Last night 18/4/23 at 6:50pm
2 duty manager ignored my request for assistance of our delayed drive through food order & makes jokes laughing with her Youth Team about me when i was so desperately asked her please assist me to get my beloved disabled son foods asap as for my son was self bashing to bleed inside taxi due to foods delayed nearly 25 to 30 minutes.
Desired outcome: I wanna apology from 2 of them especially the female manager who laughed at me it is totally unacceptable & shameful behaviours of her setting bad examples to the amazing Youth Team.
