Baymont Inn is a real dump. There's mold all over the place, and the mattress pad and sheets are stained. The TV, lamp, microwave, and coffee pot are all broken. It's a total drug den, and there's nobody at the front desk. They don't even have any towels or extra sheets. The police are there every day. The carpet is crawling with bugs and filth. It's a real shame that Wyndam is associated with this mega wealth. They should be embarrassed.

I give Baymont Inn 0 stars. The Kalamazoo location on E. Cork is terrible. We went there for an event and it was the second place we stayed at. When we checked in, the lady couldn't find our reservation. She said it was canceled, but I had the reservation confirmation on my phone. After a while, she found a room, but didn't apologize for the mistake. The room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty. There was mold and calcium in the toilet and mold in the shower. The carpet was also moldy. There was no smoke detector or thermostat. We went back to the front desk, but they didn't apologize and only made excuses. They gave us another room, but it was already occupied. We decided to cancel our stay, but they charged us for two nights instead of one. Other guests had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and a plunger. The manager only addressed the reservation issue and didn't apologize for the rest. I am disgusted with this place and the service.

Staff not wearin masks. Room not clean. Hotel obviously pay by hour. Staff not wearin masks. Guests come into lobby not wearin masks and not asked to put them on. Room dirty. Hotel overall seem like place to get "date" or other bad stuff. Felt super unsafe. Not in room more than 5 min. Asked for refund. Was told we could get free night. Wouldn't stay there if paid.

I went to Baymont Inn on 8/4 at 7 pm. The room was dirty and had no shower curtain. I asked for a shower curtain, but they said no. I asked for another room, but they also said no. I contacted Wyndham, and they gave me a new room. Unfortunately, it was even dirtier than the first one. There was food, beads, and sticky stuff all over the place. There were no towels, so I had to go to the office and get my own. The next day, the health department came, but they didn't want to see my room. When I came back at 6 pm, my room was still dirty. I asked the front desk about it, and they offered me a refund. I checked out, but I still haven't received the refund.

Booked a room at Baymont Inn for the night of 1/29/22. Got to the room at around 6pm, put my bags on the bed, and headed out for dinner. Came back at 9pm and went to the restroom. That's when I saw live and dead roaches in the restroom, and when I looked closer, I found roaches in the main room too. Also saw what looked like old dried vomit in the corner between the wall and the bed. Took a video of the room (too big to upload here). Went to the front desk and asked for a refund, but was told I couldn't get one because I had been checked in for more than an hour. Tried to explain that I had gone out for dinner, but they wouldn't budge. Checked out and left. Paid a total of 84.90.

Their roof leaks onto the third floor in the rooms and they won't fix it. The police are falling through the floors and the balcony from the second floor to the first floor feels like it's about to cave in. Walking down the stairs feels unsafe. The third-floor hallway feels like it's about to fall into the second floor. They don't know what they're doing behind the counter and lie about reservations, pool, and room quality. The staff consists of drug addicts and felons. When I complained about a vicious dog, they yelled and threatened to kick me out, accusing me of stealing my room without proof.
