I think it's totally unfair that Synchrony closed my Sam's credit card account. I had a prior account with synchrony bank with sleep number over $5000 in which I paid on time and paid it off 2 years early I have excellent payment history on my credit report, I explained something went wrong with my chimes account that day, but I still made sure my bill was paid but to shut my card down is outrageous I'm trying to build my credit up and I just think that was totally unfair. I've been paying the bill on time since I had the card no problems as soon as one mistake is made, I'm cut off like that., I want to know who makes these decisions because it's totally unfair. I shop there all the time including my family but after this I don't think so I'm surprised and angry that this has happened.
Desired outcome: I want my credit restored
I was told by one f the associates taht my account was closed and i could reopen another one when I tried, and it was still declined. So, my question is why was I told I could start over?
