Paid cash in full at pekin Illinois store for bedroom set including mattress..
When furniture was delivered noticed chips in leg to dresser .. I noticed damage right away.. had the delivery men come back inside and see the damage.. they took pictures and apologized. And said they would inform the personnel when they got back to the store.. they would tell them and show them the pictures they took. Waited over a week .no response from store personnel. Ended up going to the store and showing them the pictures myself..
Was told would back from someone on a couple days .. still over a month later no response on complaint...
Then today removed v-lock cover off mattress for the first time. And mattress has a tear in it with material actually sticking out of the tear like cotton material.. but the v-lock doesn't have a hole in it. Mattress was supposed to be new ..didn't want used or sale floor mattress..
Willing to keep bedroom set.. but want compensated for damage to dresser.
Would like new mattress not used or compensated for mattress also ..

I went to Arona Home Essentials to rent a Bird One Scooter. When I signed the contract, they didn't tell me about the warranty for wear and tear. Now, my scooter's tires are so worn out that it's not safe to ride anymore. I called the store, but they told me that I have to pay for the replacements myself. Not cool.
