I went in today with my parent so they could buy beer for themselves. I didn't touch anything while I was there. The cashier asked for my ID, which was weird because I was with my parent and not buying anything. I thought parents could buy alcohol with their kids around. I saw a dad with his 14-year-old daughter buying beer, so I was even more confused. The manager said they ID people who look close to 18, but it doesn't make sense because the dad and his daughter didn't get ID'd. They should put this policy on the door and follow the state laws. I don't get it, it's not fair and it doesn't make sense. How can a parent with a 16-year-old (who looks 18) not buy alcohol, but a parent with a 14-year-old can? This place is on Broadway in ***, .

Discriminatory Policies
I recently was at your location in Tucson, AZ at 6228 E Broadway Blvd Suite 100. I went in today with my parent so they could purchase beer for themself. I did not touch anything at any point during the time that I was in the store. The cashier asked for my ID which I thought was very odd as I was with my parent and never touched anything and was not purchasing anything. I was under the assumption that a parent could purchase alcohol with a minor child present in the state of AZ. This was further reinforced by seeing a dad walk through the line with to a daughter who appeared to be about 14 to purchase beer moments later. The manager said that if someone appears to be close in age 18 is ID'd which is odd to me considering a daughter who appeared to be be a teenager did not get ID'd when her father was purchasing beer. They should state this discriminatory policy on the door and enforce the laws of the state they are in. I am not sure what is up with this but discriminatory practices are not cool and in this case make no sense. How can a parent with a child who is 16 (but appears to be 18) not purchase alcohol but a parent with a child who is 14 can?

On September 23, 2022, I bought two wine bottles from Beverages & More, Inc. They put the bottles in separate paper bags. When I got out of the car, one of the bottles fell out from the bottom of the bag. I called the store and told them that the bag must have been faulty because the wine came out. I mentioned that I had the receipt and had taken pictures to prove that the bag was torn at the bottom. They refused to give me new wine. I asked for a refund or a credit instead.

The confirmation email says, "Specific Vintages may not be available. If a *** is no longer available a comparable vintage of the same may be substituted." I've talked to Bevmo! before and they always said orders ain't guaranteed 'til ya get a confirmation email. Well, I did get one and they didn't offer me a substitute. My credit card still has a payment hold, even now. I wanna get a substitute item or get compensated for wastin' my time and not havin' funds in my account.

Unlike the previous customer who was buying alcohol they requested to see my id which in the past they did not. I asked if it's because the chocolate has a fraction percentage of alcohol. I suggested I get their other chocolate that doesn't have it. They said I still needed id. I even asked if a water bottle required and ID and they said yes. I told them I am a doctor across the street ( I was in my scrubs and had my badge). I am first wondering why I was asked to produce an ID for a nonalcoholic item when even in the past times they didn't ask for one. Secondly why was the gentleman before me not asked to produce an ID when he was buying alcohol. Not sure why there is a double standard? Perhaps racial profiling?Would like this to be looked into.

This complaint is about Beverages & More, Inc. I gotta say, ever since new management took over, the service has been terrible. And don't even get me started on the wine shelves, they're always empty. They used to have two types of Shiloh *** wines, but the one with the darker label hasn't been available for weeks. There's only one bottle left, and it's not worth it because I can't get a second bottle without paying a fortune.
I went to the store last night around 7:00 pm, and the employee at the cash register was just sitting there, looking like he was asleep. He had dark hair and seemed to be in his 20s. The other cashier, a young woman, didn't even bother to let people know that her line was open. We were stuck waiting in the other line. And don't even get me started on the mess. Boxes are always on the floor, and their shopping carts are left in the street. Whoever the new management is, they need to let that person go.
I used to give this store 5 stars, but now I can only give it one.

However, he said corporate rules don't let managers override the register anymore. Honestly, it feels like a classic bait and switch: they promise savings, but when you buy something, the savings don't apply. Even though this BevMo! is super convenient for me and my wife since it's just around the corner from our place, this treatment makes us not want to shop there anymore. Last night, I did a search and it said they had this real hard to find bourbon at both the Camden Ave and *** stores in ***. So, I went ahead and ordered it for pickup at Camden, gave 'em my credit card info and all. But then they went and canceled it. And while I was doin' the order, they kept suggestin' other stuff I could buy. Seems like a bait & switch to me. So, after my first order got canceled, I looked on their site for other stores that might have the bourbon. It sent me to the *** store and it said they had 3 bottles in stock. So, I thought for sure this order would work out. But nope, they canceled it too, sayin' it ain't available. I got screenshots of this whole mess, just like I did back in May .

In October, I sent an email request through my BevMo account, and they said they would get back to me, but they never did. I'm a Club *** member and I haven't gotten any rewards all year. I spent about $150 in April and another $150 in October. Shouldn't I have gotten a coupon by now? Also, I can't see where the points show up in my account online. Let me know. Thanks.

I ordered online on June 8 to pick up from the *** BevMo for 12 bottles of Stolichnaya Vodka 80 Proof (*** LTR) UPC/SKU - *** Under a 5 Cent PROMO sale. BevMo sent me an email with an Order Confirmation #*** and charged my credit card $140.74. But then they said my credit card transaction failed and I had to give new payment info. When I checked the order, the total was now $291.80. I called the *** store and the Store Manager, ***, said there was no special going on. Even though I had an order confirmation during the special, he couldn't honor it because the order was already cancelled in his system. I emailed *** at *** corporate and they said the sale was a mistake and removed it from the website. They won't honor the sale price for my full order, only for 2 bottles. I attached screenshots of my credit card charge and the confirmation email. I've been emailing with BevMo *** department, but all they say is the sale was a mistake. I just want them to honor my full order.
