I had Chris come by and give me a quote and he was very professional and informative on the hvac system that I needed. I had several quotes from other companies and no one took their time with me like he did. The techs came by and were very professional and got the work done in no time at all. I will definitely be using this company for my future needs.

This was my first time using Ameritech and they replaced my Heat pump unit, inside and out. They treated me with respect and made it clear they wanted my business. When another company offered a lower price, Ameritech matched it - and they have a better service rep. The installation only took one day and was done professionally. I got the 10 year warranty, so I'll be using them for the next 10 years!

Ameritech put in our air handler and condenser last week to swap out an old system. Their sales guy, Bob, was super nice and talked us through everything. The installers were also really friendly and knew what they were doing. We're really happy with the whole thing and would tell anyone with system problems to check them out.

It been like five years since Ameritech put in my new air and heat system. They always do a good job when they come to fix it up. The people in the office and the techs are all nice. Two techs came today and put in a new UV light thing in the coils. They did a good job. Last week they found a leak in one of my ac ducts and fixed it. They even looked at the other ones to make sure they were okay. I would tell anyone to use this company. Nick H.

AmeriTech did a great job all the way through. Chris came to my house for my free estimate. He was very professional and prepared. He gave me a lot of info about his products and what my home needed...and didn't need. He wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need which was cool. He was very detailed. Chris even told me about the Duke energy rebate that his company would help me apply for. The install team was very professional and polite. They did their thing and were very fast. When they were done they went over everything with me to make sure I was happy. From start to finish this was an easy and professional team to work with.

My buddy got their AC from Ameritech. They put a sticker on it that says "AMERITECH. REPAIR IT. REPLACE IT. MAINTAIN IT." But don't be fooled. When it broke on a Saturday night, they sent a guy the next day to fix it. He said they needed a circuit board from Japan and it wouldn't be available for a while. This was in July in Florida, so it was hot as heck. They said to call back in two weeks to check. The part came six days later and they sent a different guy, Alex, two days after that. He found out it was just a bad fuse and fixed it in 10 minutes. They charged over $400 for all that. The customer had to wait in the hot house for no reason. Alex is a good tech, but Ameritech should be more ethical.

I was pretty frustrated until I called AmeriTech Air Conditioning and Heating. They were able to come out and not only fix the issue, but also provide me with all the necessary documentation and receipts. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend AmeriTech to anyone in need of air conditioning or heating services.

AmeriTech did some work on my electrical panel on March 3. It took them two whole days to finish. During that time, I had to use my generator to keep my fridge and medical supplies running. I made the mistake of paying them in full before the inspection was passed. The first inspection failed, and then the second inspection failed three months later. I haven't heard anything from AmeriTech about passing the inspection. I tried to contact the county inspector, but he hasn't heard from AmeriTech since the second inspection. The AmeriTech supervisor told me that the inspector was on vacation and couldn't return calls. Luckily, I have the inspector's number and the county was really helpful. I'll try to pass the inspection on my own when I can.

I got a new AC unit from Ameritech Air-Conditioning on May 30. Everything was good until I noticed my house was still warm even though the thermostat said it was 80 degrees. I called them and they sent a tech named Brian. He tried to fix it but ended up breaking something called the TXV and replacing it. He said everything was okay but my thermostat still wasn't working right and my AC unit wouldn't shut down. This made my electric bill really high. Three different techs have come out but they can't find the problem. It's July 5th now and it's still not fixed. I want my money back and for them to take their AC unit back. This has been a nightmare.

I got 2 new ac units from AmeriTech on 2/19 with a 10-year warranty. But, I've had nothing but problems with them. The humidity in my house is always 60-70%, and it doesn't go down. I've complained to AmeriTech 3 times, but they always give me excuses like low freon or the fan time needed to increase. They promised to fix the AC units, but I still can't keep my house cool without running the units all the time. Last weekend, my unit froze, and AmeriTech wanted $159 to evaluate the problem and $1300 to replace a coil on a 2-year-old ac unit. Another HVAC repair man charged me $500. I have solar on my home, and my electric bill has gone up $200-300 a month for a temp of 73 degrees house setting. The house was not getting below 78 degrees. They should fix it for free.

AmeriTech put in a new Franklin HVAC system for us on 12/15. They said we'd get a 10 yr warranty for the manufacturer parts. But after a year, the handler stopped cooling. We called Ameritech to come fix it, but they said we'd have to pay a service fee because we didn't have the service warranty. We didn't even know about that warranty! The tech who came out added 2 lbs of coolant and said we should get a leak detection service, which would cost $300-$400. But we couldn't afford it because of COVID. The tech also told us about the service warranty, which we still hadn't been offered. He said the coils were back ordered and he didn't know when they'd arrive. A month later, the unit still wasn't cooling, so we called a licensed tech who's also a friend. He found a leak and added coolant. We're stuck in 90 degree heat with no other options.
