I bought a watch band from Barton Watch Bands on Amazon on October 7, 2022. Unfortunately, within just 3 months, the strap tore unexpectedly, possibly due to a design issue. They claim to offer a 1-year satisfaction guarantee, so I decided to reach out to them via email on December 12, 2022, to report the broken band. However, I didn't receive any response from the company.

Feeling frustrated, I tried contacting them again on December 26, 2022. Finally, on December 28, 2022, I received a response from the company apologizing for the delay and promising to send a replacement band if I provided my address. Without hesitation, I sent them my address via email on the same day.

Unfortunately, since then, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from the company. I made additional attempts to contact them on January 3, 2023, and January 5, 2023, but still haven't received any response. It's quite disappointing and leaves me uncertain about whether I'll ever receive the replacement band I was promised.

I bought a watch band from Barton Watchbands Holdco LLC for my 46 mm galaxy watch 4 classic. They sent me the wrong size band. I tried contacting customer service through email and phone multiple times, but they never responded. I also reached out through their website, and they sent me another wrong-sized item. If they would just answer the phone or email listed on their website, this problem could be resolved. It seems like their customer service is not capable of handling a simple issue. I bought two watch bands and a tool on 1/13/23 online for $62.56. The website didn't say anything about shipping delays. They took the money from my debit account on 1/17/23. On 1/21/23, I emailed them to ask why my order was delayed. Barton Watch Bands replied on 1/24/23, saying they had a strike and were trying to send me the products within the week. On 1/31/23, I emailed them again, asking for a refund because of the shipping delay. They replied on the same day, saying they gave me a partial refund, but didn't mention the amount. I quickly responded, saying I should get a full refund because of the strike delay. I haven't heard back from them yet. I just want my money back in full.

On Jan. 06, 2023, I went online and ordered a watch band from Barton Watchbands, in Dallas, Texas. I paid with my Visa Credit Card for $36.38. Since then, I've emailed and called them to check my order status. When I first asked, they emailed me back, saying they're really busy and it'll take longer to ship. Now, on their website, it says products ship in "1-3 business days," but it's been 3 weeks since I ordered...and still no product or refund! I've sent more emails and called, but no response. My order number is *** and all I want is my money back on my credit card. I DON'T want their watch band and I'll NEVER recommend this business to anyone! I emailed Barton about a refund, but once again...no response. Personally, I think this company is a total SCAM, in every sense of the word!

I ordered a army green canvas watch strap for 32.63 including shipping on 12/12/2022. The order showed partially shipped but did not arrive. I emailed the company 7 days later and received an email stating they dropped the ball by showing that band In stock when it was not. They stated they would ship me a different band in the mean time to hold me over and also provided a discount code for a future purchase. I waited but that different band never arrived. I called and was able to speak with customer service. They were very friendly and stated they could switch out the band I ordered for another one I wanted. They said the information would be give. To a female employee and she would email me with the tracking number. That email never came. Now when I call, I can not get anyone to answer. I have left multiple messages but have not received a call back. I left multiple emails and no one will respond to me. At this point I can not even request a refund because they will not answer or call me back. I like their product but for some reason they can not handle this situation. Order #***.
