I paid for 2 treatments, botox and filler. I paid for these weeks ago ahead of time as there was a sale. Since that time, I've developed severe allergic reactions to food and chemicals. I'm hypersensitive to chemicals. A small amount of peroxide for coloring hair made my face red and made me sick. Therefore, injecting something in me wouldn't be wise, and I don't know when this will be cured. My doctor told me not to have such treatments.

Hi there, I wanted to share my experience with Bellair Laser Clinic. I recently purchased two acne scar removal packages from them, but unfortunately, they didn't work as expected. Now, I'm looking to get a refund for the sessions I didn't use. Thank you.

So, I went to Bellair Laser Clinic, right? They said they can't give me a written contract 'cause their system is busted or something. All I got is a pic of the receipt from their credit card machine. Now, here's the thing, I can't go ahead with the procedure 'cause of some medical concerns, you know? And get this, I already paid half upfront! But guess what? They don't have a refund policy, but they're saying they don't do refunds based on their refund policy. Confusing, right?

I've been calling them for a whole week, man, and they keep avoiding me. They keep saying I gotta talk to the accounting department, but those guys are always MIA. And get this, they won't even give me the contact info for the director! They told me to message the general line instead. Like, seriously?

When I first talked to them about refunds, they said they give 'em. But now, they're saying they only do it in certain cases, but they won't tell me what those cases are. Talk about keeping me in the dark, huh?

-During my last visit to the Clinic, I had a not-so-great experience and let their team know about it. The staff seemed confused and I was kept waiting in a separate room for 30 mins. -I expressed my concerns to three different people, but nothing was being done about my complaint. I felt like I was being held against my will in the private waiting room. -Eventually, *** (maybe an office manager) yelled at me to leave and said I wasn't welcome back. I was surprised and asked for contact information for someone higher up. They gave me the email of the Clinic's director, ***. -I hoped that he would resolve the issue since I wasn't happy with my interactions at the Clinic and wanted a refund for my package. I didn't feel comfortable going back there. -To my surprise, *** turned out to be just as chaotic as the Bellair Laser Clinic and its associates. -In my interactions with him, he said things like: -"I am worse than ***, *** and ***. Lol!" -"One final note then I will be done as I do not think you have the capability to withstand My attacks. I just wanted to teach you a lesson that you should remember." -"Have a pleasant evening and wear a mask, not for coronavirus but to cover your overall ugly disposition." -When I copied the Consumer Choice Awards (which I later found out is a paid award, not based on merit), *** wrote "The fine people at consumers' choice know we have been treating clients with excellence for over 17 years; Well ALL clients except you." TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS: -Sort the reviews from lowest to highest to see similar interactions with ***. It seems like this isn't the first time he's behaved this way when someone raises a concern. -Ask for a receipt! They won't give me one or tell me about their refund policy, so it's better to get it upfront. -Or better yet, just don't go here. Dealing with *** is considered verbal abuse and ***. His threats are very strange. If he threatens you too (like he has with other customers), you have the right to report it. -You can report ***'s threats and verbal abuse to: -Your local police for a restraining order or peace bond -Ontario Human Rights Commission (for discrimination matters) -Consumer Protection Ontario (to file a formal complaint about your transaction and Bellair's *** business practices)
