They did an excellent job fixing our aging gas dryer, quickly identifying the inexpensive part that needed replacement as well as thoroughly cleaning and servicing the other moving parts of the dryer. They returned within a few days with the part and installed it quickly. I thought they were very reliable and professional.

We've used Appliances Fixed twice now for fridge repairs. We were referred to Appliances Fixed, and we always refer them when someone is looking for a repair. Communication is excellent. Knowledge and determination to fix our appliance exceeds expectations. He is honest with his quotes, and lets you know just how things are. He is our go-to fix it guy.

My stackable washer had stopped working. The technician efficiently identified the problem, replaced the broken part, and got the machine working again. They have been able to fix everything from commercial espresso machine, ice maker, soft serve ice cream equipment to appliances as stoves and washing machine in my apartments. Appliances Fixed was fast and accurate when diagnosing the problem with my gas oven. The technician was quick and friendly and answered my questions. One part was replaced and my oven works great again (saving me from having to get a new one!) They even followed up afterwards to check and make sure it was working ok. My old oven control was no longer available. I removed it and sent it to Appliances Fixed in London. They completely rebuilt it, somehow, and actually came to my home 60 miles away when they were in my area on another job. They installed and checked my complete unit over. They had some problems initially with the control but returned for a second trip and now the oven works great. Their customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the care and service provided. Unfortunately the problem was not identified on the first visit but was followed up with efficient and timely repair. Good explanations of care and repair...offered and completed another small repair at an excellent cost. I highly recommend this service and will certainly call them again. I called Appliances Fixed to repair my washing machine after asking in my online neighbourhood group.

I was given an appointment 2 days later. The technicians were punctual and repaired my washing machine within 30 minutes. From diagnosis to installing a new part.
They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It was so convenient and kept our washing machine out of the landfill! Also a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

I called Appliances Fixed for a repair I needed on my dryer. They were prompt and very professional in responding to my request. My dryer was purchased approximately 16 years ago and I wasn't sure it could be fixed however the repair technician was able to fix it and he also took it apart to give it a thorough cleaning as well. When job was completed the dryer ran and worked as good as the day I bought it. They also did a follow up call to make sure i wasn't having any more issues with the dryer and it was working well. I heard about Appliances Fixed from a friend and called when our dishwasher failed. Having worked in public service for many years myself, I can testify that their Customer Service is excellent right from the start. They arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem with confidence and arranged for a spare part to arrive quickly. The service itself was pleasant, very affordable and highly satisfactory - I have since recommended them myself to several friends.

We hunted high and low for someone to repair our hood vent and had a very hard time finding any company to come out (I was actually told by a few no one does this) then I came across Appliances Fixed via Google and we are so glad we did. The technician was very knowledgeable and the part that was required to fix our hood was discontinued from the manufacturer. I believe most repair companies would have stopped there and had us purchase a new hood. The technician repaired the problem and the hood is now working BETTER than it did the day we got it.

We HIGHLY recommend this company and have added them to our list of repair people and will tell our friends and neighbors to call them as well.

I do all of my own appliance repairs, except those under warranty or those that legally require a licensed technician. I called Appliances Fixed when our 8 year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator (manufactured by LG) failed. I anticipated a defective compressor (legally requires a licensed technician to replace) and this was confirmed. Unfortunately, no replacement compressor was available (LG has had significant problems with these) and we had to replace our fridge. We paid for this service call, and Appliances Fixed offered free service to any other appliance for the next 6 months, since they could not effect a repair on this appliance. Now, that is service. I have recommended Appliances Fixed in the past, as Karl is the most proficient appliance tech I have known, and will continue to recommend them.
