tony john and ronnie are the best! i called them up and they came out to fix my water problems caused by an old water heater. they were super nice and got to work right away! they checked out the damage and started fixing it right away. they also gave me some good advice on what to do next. they were really professional and did a great job! i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with fire or water damage. they are the best!

I hired *** and his crew from Atlanta Fire & Restoration Service, Inc. to fix my house after a fire. My insurance company paid them $184,376.46. The house looks alright, but I've had three problems since then. I've tried to contact ***, but all I get are excuses and lies. He said that my request to check the electrical outlets was just maintenance, not a warranty issue. But all of the outlets are dying one by one. I've had six go out so far. He also said that I waited two years to call him, but it was actually before May this year. He replaced two AC units and a furnace, but I still haven't received the information for the companies that installed them. These units usually come with a 5-year warranty, but *** said his warranty on my home is only for two years. I have one furnace that I personally paid for that's still under warranty for 5 years. *** didn't replace it, but called it an upgrade. I contacted him before the two years were up, but I didn't trust the process. He even threatened to sue me if I posted about his company on social media. There are many restoration companies out there, so do your research and ask the right questions before hiring one. Where's my warranty for the AC units and furnace? I should at least get a contact in case of problems.

I had a fire in my home back in 06-2018 and had to leave until May 18. Atlanta Fire & Restoration Service, Inc. was paid a whopping $184,376.46 by Allstate Insurance to restore my home. But now, all of my electrical outlets are going out one by one and my smoke detectors keep going off, scaring me in the middle of the night. I talked to Tony, one of the owners of Atlanta Fire, on March 8, about the smoke detectors, and he said he would send someone to check them out, but I haven't heard anything back. I've tried emailing and calling his office about the electrical outlets, but they've been ignoring me. I have all the documents and copies of permits from Allstate, and I even talked to the adjuster who confirmed that Atlanta Fire did the electrical work. It's just frustrating that they won't fix the issues they caused.

I paid around $192k to restore my house after a fire on February 5. They gave us many completion dates, starting with June , but we still can't go home. I know there are supply chain problems, but places like *** and Lowes have everything they need. Other houses have been built in our area during this time, so labor must be available too. Sometimes, they don't do any work for months. They were supposed to get some things for us, but we had to do it ourselves with the promise of reimbursement. They still owe us for some of those things, like utilities and appliances. They didn't pay a subcontractor on time, and they still owe him money even though they said they would pay him after we paid them a partial payment. They didn't. They usually don't answer our calls, but when they do, they're rude. The last time we talked, they told me to tell anyone I contact that State Farm owes them for code upgrades. When we first met with ***, they said code issues wouldn't be a problem, and they would handle everything. Now, they're using this as an excuse not to work on our house. They asked us to accept substitutes because they didn't order what we asked for when we gave them the item numbers and links. State Farm is hesitant to pay for our case because we've been staying in a budget hotel for $350 a week this whole time. We want to go home, but ATL Fire isn't helping us.

I hired Atlanta Fire And Restoration services in January 2022, recommended by my insurance company Travelers. They said my home would be ready in 3 months, but it's now Aug 8th and it's still not 100%. I told them about every issue, but some services were never done. I paid a lot of money for half-done work. They were supposed to replace and remove ductwork, but they didn't. They installed ceramic flooring incorrectly. I dealt with *** and then *** as my project managers, but nothing changed. They charged me a lot of money for paint, but only did one coat and it looks bad. They broke my bathroom vanity and kitchen window, but never fixed them. They charged me for poorly done siding and cleaning fees, but I had to clean myself. It took 6 weeks to have a kitchen available. I paid them 56, ***, but never saw an invoice or receipt. I never received a humidifier for the smoke smell. They charged me for HVAC work and pressure washing that never happened. They charged me for a new smoke detector.
