Big Bazaar / Future Group review: profit club card

Two months earlier I made profit club card in big bajar, mithanpura Muzaffarpur Bihar. While offering card I was assured that I will be given free parking facility of parking till 12 months on purchase through the profit card. Today when I went for purchase through card for rs 1200 I requested the billing person for adjustment of parking charge in my bill. He refused to adjust the parking charge stating that as per new instructions now such waiver is permitted for purchase of above 2500 rs.
My point is how can big bajar deny in fulfilling its promise which was made during offering card till the validity. If they are doing so is it not a fraud or cheating by big bajar with its customers making false promises to sell their card which they don't full fill. My contact number is [protected].
