It took over a year and 6 visits to finally get the panels installed correctly and approved by the inspector and electric company. I made numerous complaints that the panels were not generating the correct power that we were promised, but know one listened. Another year later, they said there was a software error that was not fixed. I am supposed to be generating 21 Kwh of electricity, I rarely generate 10. There are 57 panels on my roof, only half seem to be working. Now my roof was damaged in a storm, and they want $42,000 to take the panels down and put them up again after the roof is replaced. They missed two appointments to get them removed and I lost two vacation days waiting for them. Know one called me to tell me they weren't going make it the second time. It took 4 phone calls to finally get someone to call me back and let me know they weren't coming. When they finally showed up, the manager on site demanded more then the agreed upon price before he would even start the removal. He called the owner and 15 minutes later agreed to remove the panels once I gave him the check I already had written out.
They are rude, they don't return phone calls, and they don't back the system they install.
Just got my solar put in a few months ago and it looks amazin

I worked with ArrowPoint Solar as a solar consultant and they are always reliable
I worked with ArrowPoint Solar as a solar consultant and they are always reliable. They keep their word, have good customer service, and are a small enough company that they still care about you.
Terrible business
Terrible business. They installed my solar panels in mid January, but they did it incorrectly. The city inspector left instructions on what failed, and the company only addressed one of the issues. It's been about 3 weeks now, and they still haven't made a plan to fix the other issues so that the panels can start working. I'm almost ready to make my first payments, but instead of saving money on my electricity, I'll now have two payments. I wouldn't recommend them.

In January 2022, ArrowPoint Solar put in a Solar System on the ground
In January 2022, ArrowPoint Solar put in a Solar System on the ground. There were some problems with the setup, but they fixed them after I reminded them a bunch of times. One of the problems was getting the end caps for the system. Now I have a technical question about the wiring that I want to ask an electrician, but ArrowPoint Solar tells me they don't handle my account anymore and it's *** who does. I can't get in touch with anyone from *** through email or phone. Honestly, I'd rather stick with ArrowPoint since I signed a contract with them for the service.
In May 2022, we bought a contract with ArrowPoint Solar to put in solar panels
In May 2022, we bought a contract with ArrowPoint Solar to put in solar panels. The whole thing took way longer than we expected. The company they hired to do the installation didn't even start until late August. It wasn't until early October that the outside part of the installation was finally finished. And now, here we are in late November, and the monitoring system for the panels still isn't done. My wife and I have left them so many messages, trying our best to get them to finish the job, but it's like they're playing games with us. They keep saying they'll get back to us, but they never actually do. We shelled out a whopping $35K for this thing, and all we want is for it to be done already.
We made a deal with *** (some other company) that sells arrow point solar panels on 7/19/2022
We made a deal with *** (some other company) that sells arrow point solar panels on 7/19/2022. They said the panels would be on our house in 5 weeks, but that didn't happen. We kept asking for updates, but they just gave us the runaround. We also asked about the cost of meter and code upgrades, but they didn't give us a clear answer. When we signed the contract, they didn't mention anything about a cancellation fee. We don't have any panels or equipment at all. Nobody from ArrowPoint has come to our house, except for a city worker. We decided to cancel our contract, but they keep sending us an invoice for $3917.39. The only thing our sales rep had us read was a cancellation contract, and it didn't say anything about being charged that amount. I'm on bed rest because of complications in my third trimester of pregnancy, and we already have a toddler and lots of bills. I feel like I'm being scammed.

Arrowpoint Solar installed a solar system on my rental property in 2018
Arrowpoint Solar installed a solar system on my rental property in 2018. Everything was fine until recently. My tenants pay more rent each month because of the solar panels, which were supposed to lower their electric bills. However, they informed me about a huge electricity bill due to the hot weather, and it turned out that the solar panels were not producing any power. I tried to contact Arrowpoint Solar on 7/24/22, but couldn't reach anyone. I called and emailed them, but didn't get a response for days. It seems their phones were down. Finally, I managed to schedule a service appointment for 8/2. However, on the morning of 8/2, I was informed that the technician couldn't make it due to an emergency, and the appointment was rescheduled for 8/5. Unfortunately, no one showed up during the scheduled time on 8/5. I tried reaching out multiple times, but they told me that I couldn't schedule another service call until they figured out what went wrong. It took them about 6 hours to finally reschedule me for 8/11, without giving any explanation for the technician's absence. On 8/11, once again, no one showed up. I called multiple times that day for an update, but they said they were still checking on the technician's status. The office staff informed me that they couldn't do anything until they received an update. Meanwhile, the solar panels remained inactive, and I was still making loan payments for a system that wasn't working. My tenants had to take time off work three times for the scheduled appointments, only to experience no-shows or last-minute rescheduling. I tried to be understanding and flexible, but this situation became too much to handle.
Arrow Solar came and sold me the solar panel pitch in March 2022
Arrow Solar came and sold me the solar panel pitch in March 2022. They were installed, city approved and allegedly operating on April 20, 2022, and that I would have my first payment deducted on June 1st, 2022, thus giving me six weeks of solar reservation. I receive my electric bill only to discover that my solar panels ain't functioning. I call Arrow and they deflect and blame everyone including me. I had conversation after conversation with Arrow to no avail and no resolution yet my money is being deducted for payment of operating solars. By the end of June, I am more than frustrated with the lack of customer service, non-response to my phone calls, so I let them know that I will not be making any more payments for a service I ain't receiving. Within a few days, a tech arrives to look at my solar system. I walk with the tech and show him the solar unit and solar electric box and the panel lever was set to "OFF." It had never been turned on. Arrow Solar blamed the electric company and me. Arrow Solar wasn't concerned with the six weeks of missed opportunity of solar reservation as they had already been paid and weren't willing to work with me. Arrow stated I should contact the other two businesses they work with even though Arrow Solar is who supplied the panels. Arrow Solar also works with the finance company *** and with the solar representative from *** All three have failed to recognize this subpar customer service, the complacent Arrow Solar staff who yelled at me yet the other two businesses continue to do business with Arrow Solar which implies they are in agreement with the subpar service, product, and customer service.
I became an ArrowPoint customer through *** outsourcing their "***" projects to local third party companies
I became an ArrowPoint customer through *** outsourcing their "***" projects to local third party companies. In May 2022, I began the process of installing solar panels and adding them to my *** Smart home services. *** assured me that the process would move smoothly and quickly, and guaranteed I wouldn't pay a cent until the panels were operational and producing energy. At this point (Oct. 2022), I have panels on my roof that were installed weeks ago, but no follow-up on how or when things will finish. My biggest worry is that the financing company has already sent me a first bill due in November, but I don't seem anywhere near completion of the project. I feel that advertising that I won't owe anything until the panels are functional was a lie. I'm quickly finding out that there are three companies in the mix, and none take any ownership for service falling through the cracks. I'm financing a $40k purchase and feel hung out to dry after I signed on the dotted line. Below, I've attached a text chain with my Arrowpont contact where I've reached out 4 times over a 10-day period and still received no response. The couple of technicians who have visited have admitted to the horrible treatment of the company towards both its customers and employees. From what I was told by the associate, the company is dissolving into two separate entities (or something like that), and the company's pains are being very much felt by the clients. Additionally, I purchased this because there are government rebates that expire at the end of the year. That was one of my main selling points for the system. It has taken 6 months to install the physical panels, and at this rate, I have no confidence this will be done by year's end.
I ordered 23 panels from ArrowPoint Solar in late July
I ordered 23 panels from ArrowPoint Solar in late July. They said it would take 6 weeks to install, but it actually took 2 months until September 22nd. The contractors were supposed to come between 7-8am, but they didn't call to say they were running late. After many calls, they finally arrived at 11am. They just said they were installing 23 panels without giving any details or timeframe. It took them 2 days to finish, and they didn't even let us know when they were done. During the installation, they accidentally damaged my garage ceiling by dropping a tool in the attic. They left without telling anyone about the damage, so I had to call and send pictures to inform them. It's been a month now, and despite being promised twice that someone would come to fix the ceiling, no one has shown up. They told me my project manager no longer works for the company, the new one is on vacation, and that someone else would take care of it personally. It's now the last week of October, and nothing has been fixed or my solar turned on. I contacted my power company, and they haven't heard from ArrowPoint Solar since August regarding my account. I'm supposed to pay *** for my solar panels and my electric bill soon, but I can't even use the solar power. Please fix the damages and get my solar working. This is deceptive business practice from all parties involved.
I signed a contract with ArrowPoint Solar for over $42,000 in 2021
I signed a contract with ArrowPoint Solar for over $42,000 in 2021. Along the way, I encountered many troublesome issues, but we finally got the system up and running in May 2022. However, since June 20, 2022, the system has been failing, and we notified ArrowPoint about it. I highly recommend reading all the reviews about this company! Even though our system is supposedly under warranty, it still hasn't been fixed and continues to fail, costing us money. This situation has caused my husband, a 100% service-connected disabled veteran, a great deal of stress and additional problems. Before supposedly selling to new owners, ArrowPoint had an unresolved issue with us. But since it was brand new, it should still be under warranty, regardless of the change in ownership, right? We have evidence of fraudulent pictures recently sent by ArrowPoint's service department, claiming they are of our broken panels. However, the dates and times on these pictures do not match our system. We also have pictures of our perfectly new panels today, as well as on the day they sent out false pictures. Our panels are not old and broken; they are like brand new, but they are failing. We have documentation from the monitoring company showing our failing system every day since June 20, 2022, with low voltage, failing microinverters, and solar panels only producing minimal power. Trust me when I say this company is a fraud. They sell and install the system, but they haven't fixed our failing and expensive system since June 20, 2022, and they are known to be liars! We have had countless phone conversations, recorded messages, and back-and-forth emails with no satisfaction. We have spoken to supposed new directors and service technicians who promised to fix our system, but we never heard anything back. The front office phone personnel refused to provide us with the names or contact information of the new owner(s) and lied about getting back to us to fix our warranted system. ArrowPoint is terrible, and we have all the pictures, emails, contracts, and messages to prove it! They took our $42,000+ and left us out in the cold, forcing us to look elsewhere for a solution. 0 stars.
I have all emails and documents verifying complaints
I have all emails and documents verifying complaints. I've been paid over 40 thousand, but can't reach anyone in charge. They won't give me a supervisor's or owner's contact info. My system has been malfunctioning since June 20th. They haven't fixed it or sent me pictures of someone else's damaged panels, claiming they're mine. Lies! I have 54 new panels with no damage. I've had trouble getting answers from construction, engineering, installation, and tech support. No call back, no fix for my warrantied system. They provided false pictures. I have evidence of incorrect diagrams, measurements, and mess in my yard. They haven't fixed my system or addressed low voltage and bad panels. I can't believe I can't talk to an owner. I had to file a ComplaintsBoard.com report. I've talked to various service people and techs and got the runaround. They also tried not paying my first 12 months loan payments, but paid after I threatened the Missouri States Attorney General. I have proof of all that. I'm a retired military/100% disabled American veteran. My system is failing under warranty, and I can't reach anyone in charge!
The sales person, ***, asked me to apply for "financing approval" for solar panels as a first step, not to initiate a project
The sales person, ***, asked me to apply for "financing approval" for solar panels as a first step, not to initiate a project. I was told explicitly that I would have 90 days to enter into agreement on whether or not to contract services for solar panel installation. Everything was on his laptop being explained to me and I asked him for a clear explanation of what I was asked to sign and initial. I questioned if there would be a further financial obligation, however, *** reassured me the "financing approval" was for financing only, and there would be no obligation to use their services or further financial obligations if I so chose. This was to see if I qualified only, according to ***. I was completely mislead. After inquiring for an explanation on the meaning of what I was asked to sign and what I was being held financially responsible for, and being told I had no obligations, I now have received a $4,000.00 invoice for a service I have have neither declined or accepted. I was explicitly told there would be no cost if I did not use their services and there have been no costs for Arrow Point Solar. I signed, what I though, was to see if I financially qualified on 10/28/2022 and told I had 90 days to decide. It is now 11/16/2022, 18 days later and I find that I was emailed an agreement on 10/28/2022 at 3:44 saying I was under agreement. I thought I had plenty of time to review and decide, and instead this agreement says I had until 10/31/2022, Halloween, to submit an attachment to cancel at no cost of what turned out to be an installation agreement or I owe 10% of a $40,000.00 installation at cancellation, and that by not responding, the contact would be cancelled in 10 days. I have attached communications with the company, that I did not respond to believing I had 90 days, that never gave me any reason to believe I had initiated anything other than financing approval until the email of 11/16/2022 informing me of "notice I did not want to proceed" and I was invoiced.
