I was pretty happy with ASTR The Label's online store until I found out about their sneaky "free" return policy. Apparently, if you return too many items within a certain time frame, they'll put you on a modified return policy and charge you a 15% restocking fee. What a rip-off! I mean, they advertise free shipping and returns, but then they turn around and punish customers who are just trying to find the right dress. Let's face it, when you order clothes online, there's always a chance they won't fit or look the way you expected. I followed all the return rules, but now they want to charge me for it. And get this, they claim they sent me an email about it six months ago, but I never saw it. When I talked to customer service, they just kept repeating the policy and telling me it was my fault for not reading it carefully enough. How is that helpful? If they're going to have a policy like this, they should make it clear on their homepage or send an alert to customers when they log in. But no, they'd rather trick people into buying more stuff and then hit them with a surprise fee later. This was my first order in six months, but apparently that's enough to put me on their naughty list. Well, they can keep their dresses and their bogus return policy. I'm done with ASTR The Label.

I had a really bad experience with ASTR The Label's Facebook shop. I was looking for a dress to wear to my sister's wedding and saw that they were offering a coupon, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the dress and when it arrived, it didn't fit right. I exchanged it for a different size, but that one didn't fit either. So, I decided to return it and get my money back.

However, instead of giving me a refund, they gave me store credit. I was really frustrated because I had sent the dress back within the 28-day period stated on their website. I tried to contact them via email, but I never received a response. I even sent two messages through their website contact form, but still nothing.

I decided to call them and spoke to a customer service representative who promised me that I would receive a refund and an email confirming it by the following Monday. But, I never received either. I then received an email response from one of the forms I had filled out, but the new customer service representative seemed confused about how to issue a refund since it was a Facebook shop order.

I also tried to contact Facebook's customer service for the shop, but after several weeks of talking to a bot, I gave up trying to get in touch with a human. After dealing with all of this for over a month, I finally received a message from ASTR that said, "Due to a system error with our integrated Facebook platform, I am unable to process the refund to the original payment."

I was really disappointed and frustrated because I had spent $170 on the dress and now I was out of luck. I don't think I will ever shop at ASTR The Label again because their customer service team doesn't seem to know how to do their job. It was a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

So, I decided to buy a dress from ASTR The Label for my anniversary. When it arrived, I was excited to try it on. However, as soon as I put it on, the little piece of fabric that holds the strap on the back of the dress broke. I was disappointed because the quality of the entire dress was not what I expected for a $100 dress. It felt cheap and poorly made.

Despite my disappointment, I really liked the design of the dress and needed a dress for my anniversary in just three days. So, I decided to return the dress for store credit. However, the customer service chat was slow to respond, which was frustrating. Eventually, I was able to get store credit to order a new dress, and they even gave me a coupon to make up for the one I had used when ordering the first dress.

However, I would not recommend buying from this brand. Although they said I would get refunded for the extra shipping cost I had to pay with my credit card in order to get expedited shipping, what they did was add another credit to the gift card they had given me with store credit. I don't want more store credit, I'm never going to buy from them again. I want them to refund my credit card like they said.

The whole experience has been a pain in the butt. Yes, I got store credit, but I had to go and return the dress, and now I have a charge on my credit card that I wouldn't have had. And the dress, like I said, is not worth $100. The quality of it would have made me think it was a $30 or $40 dress. Don't waste your money. If you want a nice dress for an occasion, shop somewhere else that'll probably have better quality and won't come with a broken strap.
