These guys are a complete joke! Our truck broke down just 8 days after the 30-day lemon law and the transmission was full of shrapnel. We had to get a new one, which cost us thousands of dollars. We had only made one payment and now we have nothing to show for it. Don't waste your time with these clowns!

Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism we experienced was unacceptable. It's a shame because the van we purchased is great, but the process of purchasing it was a nightmare. If you do decide to purchase from Autocenter Sales & Service, Inc., make sure you have a lot of patience and be prepared for a frustrating experience.

I bought a 2015 Audi from Autocenter Sales & Service, but it's been a nightmare. The check engine light came on and the dealership said it was just a sensor issue, but my gas guy said the oil was low. I have to add oil every week! They said they fixed the sensor, but then said they needed another part. The *** guy said the car was inspected and sent me a video, but later said it wasn't inspected for my problems. I dropped it off 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to give me a loaner, but they won't return my calls and have my paid-off car. Is that stealing?

Me and my boy bought a 2013 *** Accord Coupe (2 door) black 4 Cylinder whip from Autocenter Sales & Service *** of *** on or about August 18. We took out a loan and it's still running good. We traded in our *** Acura TSX and got $1000.00 for it. We had a small issue with getting the car inspected. They said they would do it but didn't have enough time. They told us to get it done ourselves and they would reimburse us for the $35.00 fee. We did it and sent in proof twice, but never got the money. I had a bad experience with Autocenter Sales & Service, Inc. I bought a car from them for $10,653.88, but it didn't work. I tried to contact the manager, but he never called me back. I cancelled the insurance and registration and asked for my money back, but they refused. I even filed a police report. I'm really upset because I need a car for work and my sick child. I hope they give me my money back soon.
