Donnot spend mlney with this place, they are liars and scammers who don't value US consumers at all. They are using us for mkeny mules while laughing in our face with sub oar wigs they over charge for. They are not honest about length or design with the wigs, loe about the shipping, will over charge for the wigs and then totally act like a 5 yr old with low intellect, when you try to get any issues resolved. Spend your money in america, where it belongs... thats the smartest country? they can't even do wigs!

I hate companies that tried to scam you. It’s absolutely unnecessary to sell or try to sell a fake product and have fake pictures posted just to get my hard earned money.

I bought this wig because of an ad that I saw on Instagram. In the ad, the hair was beautiful and thick. What I received was far from that. It looked as if a child put this together. One side of the hair was longer than the other. The hair was very thin. And the top was sewn together instead of it being put on a lace so you could see the threading from the top. I reached out to the company for full refund because per their return policy if the hair is defective, you can return and get your money back. The company asked me to keep the wig and they would give me $15. I almost paid $200 for this wig so no thank you I do not want a bad free wig. I want my money back per your return policy.

In the email that I received from the company they stated that I had to return everything that I received so this is why I’m adding additional pictures so you can see what was sent to me and what will be sent back to them.

Update: I did not put dye directly on the hair. I placed the semi-permanent hair dye in a tub of water, then placed the garbage hair into the tub of water with the semi-permanent hair dye. I am still shocked that what was supposedly be human hair could not withstand this. The hair is garbage, PERIOD!

Buyers beware! This hair is trash. Ashimary scanned me for my money. I purchased hair from them based on false advertisement of their trashy products.

I never received this unit but decided to keep the one that you all sent because I trusted that it was 100 % human hair. I soon realized that you took my money and sent to me a trashy unit with severely mixed-matched hair of synthetic hairs with lower quality fiber hairs.

There is a different type of trashy hair used on the lace than the trashy hair used on the remaining unit all while given an unflattering, cheap, fake, wiggy appearance. You are guilty of false advertising and removing bad reviews from the very social sites that you advertise on. You are selling trashy products but advertising them as high dollars, while scamming people out their money.

They actually responded and offered a shameful refund of $10.00– for a trashy unit that I paid $300.00 dollars to purchase from shameless scammers. I am going to report them.

I have a story to tell about my experience with Ashimary Hair Official Website (ashimaryhair.com). I purchased a wig on October 15, 22 and on the same day, I requested a refund. It has been 3 and a half months since then and I have been doing rebuttals, escalations, and disputes all from Chime Financial to deny 300 times. Ashimary said that once they received the item back, I would get a full refund. So, I shipped it back on November 30th, 22 and they received it on December 6, 22. However, they stopped responding as soon as they received it back and will not send me my refund.

I must warn you that this is a bad company and you should avoid it at all costs. They are robbing people in America because they know they are located in China. Two women told me that their wigs melted and the other didn't even receive hers, and they wouldn't give her her money back. The hair quality is bad and the customer service is even worse. My wig was oily, tangled, and it had pokey hair from the top to the bottom in the whole back of the wig.

To make matters worse, they are blackmailing me because I posted reviews about them. They told me that if I take down the Trustpilot reviews, their manager promises they'll send me my refund via PayPal or directly to me. If I don't, then they can't send it.

Please stay away from this company. The hair quality is bad and the customer service is even worse. Don't buy from them.

I recently had an experience with ashimaryhair.com and I must say, it was not a good one. I ordered a 28" jet black straight pre plucked baby hair transparent wig, but what I received was a brownish wig with some weird looking wig that was oily and brownish with red strands. The wig looked raggedy and the lace was not transparent. It had a small rip and the wig had hair that was sticking up and out all over the wig. Even if you flat combed it, the hair wouldn't lay down. It was short small hair in the top of the wig sticking up. What's that? I ordered a black wig, but they sent a brown wig that was dyed brown. The combs were not in the same place as the picture. They have a fake number so you can't contact them. The address on here is not the address on the site. I didn't get the wig I rose. I paid my hard-earned money to not get what I wanted.

I talked to a person until late night and they said I could get my refund. I sent them pictures and they said the wig was brown from my bedroom light. They told me to try the sun in the morning, but it was still brown. I showed them a picture of the lace I ordered and then I showed them it wasn't the lace on the wig. There was no baby hair and no pluck at all. They said the wig was raggedy from being packaged and I should boil it. Then they offered me a 20% refund.

From early today all day, I have been texting them on Instagram and Facebook and email, but nothing. They get your money and ignore you. Their policy says if they mess up your order, they have to give a refund, but they don't. They ignore you and send you a totally different wig, not the wig in the picture. This is a different wig from what I ordered. Oh yeah, and FYI, you pay for a 28" wig, but what they do is take short hair out at the top part of the wig and then take a small amount of long hair out at the bottom back, meaning you're not actually getting a 28" in the whole wig.

So, be careful buying from these people. I don't get the China address and the fake number. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money and don't get what you paid for. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake I made.
