Aroma-Tek Arizer extreme q 4.0 vaporizer

Order was acknowledged on November 5.

Alleged USPS form stating the product was "left with individual" on November 8. This is highly suspicious. No item was left; it was not delivered.

The USPS assertion was either false or the form was fake. Two requests for action have been ignored. It is NOT a USPS form.

Message from company asserts no responsibility for failure to deliver. Instead, they urge inquiry with USPS. Minimum consumer expectation for agreement to purchase is that vendor is fully responsible for delivery to buyer notwithstanding failure by their selected transport.

Desired outcome: Immediate delivery of item promised or charge back.

Aroma-Tek There is no way to reach them!

Hello. I wanted to buy a product and found www.aroma-tek.com. I needed the product on a certain date because I was planning a trip and had a flight in 4 days. The information on their site stated 2 day shipping and it was free! I was so excited and thought that I was a lucky person. I made my order, but two days later nothing arrived so I contacted Aroma-Tek customer service regarding the status of my order. When I called no one answered, then I sent them several messages, but there was no reply! There's absolutely no way to reach them! They claimed that they have 2 day shipping but it was not true. Anyways I went on a vacation and have no idea what happened with my order.
