what you're actually paying for.

And speaking of payments, there's no email information about upcoming or processed charges on your credit card. I mean, come on - how hard is it to send a quick email to let people know what's going on with their money?

And don't even get me started on the backoffice. It's just not intuitive at all, and it's designed in a way that's really misleading. You don't realize what you're subscribing to, and it's hard to tell if your cancellation went through or not.

Oh, and here's a real kicker - I had a 5 images/day subscription, but I missed a few days. And guess what? Those images are just gone - they're not refunded or accumulated. What a scam!

To top it all off, the images aren't even well translated into German, and the search options are super limited. It takes forever to find the image you're looking for.

All in all, I wouldn't really recommend Big Stock Photo. There are just too many issues with their service, and it's not worth the hassle.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo Review: Auto-billing, no alerts, and hidden policies - my experience

So, I recently had an experience with Big Stock Photo and I gotta say, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. First off, I noticed that there was no mention of a three day period in their terms of service. I mean, come on now, how are we supposed to know what we're getting into if they don't even mention it? And to make matters worse, they auto billed me before my subscription plan even ended! Like, what the heck man? And don't even get me started on the fact that they won't even send an email or text to let you know that you're about to be charged. It's like they just expect you to know or something.

To top it all off, I'm not even going to use their service and they still charged me. Like, seriously? What kind of nonsense is that? I decided to email them about my concerns and I'm waiting for a response. Once I get one, I'll be sure to write a detailed response about it.

Update: So, they finally replied to my email and I gotta say, they understood my point and returned my money in just three working days. I guess they do work in good faith after all. However, I did request that they send alerts prior to deducting from my account. I mean, it's only fair, right? Overall, I'm satisfied with their response and I hope they take my suggestion into consideration for future customers.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo Review: Free Trial Disappointment & Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I tried out Big Stock Photo with their free 7 day trial and it was a real bummer. I mean, they advertise 5 free photos a day for a whole week, any size, any picture. But when I tried to download anything, it was a no-go. Apparently, some of the pictures I wanted were only for "extended use" or something like that. And there was no fine print or anything warning me about that.

So, I reached out to their customer support center a bunch of times, hoping they could help me out. But their instructions didn't really do much for me. I couldn't even cancel my account or log out properly. It was a real headache.

Honestly, I think they should have given me an extension on the trial since I couldn't even use their website properly. But when I finally got through to a live agent to cancel my account, they didn't even ask why I was leaving or try to keep me as a customer.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Big Stock Photo to anyone. It was a real letdown.

I spent a whole year working on 2000 designs to sell on Big Stock Photo. It was a lot of work, but I was excited to see what kind of money I could make. Unfortunately, after all that effort, I only made $100 in commissions. I didn't withdraw the funds right away, but I never expected what happened next.

One day, I logged into my account and noticed that my PayPal payout email address had been changed. I didn't do it, so I assumed my account had been hacked. But when I checked my PayPal account, I saw that all the funds had been withdrawn without any confirmation from me. I was shocked and angry.

I immediately contacted Big Stock Photo to report the issue. I received an automated response, but that was it. They didn't help me at all. In fact, they suspended my account right away. I tried to contact them over 100 times over the next two months, but I never received a single reply. It was like they didn't care about me or my money.

I'm convinced that Big Stock Photo stole my money. It's a terrible thing to do to someone who worked so hard to create content for their platform. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away from Big Stock Photo if you don't want to risk losing your hard-earned money.

Big Stock Photo Big Stock Photo Review: Overpriced and Limited Selection - Stay Away!

I gotta say, I gave Big Stock Photo a try with their 7 day trial. I signed up late one night, or early morning depending on how you look at it, and unfortunately missed the rebill cutoff by just a few hours. My 7 days was one day off from their 7 days, you know what I mean? But boy oh boy, did I pay for it. They billed me for not one, but TWO subscriptions. That's right, $79 for 5 images a day and another $79 for 5 videos a day. I tried to explain the timing issue to their Customer Service, but all I got was a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo thrown back at me. No help at all.

So now I'm stuck paying $158 for images and videos that I could have gotten from other subscription services for a fraction of the price. And let me tell you, the video options on Big Stock Photo are pretty limited and blah. I mean, come on, I already have subscriptions with Depositphotos and yayimages, both of which offer similar material at a much better price. Plus, they have lots of deal prices if you check the web.

So, do yourself a big favor and stay away from Big Stock Photo. There are much better options out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg. Lesson learned, and it cost me a whopping $158!

Big Stock Photo Mixed Experience with Big Stock Photo's 7 Day Free Trial: Proceed with Caution

I gave Big Stock Photo a try with their 7 day FREE Trial and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. While I did find a few images that met my needs and were of high quality, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't quite enough content available to really make the most of the trial. I needed a lot more images than what was on offer, and unfortunately, Big Stock Photo just didn't have what I was looking for.

When it came time to cancel my account on the 7th day, I was surprised to find that my credit card had already been charged. Apparently, Big Stock Photo charges credit cards 3 days prior to the end of the trial period. Needless to say, I was not happy about this and immediately challenged the charge on my card.

After a bit of back and forth with customer service, I was eventually able to get a refund. However, it did take some time for the refund to process - about 3-5 days. So if you're thinking about giving Big Stock Photo a try, my advice would be to proceed with caution. Make sure you thoroughly communicate with them and cancel your trial at least 4 days prior to the end of the 7 day period to avoid any unwanted charges.

Overall, I think Big Stock Photo has some potential, but it's definitely not for everyone. If you're looking for a wide variety of high quality images, you may want to look elsewhere. But if you're willing to put in the time and effort to find what you need, it could be worth giving them a shot. Just be prepared to deal with some potential hiccups along the way.

Big Stock Photo Shady business

I want to warn everybody about BigStockPhoto, better stay away from them, because they are scammers and not to be trusted.
I decided to try their service and signed up for a free trial. I used BigStockPhoto for maybe a week or two and decided to find another similar site. But the thing was that I forgot to cancel my subscription.
When I got charged I remembered about that. They charged me a monthly fee and I didn't even ask for refund, because that was my mistake. I only asked them to cancel my subscription, but they said that they'll cancel only after I pay for a full year. According to their rep I signed up for a 12 months plan and I could cancel my membership only after I pay for the whole plan! Are you kidding me? I never signed up for a year, I never even planned to stay with them for such a long time. Horrible nasty cheaters! I called my bank and cancelled my card only to save my money from BigStockPhoto. Don't use them!

Big Stock Photo Trial scam

I have the same problem as many others, I got into their free trial scam! I signed up for BigStockPhoto only because I wanted to see what this site was about and wanted to try it. I cancelled my subscription 2 days before the expiry date. I was shocked when I found out that my subscription was renewed! I contacted customer service to find out what was going on but they did not reply. When I checked the reviews I realized this whole thing was just a scam! Seriously, do not deal with BigStockPhoto! Even though I cancelled my free account they still charged me and there is no way to get a refund!

Big Stock Photo Unauthorized charges!

They stole over $400 from me! I bought some pics from BigStockPhoto website and then I noticed that some money disappeared from my card! Next month the same thing happened and I called my bank and asked them to find out who was taking my money. That is how I found out that charges were made by BigStockPhoto. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they refused and said that they did nothing wrong and that I subscribed myself. I had no idea about that! They were charging me for the last 11 months and after months of fighting they finally agreed to refund for one month only! What a joke! These guys still owe me and I will not give up until I get my money back!

Big Stock Photo They started to charge me too early

I joined the website www.bigstockphoto.com and decided to try their plan. I subscribed for 10 days free trial, but when I wanted to cancel it, it turned out that they already started to take charges for me. I haven’t subscribed for the plan or anything else, but they simply started to charge me for nothing. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to stop it?

Big Stock Photo I wasted time on filling the form and completing the steps

People, beware and don’t waste your time on the website www.bigstockphoto.com. I filled the form and followed the steps on the website in order to get free stock photos, but it redirected me to another website and again the same steps and blah-blah. Not recommended website, ‘coz you won’t get anything for free. Stay away from them and don’t waste time. Post comment about your things with them.

Big Stock Photo Their free trial is scam

I signed for 7 days free trial on the website www.bigstockphoto.com. I was really upset with this website, ‘coz they promised to provide 7 photos per day of any size, but I couldn’t get it. I tried to contact their customer services, but these jerks told me that they didn’t provide it for free trial. WTF? They lie and scam, and better don’t sign up for them. Total waste of time. Not recommended website, as well as post your comments and views about it.

After the free trial and your agreement to $79 a month the honeymoon is over. They wouldn't give me a credit so I called Amex and charged back. I told them that I would do that if they couldn't find a resolution. They froze my account before this could be done. Terrible customer service. Do not fall into the trap we did. $158 for a total of about 15 pictures over two months and a complete waste of our time.
