Absolutely atrocious customer service and overall running of thus business. We had a painting which was supposed to be collected almost two months ago from NSW. We've rung countless times to see where the painting is, and each time no one was able to tell us where it was, or if it had even been collected. We were told by some customer service agents it had been collected, then told by others it had not. Excuses were given each time, following by 'we'd have to call you back'; which never happened each time. They then, after failing to collect the painting 6 times, refunded us about a week after we asked for the refund. Then within two hours of receiving the refund they took the money again!? We had to call back twice because they said they'd collected it that morning. We rung the gallery and it had not been collected and was still sitting there. TransDirect had reduced itself to lies as well, to try and keep our money. We still do not have the painting back, or our money. Do not trust this business. You will be left hanging and frustrated.
