The staff at Auto Credit USA were not helpful at all and seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing good customer service. I should have known better than to trust them, but I was desperate for a car and they took advantage of that. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

On October 2, I bought a car from Auto Credit USA. I went there alone with my little one and really needed a car. I never bought from a dealer before, so I was kinda lost. I got a 2013 *** Altima 2.5 S Sedan with around *** miles. The loan I got was for $18,000. It's been less than a year now, but I can't find anyone willing to refinance me 'cause I owe $12,000 more than what the car's worth. They all say the numbers don't add up. The interest rate I got is super high at ***%, but I kinda expected that from a buy here, pay here place. I know they jack up the prices, but I feel like they really took advantage of me. I've been trying to reach out to the dealership, but they're not getting back to me. I don't know what to do anymore. How can an old car like this cost over $16,000 when KBB says it's worth 6-8k?

I bought a lease from Auto Credit USA on 3/19/2022. They were supposed to send me a temporary title in the mail so I could get plates and move forward with my purchase, but I never received it. I called them every day for two weeks, asking if they found the title, but it seems like nobody knows what's happening. I told them I want to return the car, but they said that's not how it works. I said, "Okay, I'll wait then." 45 days went by, and I needed plates, but I couldn't get them. So, I called Auto Credit USA again, and once more, they said they don't know what's going on and that they're waiting for the title from the auction. It's now May 17th, and I'm reaching out to you guys to try to resolve this. I still make payments on the car every two weeks because I can't have it repossessed, but I don't want to work with this company anymore. I want them to end my lease, take the car back, and cancel my debt to them because I don't think this is fair.
