apex window werks did a good job. they fixed my old windows fast and good. i will use them again.

they are great! apex window werks is awesome. the guys, i think their names are john and mike, are really cool. they work hard and are honest. they fixed any problems i had right away.

APEX Window Werks messed up my windows. They took out the balances that made it hard to open, but now the balances they put in don't work at all. My window won't even open now. And get this, they charged me over $500 for this terrible work. Don't waste your money on them.

So, I had my upstairs bedroom window fixed by APEX Window Werks. But, it's a bummer that the window broke again after just a year. I reached out to the company, but they didn't seem to care about their shoddy work. They didn't even try to help or fix the problem.

apex did a great job at my house and i wanna recommend them. their estimator was professional and explained everything i need and what is more important - everything i dont need to get done! an honest and reliable company!

Apex Window Werks done a good job replacing some of my windows. They were clean and friendly and called before they come for the appointment. Their product is good quality and the price was fair and reasonable. I would use them again.

I don't like it when companies come to my neighborhood without permission. I live in Brookside *** and APEX Window Werks should know better than to send their reps here. If they do it again, I'll have to call the cops. They've been warned.

I hit up Apex Window Werks to get a quote for fixing a busted window. They said they'd send someone over on Monday, September 27th between 3:30 and 5:30 pm. But no one came or even bothered to give me a heads up they'd be tardy. They bragged about being ComplaintsBoard.com accredited, but I guess that don't mean squat.

I had an appointment with APEX Window Werks' contractor to fix my windows. They said they'd come between 7 and 9 AM, so I took a bus to get there. I waited for a while, but nobody showed up. I called them at 9 AM, but they said the contractor would call me back. I waited some more, but nobody called. At 10 AM, I called them again. They told me that because of the riots in Chicago, they didn't know when they could come to my area. But my area is residential, and there are no riots here. I was disappointed that APEX didn't have the decency to call me and cancel the appointment.

This company is the bomb! They were always on time, super nice, and did a great job. They really paid attention to the little things and were careful with my stuff. They always cleaned up after themselves, which was awesome. If I had any questions, they were always happy to help and kept me in the loop about what was going on. The windows they installed are top-notch and keep my house nice and cozy. I'm so glad I went with APEX Window Werks!

Had the best experience with APEX Window Werks. They fixed 3 foggy windows in our house and it was a pleasure. I wanna thank *** for her attention to detail and *** from the installers team for being very caring and respectful to our house. He came in while we were at work, made the repair, and left with no mess. Highly recommend these guys for any window needs.

I gotta say, Apex Window Werks is the real deal. They came through with some top-notch service after I got my thermal glass inserts put in. The workers were cool and showed up when they said they would. But here's the kicker - I noticed some little bits of junk in one of the inserts. I sent them some pics and they got a new one ordered and put in within a couple weeks. That's what I call standing behind your product! Overall, I'm stoked with the service and would recommend these guys to anyone.

I hit up Apex for a quote for my condo up north. They came out and were profesh. The sales dude told me they weren't sure if they could fix the door panels. A few weeks later, I got an email from a diff rep who said, "I'm hittin' you up 'bout that quote." I never got a quote, but she hooked me up with it in her email. Maybe a lil' miscommunication? But then I asked if they could service my other condo down south and she said they don't do that. Weird, right? I've seen their ads all over Chi-town. I checked their site and it says they service the whole Chicago Land area and other states. That's messed up and needs to be looked into.

Finally, hands reached repair windows. I am very glad that I turned to Apex. I liked the work. I recommend to all!

I got an estimate for a project and paid 30% upfront. The guys came and did the 1st window, but it looked the same. I told them, but they won't come back and won't give me my money back. The owner talked to me so rude, I couldn't believe it was a real business! They also left my house dirty!

I got some work done by APEX Window Werks on July 20 (Proposal No. INV-***). The estimator told me that they would fix the windows, including the wood issues and replacing the locks and chains. But the estimator missed three windows, so I had to tell Apex about it. They added those windows in the revised invoice, which said "Mechanism Replacement" for all six windows. The "Notes" section said "Both sides chain replacement." On July 20, they installed cords on 5 of the 6 windows. But one window didn't close because the cords slipped off. Apex came back and put chains on that window. But only 4 out of 6 windows have cords, which are not as good as chains and not what the invoice said. None of the windows have locks that work properly. I paid $3,345 to Apex, but they didn't do the work as the invoice said. I want at least $2,200 refunded.

Apex was supposed to fix my patio sliding door, but they ended up making it worse. They broke the door and messed up the frame, leaving two holes and misaligned doors. They didn't even know how to remove the brace and just broke it off, causing more damage. They tried to cover it up with caulk, but it didn't work. Now, cold wind blows through the door and it looks all wonky. I tried to contact them, but they didn't do anything to fix it. A sales guy came by, but that didn't help either. The crew didn't know what they were doing.

I called Apex in December 'cause my front picture window was fogging up between the double panes. They installed it originally and replaced it three years ago under warranty 'cause of another issue w window. When they replaced it, they removed a glazing piece and promised to replace but never did despite multiple calls/emails. When tech came out this time to evaluate window he asked about the missing piece and I told him the story. He agreed there was issue w window and that they would also replace glazing piece. Appointment was set for following week but was called to reschedule after the appointment window was over as they were very busy. I called following week to reschedule and was set for January 19. When gentlemen came I mentioned the glaze piece- they at first seemed to not know anything about it. Finally they started to replace but never replaced the window. When I asked them about it they said they would talk to their boss and someone would call me. I called Apex on January 21st and explained to gentleman my issue. He put me on hold multiple times and said they couldnt reach technician but would call me by noon. Never did. I called on Monday January 24th and spoke to woman who could not understand why window was not replaced as they was tickets for both glazing piece and window and that techs had the glass on the truck. Would call me back w resolution- never did. I called today and now they are telling me that techs determined that there was nothing wrong w the window and maybe I need to turn my heat down-or decrease the humidity when even on their own website it describes fog between glass as break in the argon seal and is window failure. I just want the window to be replaced under the warranty that was issued.
