Benchmark Investigations Jim Zimmer review: POOR Service Record-Bad Business Review 1

To all who may read this Complaints Board posting on Jim Zimmer and Benchmark Investigations:

I have never done any business with any person or business in Helena Montana, and I have no idea who "2sacksofcementpudding" is or why he/she would write such degrogatory, defaming, and false statements.

Here is the truth about Benchmark Investigations:

I have been a licensed private investigator in California (PI 12651) since 1986. I formed Benchmark Investigations in 1989, and my clients include law firms, corporations, insurance companies, banks, and private parties.

I have served as a two term President of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), which is the largest PI association in the world. I am highly regarded by many in my profession as well as my clientele.

I also serve as the 2nd Vice President of the National Council of Investigation & Security Services (NCISS).

I am also a member in good standing of the following PI associations:
World Association of Detectives (WAD)
National Associaiton of Legal Investigators (NALI)
Intellenet

I am also a Certified Professional Investigator (CPI) in California. Less than 2% of licensed PI's in this state have earned such certification.

I will gladly provide any law firm or client with numerous references who can attest to my character, reputation and integrity.

This report is malicious and totally false. I suspect it was authored by one of a handful of PI opponents to a bill for mandatory continuing education which I supported during my two terms as CALI President.

It is unfortunate and unfair for Complaints Board to publish such statements which have absolutely no veracity or foundation.
