I have been trying to settle a claim for items broken packed by this company for months. It is at the point where they will not even respond. If I could give them a zero I would. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Non responsive to my claim and just bad business. I have also reported my concerns to my insurance company.

We had a flooded house in Sept 2020 and needed these services. Packout was immediate and when we needed access to our things, they quickly found what we wanted. They are getting reorganized after a management change. Austin has been very responsive and we just got back in. A great team unloaded our things...Ibid, Daniel, Xoeius, Shane, Angelo, Alex and Cristian...careful and pleasant. I would recommend them in the future...Diana Warr

My name is Randy P. The team showed up to pack out our whole house that was flooded when our pipes busted and did a great job while making sure nothing was broke during the process. The ladies in the office were even better with keeping us aware of the scheduled appointments and after the task was done continued to keep in touch by phone or text to make sure we were pleased with their services. Brittany and Stephanie you knocked it out of the park ! I would recommend this company if your are in need of this type of service.

Arizona Pack Out employees *** and *** all worked at my home during a recent water heater issue. They moved my belongings in my home as well as my garage and did an excellent job! They respectfully did exactly as I asked and went beyond my expectations in helping put my home back in order. *** was here for every stage of the project and I cant praise him enough! Arizona Pack Out has some very hard working employees working for them and hopefully they are recognized for their hard work! We had our water heater explode this week and the water damaged the kitchen and laundry room walls and floor. After a plumber came the crew to remove all the damaged areas. But they needed space to do their work. So we called Arizona Pack Out and Garett and Jaime came to our rescue. They came after hours and moved everything out of the kitchen and laundry room. They packed up the fragile items and moved the large appliances. They were friendly and quick and we were able to joke with them and they were great overall. I've never used them before but if I ever need them again (hopefully not) I'll be sure to call.

Love these guys. We attended a "pool" party on our street and as we were heading over, a grandson (who we assumed was using the bathroom) started the bath water. Unattended, the result was that It overflowed and water covered perhaps 3/4 of the main floor. We urgently needed furniture and personal property moved. Josh and Matt from Arizona Pack Out were quick to arrive and thoroughly efficient in boxing, packing and moving items that otherwise would have been seriously damaged by standing water. They never stopped working, were careful with all of our items, including books, photo albums, food storage, and more precious items. I have the highest recommendation for their "can do" attitude and at all times they were professional, pleasant, and courteous.

The last thing you want to get when you're out of town is a call from a neighbor saying there is water pouring out of your garage & front door! Needless to say, we immediately returned home to a flooded house & within hours AZ Pack Out was there helping us sort thru the chaos... Aaron & his team handled the pack-out in a professional & organized manner and took great care with our belongings. We had a similar friendly & professional experience with the office staff Stephanie & Brittany who were there to answer questions throughout the claim; and Today we got to get our items re-delivered and Jason, Ryan, Freddie & Jaime did a terrific job bringing the items back to our home and helping us get things set up. All belongings not affected by flood damage were returned in the same condition they were packed up in; Their professionalism and kindness through this whole ordeal was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this company.

This company charged $5400 to move my office furniture to the next room account of a broken water pipe and water flooding. The insurance company said they would only pay $1034 of the cost. They did $696 damage to the furniture in the process. The people in their company knew it and took pictures of the damage. They refused to pay to fix it and said our insurance company should pay to fix it. The insurance company said they only pay for water damage and the broken hutch door and scratched desk should be paid for by AZ *** out. They completely dismantled a TV and its components and surround sound system. They could not hook it back up to work right , so I had to hire AV specialist from *** to rewire it at a cost of $145. Because of the dispute with them I had fired them, so they did not move any thing back. I had to hire 2 men and a truck at a cost of $311 to move everything back. Kind of showed in its self how outrages their prices are. They also did $100's of dollars damage to an antique steam engine model collection almost 40 years old it is ruined. I offered them, $2341 today. Their invoice price minus my cost caused by them. They refused and threatened to *** me.This is a totaly corrupt company out to take full advantage of disasters to inrich them selves I strongly warn everyone to stay clear of this business

The day my house was flooded, I called Steamy Concepts for immediate remediation. My possessions had to be packed out, so Steamy Concepts brought in Arizona Pack Out. I was in a state of shock over the damage, trusted Steamy Concepts, and without reading the fine print, (my fault) signed a contract with Arizona Pack Out that said I was responsible for what my insurance didn't cover. When they presented me with a ***, I told them that they hadn't completed the job and explained how my grandson and I unpacked all the boxes and put everything back. They said they would note that and reissue the ***. Next thing I know, I hear from Emhkelaw who said I owed $3,200. I called Steamy Concepts, since they were the ones who brought these thieves in and they were able to get the *** reduced by half - which didn't really help because the company had never finished the job, but were charging me as if they had. Further, they charged the insurance company for 14 hours to put everything back - it took my grandson and I 2 hours. Obviously they pad their ***, my insurance company knew that and adjusted their *** accordingly. AZ Pack Out said if I didn't pay they would put a lien on my house. I called an attorney and it would cost more to go after these extortionists than it would to pay the ***. I went on YELP and there were several stories exactly like mine. How are these people still in business?

Terrible company, really read the reviews and if they come out and tell you they HAVE to be there through Ecodry or similar friends co.pany STOP them and contact your insirancw company to verify first. Contact some of us who have negative reviews to email what REALLY can happen. Just watch out and take care of yourself in theaes matters with such a company. Had to call pit insurance inveatigator and go.throi a bunch of excuses from this company. Just read the contractors compliant report attached also have texys, pics, emails and calls and will than happily show it all to you so you can make a TRUE informed and wise decision. They will stand over you to throw a generic atta-boy" "were quick for the first part" review like vultures but then never finish the job and hide items and mislead. Tries to fraud insurance and customer and like some scumbags do get away with it tome to time or some are just so glad to have their little parts done that they never see what happens with the imsurance company unless you question them or try to make them finish their job. And some I'm sure they did a great job on, bit in my OPINION this is a very scummy, intentionally disreapectful, ride, arrogant, dismissive and fraudulent company so just be careful When allowing contractors intonyour home no matter the size of the disaster. Atwp back and take a brwath and really research and text people of need to. ALWAYS keep video, texts and any correspondences. I have much more evidence can add of want. Including correspondence with this company. These few pics are the ones they made claims of packing up neat Nd organized to come back and do as they were supposed to packout *** then return...they never came back and caused so much issues I had to take and waste so much more time waiting on them to fix it that I had to hire others to do their job and you already know it takes even more work to fix others messes. Yes otnwas a mess because oir entire home was unloaded into our house before the water damage that never got onto anybitems.was contained into the ceiling only so they had no excuse to not do the job right except laziness and thinking they would make a lot of money on a very quick scam. Saddening and exhausting but we're getting on the right track with new people.

I wish it were possible to leave zero stars. DO NOT use this company! We experienced a MINOR water leak in our laundry room wall on a Sunday (small puddle in the garage). I had Goettl come out and fix the leak the very next day and they recommended a company called Eco Dry Restoration to remedy the water damage. I was told by Eco Dry that they would file the insurance claim for me. I asked if I should move things out of the laundry room for them and I was told not to move anything because they would send someone out to remove the contents of the laundry room. The next day while I was at work, a couple of guys showed up to move things from the laundry room to the garage. My husband let them in and signed the papers. They moved the dryer but not the washer (the only heavy item) and boxed up the rest of the things (cleaning supplies and cans of paint) and put them in the garage. When I got home from work, I discovered that the items weren't moved by Eco Dry, but another company called Arizona Pack Out, a company I wasn't familiar with. Eco Dry came out later to cut out the dry wall and put in dryers. The paperwork I was left with instructed me to contact Arizona Pack Out to move my belongings back into the laundry room when the repairs were completed. The insurance adjuster came to look at the damage and a few days later Eco Dry tested the walls and took out the blow dryers. Before I got the claim check from the insurance company, another company contacted me asking me to sign a work order to begin the drywall repairs, which included a clause that stated the insurance claim check would be signed over to them. Needless to say, I didn't sign the work order because I didn't know them and I contacted my handyman to come do the drywall repair and paid him directly after depositing the insurance claim check. My husband and I moved the contents back into the laundry room ourselves (an easy job, since the washing machine, the only heavy item, was still in the laundry room). I thought everything was taken care of until I got a phone call about a month later which showed up as "One Claim Solution" on the caller ID. It was from someone named Spencer from AZ Pack Out asking me to contact him because the insurance company only paid for a little under $600 of an $1100 invoice. He left a voice mail asking me to help him contact the adjuster to go over some of the items that were moved and get the invoice paid, otherwise, the "litigation team" would be stepping in and I would be responsible for the remainder of the invoice. So, I contacted my insurance agent who spoke with the head of the claims department and was told not to pay the bill and to have them contact the insurance company directly. The bottom line is: This company was taking advantage of a situation. I DID NOT receive an itemized estimate, the company came out to MY HOUSE without my permission while I was at work. I DID NOT ask them to come back and instead moved everything back myself. So they are complaining that they were only paid a little under $600 to move a dryer, a few paint cans and some laundry supplies 20 feet, which I could have done myself a day earlier! Now they want another $500? It's a ridiculous request and predatory, to say the least. This company was subcontracted by ECO DRY RESTORATION and they were recommended by GOETTL. I would NOT advise using any of these 3 companies. I have learned my lesson to contact the insurance company FIRST before allowing anyone to do work in the house for anything involving an insurance claim. It's companies like this that cause everyone's homeowners insurance rates to go up due to extreme overcharging on claims for minor issues. If I had done my research first and looked at the ComplaintsBoard.com website, this wouldn't have happened. After reading the other reviews, I consider myself fortunate that I didn't need to have any of my belongings moved off my property.
