I've sent a couple more emails and still nothing. Ended up having to go through PayPal to get the situation sorted and they said I'd get a refund if I sent the rug back, but I gotta cover the shipping, which is like 20 bucks. Just a heads up about this company, might wanna think twice before ordering from them.

I've been on the phone with them again and again, and the last time I tried, they just hung up on me and blocked my number. Tried calling from a different phone and yep, got hung up on once more. Now I'm stuck with this rug I never wanted and I'm seriously thinking about taking them to court to sort this out and get my money back. They've been giving me the runaround and I've had it with their games.

I returned a product and got confirmation from DHL that the company received the rug. You can't call the company, there's no dial tone. Can't email them either, the emails just bounce back. They haven't cancelled the invoice even after they got the rug back. They're not serious! I think it might be a scam company! Stay away! Don't buy from them! That's my advice.

Even the edges weren't done right, they weren't straight at all. When I reached out to benuta about this, they told me that's just how their quality is, which I can hardly believe. They wouldn't swap it out or cover the costs for sending it back. They suggested I use UPS for the return, which would set me back 20 euros. That's twice what I paid for the delivery here. Feels like they're asking me to pay extra just to return a product that shouldn't have passed quality check in the first place.
