I ordered 3 Evatac knives and only received 2. I ordered 2 black and 1 patriots edition, I'm missing a black one. I received one of each. I've called and tried emails but no response. I would like to get the 3rd knife I ordered since they are for gifts. I had ordered from this company before and hadn't had a problem. Hopefully they see this and correct the problem.

The Evatac Silent Hero is a big boy spring-assist folding knife - a solid option for carrying in your glove box in case of an emergency since it includes a glass breaker pommel and seatbelt cutter (which I tested on some webbing and confirmed it works well). The spring in the hinge is strong enough to deploy the beefy blade with minimal effort. Construction is solid and durable. The deep carry clip is a great touch. I only have two critiques: 1) Due to it's all-steel construction, the whole tool is a bit on the heavy side for EDC use. 2) The texture on the powder-coated scales is not the best grip, which can be a problem when deploying the blade. The swinging blade throws its weight around and could jump out of your hand if you don't hold on tight. Overall, I really like this knife, and keep on in each of my vehicles.

I placed an order with APE Survival for a tactical backpack. Despite it taking a long time and multiple inquiries for the product to arrive. I was and still am completely satisfied with the product. What I did not know was that this purchase also, apparently, signed me up for their online magazine for $39.95. I called and they told me that they would cancel the subscription and they refunded six of the charges. So far, so good. However, today there was a new charge from this company. This time it was for $9.95 and it was allegedly for a subscription to the same magazine. This transaction was not authorized in any way, shape, or form. When I finally reached customer service, they said that "as a courtesy", they would refund the charge. All of this has caused me to cancel my debit card and request a new one, a royal pain in the neck.

Evatac XMLU2 tactical flashlight Rated 5 out of 5 January 25, *** my EDC bag. This light is well constructed, adjustable , powerfully bright , lightweight & running off of 2 18650mAh batteries , lasts seemingly forever. Ive paid much more , for waaaaay less flashlight before. I also think its fair to mention that their customer service is second to none ! Ive never been responded to so quickly , nor treated as importantly as I was when contacting the support team , over a small issue that they promptly overcompensated me for. I just started purchasing gear from them , but let me say it loud & clear Ill definitely be back to this sight again & again. Let me reiterate this was merely a flashlight. I cant wait to see how well the other products Ive purchased perform.

I just received my masks and gloves. The gloves are fine, but what exactly is the purpose of the masks? They are sponge-like. From what I have read, foam masks are the least protective of all materials. I ordered these well before this information was made known to the public and obviously trusted you. I would not feel safe wearing them and will wear a cloth one instead. I would like to keep the gloves but return the masks; however, as a person in a risk group, I am very hesitant to go to the post office, so I guess I'll just take a hit and not return them. Lastly, having read these reviews, I will be closely monitoring my credit card action. I did not, nor do not give permission for any monthly, or otherwise, "subscriptions." (I wish I had read the reviews before.) Do NOT bill my credit card for anything again. I am only giving two stars because of the gloves.

About 3 months ago I received some equipment from Ape Survival. I did not, at the time, realize how expensive everything was going to be. I called and sent them a letter asking for a full refund. I returned everything as requested. said I would get the credit returned to my account in 5-7 business days after they received the equipment. Everything was returned, using UPS, on 4/7 and I still did not hear anything. I went ahead and sent them a letter on 5/8, with a full discription of the charges. Still nothing, I resent the letter on 5/21 and still nothing. Here is a list of the charges: $49.82 for equipment and 2 charges for subscriptions $21.10. I received an email on 5/28 stating the the Magazine Subscription was cancelled, but no reimbursement of these charges. Total amount of credit due to me is $70.92. Is there anything else I should be doing in order to recover the monies owed to me?

I don't usually write reviews of products I have purchased recently. I will in this case. First of all, I had questions regarding the product. Over a span of a week, I placed at least 12 calls to your firm and I was placed on hold. No one answered. I left two phone messages, nobody returned my call. I sent an email and again no one returned by email. It would seem that Customer Service takes a back seat at Ape Survival. A return call or email would have answered questions I had regarding the product. As for the product. The first time I placed the mask on my face, the ear loop broke. As if a pair of scissors cut the loop in half. The loops were very "floppy" and the mask didn't hold tight to my face.This was probably due to the EVA foam. I will be going to a seamstress to see if she could attach elastic loops so I can salvage the mask. I will suggest the following. 1) Elastic and adjustable ear loops. 2)Cotton mask, not foam. 3)Adjustable nose clip.

Order shipped on the 17th of February here it is the 29th and no sign of my product it's bouncing around the country according to *** ape survival with no support to speak of. They charged me $33.90 for a 2 lb package that according to ***'s zone chart should be $10.80 they still haven't answered why they're charging me $33.90. Oh and when you're contemplating your order you get the little message that order in the next 30 minutes or whatever and you'll get *** 2 day shipping. Well that's a lie and misleading because when I brought that to ape survival customer service attention they say oh no no that doesn't mean you'll get it in two days that just means it'll ship in 2 days. My order went from Colorado to Utah to Nevada to North Carolina to Connecticut back to North Carolina to Connecticut back to North Carolina to Massachusetts back to North Carolina and this s*** is just really frustrating and I would never buy a toothpick from this company. They are deceptive and they are cheap.

Godawful products, horrible prices, and absolutely abysmal consumer service. They are real big on bottom shelf products at full price and they bombard you at the checkout with3+ ads for other garbage bundled up before the checkout process is done. These checkout ads were for random products they sell and they try and sell you 5-10 at a time. Plus the only way to scroll through these bs ads, on mobile, is a small tiny link underneath the 3 buttons for either buying 1 , 5, 10 of what ever product they are trying to shove down your throat. I went to get 1 item for ten bucks, and during the checkout trying to scroll past their bs ads, next thing I know they pulled over 100 dollars out of my account and over 2 weeks later I'm stuck with 5 garbage knifes. I wouldn't pay 10dollars at a gas station for one of these, let alone 5 at 20 a piece. I've tried to follow up with them and they are completely ghosting me. They are trying to cash in on the covid 19 scare, they dont care about the consumer at all. If you get an email from them trying to sell you a product, do yourself a favor and spam it immediately. 0/10 these guys failed on all fronts. Taking one look at the dates between the complaints here on this website and their responses is just one sign of how bad the consumer service is with these guys.
