1. There are 2 Collection Accounts from Bay Area Receivables listed on my credit report. Both submit on the same date-08/31 and the same amount-$34. 2. I have not received any bills, phone calls or any other correspondence from this creditor (Bay Area Receivables). The amount is so minute, I would've had no problem paying had I known or been notified prior to seeing it on my credit report.

Agency has never mailed or contacted me regarding collections but reported on my credit months ago
Agency has never mailed or contacted me regarding collections but reported on my credit months ago. Bay Area has reported to credit agencies I owe a balance to which I do not. I have no account number, etc as they never contacted me in any manner regarding any possible balance. Per my credit report I could see who the original creditor was and contacted them only to be told they never billed my insurance, which they confirmed they had the information. It has now been two months since *** submitted the claim (which therefore I never owed a balance as it was Medicaid and it is illegal to bill me directly). Despite this information Bat Area has refused to remove the derogatory remark on my credit report.

I have been paying off collections
I have been paying off collections. I ask for a new report every couple weeks. Today I notified them about something on my credit report and they sent me a report. What was being said on my credit report was not on the list. I called them and then all of a sudden it was on there. I have reports dated for several months and it was on there but it is date back to 2016. They are making my credit score go down by saying I am not paying on this when it hasnt even been on my list from them until I demanded to know why it was on my report. I have been paying them faithfully for a year on several accounts and they continue to report I am not paying when I am. I have attached emails, payment records of a bit lump sum and I can provide bank statements to show I have been paying them for over a year.

Over the course of three years I have requested a detailed explanation of charges from *** and have never received any. I received notification from Bay Area REceivables of a claim for $567 from ***. I had no knowledge of incurring the charges. I call BAR in March and spoke to Jake on three occassions requesting the detailed documentation support the charges. On the final call he stated that the vendor was unable to substanciate the charges and they were return the claim to PIM. When I received my credit report this January the claim was still showing. I called Michelle at BAR and she said she would try to get me the information I needed but that they were very busy and short staffed. After two additional calls to Michelle the last today with no resolution I am writing to the ComplaintsBoard.com and the three credit reporting agencies to get this claim off of my credit reort

*** sent my medical bills to Bay Area (BA)
sent my medical bills to Bay Area (BA). I have paid them $620 so far. *** contacted me & told me they haven't received anything. Also I paid off a debt that BA is still charging me for. *** also told me that BA shouldn't be attaching huge fees to my bills. BA has taken my money and not paid the party. I've contacted my bank to file a dispute. Also because they are charging me for a bill that was paid in full and they are taking my money and paying it again. When I make payments I don't get a detailed description of what it went to. I started crying on the phone because $620 is a lot of money and Troy e*** threaten to hang up the phone. I feel like my money has been stolen. Where did my money go? They tacked high fees on than took the Off. They aren't sending money to *** which is who I owe. Nobody else. I've only gotten one receipt from them for $100 but look at my bank account. I've paid $620.00.

Over 20+ collection accounts put on my credit
Over 20+ collection accounts put on my credit. Account # *** My original creditor was *** and I had made payment arrangements with them and I was paying them every month through my bill pay. However, they still sent my account to collections ***. At this point I was paying *** and *** at the same time and some of the accounts were double paid. Once I confronted them about it *** did take money from one of the accounts and put it towards another one of the collection accounts. After this time ian account from Bay Area appeared on my credit report and when I called to find out about that account I was informed that it was for *** and that I had several accounts. I was not aware of all.these accounts and thought I was nearly done with the *** accounts. So I told the gentleman Jon J that I was driving but I was going to take care of the *** account and I did and it was removed along with the other *** accounts. Immediately after saying I would take care of the one that was on my credit report all of the other accounts was placed on my credit report. So I continued to make payments and I continued to send emails asking for proof of the accounts that had came to Bay Area from ***. In which, I have still not received the proof and I've still been making payments and the 20+ accounts are still on my credit report. So since I was paying them I had asked Jon to return my accounts to active status because I had not missed any payments and I know that they had just gotten the accounts, but I'm sure they can still see the consistent payment history from *** which transferred all of the accounts to them.

Bay Area Receivables has reported erroneous unauthorized accounts on my credit report which violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Bay Area Receivables has reported erroneous unauthorized accounts on my credit report which violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). I am extremely distressed that this company has reported erroneous items on my credit profile and that they have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in their operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in reporting. From my research, credit reporting laws ensure that creditors report only 100% accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. On September 16, I sent a letter on 5/21 to request Account #. ***XXXXXXXXX for $548 and Account # ***XXXXXXXXX for $254 be removed from my file because they are not mine. To my surprise, I received a response stating that the two accounts have been verified. I then replied requesting signed documentation with my signature on it because unverified items on my credit report is a violation of Federal Law. Bay Area Receivables is required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of their investigation, they stated that they "verified" these items and they are "reported correctly" My question is who verified these accounts? To date, Bay Area Receivables has NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 (a)(1)(A) & Section 611 (a)(1)(A) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ). So under Section 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA - they are required to "...promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified." Their failure to positively verify these unauthorized accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverifiable accounts must be removed if they are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof. Especially because they are NOT MINE. I am keeping a very detailed record of violations by this company in order to enforce my consumer rights under the FCRA.
