I wish to speak with someone in upper management because the provocation I have been receiving from the Core department has now become strong arm robbery. I have worked with Barrister for the past 2 years and nothing has happened to me like this until I told a Xhaferi Mehet that I didn't appreciate the way he addressed me about a problem created by Barrister or 7/11. I did what I did under the instruction of the 7-11 technician which I was told has jurisdiction over the work order. Since my first interaction with Xhaferi Mehet he has sent me multiple emails on tickets that date back to 2023 while simultaneously charging me for the parts even after I sent him tracking numbers. This is NOT how I do business and at this time I feel the provocation has gotten to a level where I need something done about this immediately. I have 3 years with them, well had. I guess someone in that company really get butt hurt when you stand up to them. I put 60000 miles on a car that the engine siezed up... I only was to do the 32 miles radious from where I live. Yet I drove half way across the state, diffrent states on a "just do this favor for me" then just to act like they own you and pentalize you when ever they want...No perks No Bonus No Milage No Benifits No Tips. Now No Way...
