I purchased a razor at the end of October with razor blades with automatic renewal. Never received razor and it still says awaiting shipment and yet they charged me again and are sending me a refill on the blades. I have emailed them FOUR times requesting either the blade or a refund. Can’t get ahold of anyone and no response. Do not purchase from them!

I was charged for an order after I cancelled and they refuse to refund or cancel the order that was made without my permission.

I got charged for an order even though I canceled it, but they won't give me my money back or cancel the order that was made without asking me.

I've tried to cancel my subscription many times, but it's been impossible. I emailed customer service and followed the company's instructions to go to my account page, but the "Cancel Plan" button is grayed out and I can't click it. I've tried every option they gave me, but it hasn't worked. The products are just okay, like the customer service.

I cancel my subscription after being double charged for the subscription on 2 separate occasions. 2 weeks after cancellation Im still being charged for another box. Im very unhappy and do not want to receive any more boxes nor be charged for any. Theyre tactics are bad and you do not get a response from their customer service. I want a refund for the last box being that I did not authorize any charges after cancellation date.

They charged my credit card on December 16th, but I never got an email about when my order was shipped or when it would arrive. I've sent them 9 emails, but they haven't responded. I can't find a phone number to call for customer service, so the only way I can try to reach them is through www.athenaclub.com, but still no response.

Athena Club is saying I bought new razorblades when I never did. They sent an order confirmation, and I tried to contact them as soon as I could to tell them it was a mistake. It shipped and they keep repeating the same email that I supposedly clicked a "ship now" button and placed the order. I didn't place the order, and I keep emailing them again and again, but they won't assist me. They have no phone communication, nothing. I'm just shocked. This is so wrong, I can't even believe it.

I ordered from Athena Club's website on 11/11. They confirmed my order and said it was being processed and sent to me. On 11/17, I emailed them to ask when my order would arrive. They didn't answer. On 11/18, I asked again and still no update. I contacted *** to ask about the delivery, and they initially said they didn't know about it. A few days later, they emailed me and said it had been delivered. But I never got the package. On 11/23, I emailed Athena Club again for help, but still no response.
