I have been experiencing a lot of emotional stress lately, and someone gifted me a dog. My furry friend has greatly improved my quality of life and accompanies me wherever I go. I applied for a certificate and filled out the survey, but unfortunately, my application was denied. The website promised to refund all purchased items except for the doctor's evaluation fee in case of denial. However, this detail was not mentioned during the checkout process.

American Pet Services has made it possible for me to travel with my *** dog which is truly a blessing. I am a C-Suite consultant that carries an enormous amount of responsibility. Having the ability to travel and meet clients all over the nation with my dog to support me is invaluable. American pet services has made every effort to certify my dog and my need for his companionship with their mental health professionals. They have prepared letters for all of the airlines that I travel with so that I may travel with ease and meets all the requirements that each airline demands. American pet services has been a dream come true. I am very grateful for their assistance with respect to my *** dog. I strongly recommend American pet services to anyone who values and requires the support of their service animal.

I suffer from severe PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder. in orderto even beable to have my emotional support dog in my apartment, I needed to jump through hoops with my landlord. this service made those hoops a h*** of a lot easier to deal with. I've worked as a landlord in my state and have been on both sides, so I understand the legal aspect, too. I have only positive things to say here. I hzve my *** dog with me legally now without having to pay an extra $200 a month and another pet deposit. with the way that the pandemic is affecting the economy, that makes it a significant help to anyone in need of emotional support for mental illness sufferers. I have no idea what's up with some of the other reviews when at least 2 are for services that aren't even offered, which automatically brings into question their validity.

I used them in November . Process was LEGIT and stress free. I started an application online and never submitted it. I was not sure as some reviews have stated. However a rep called me and answered ALL my questions. Also since it is in the ComplaintsBoard.com I gave it a chance. I was able to get all the documents from the Business. Everything did check out and I submitted my documents to the office. This company even got my apartments ESD document signed from the Physician. Over all I would recommend and I will be using their service again. I also got the package with the vest and identification card. Everything came in super fast and the electronic documentation came in within a day of my evaluation. 100% Authentic! Super reliable! The reviews that some post about it being a scam is completely FALSE. I got 2 dogs completed thru American Service Pets with ZERO issues.

This company has restored my faith in humanity. This year has been the most difficult year for me and Im sure many others. I had to relocate from my home State and move closer to my career goals. Moving is stressful, and family drama makes it worst! I had a nervous breakdown and I felt lost and depressed and the only living thing that eased my pain and comforted me was my pet cat. It was three days before getting the keys for my new home I was informed of the no pet policy. I contacted my therapist and he provided me information about this great company American Service Pets. I was immediately connected with a representative who walked me through the entire process and put my mind at ease. I was certified within 24-hrs and I was able to provide all the necessary documents to my landlord. In a world that can be cold American Service Pets bring warmth in difficult times and I applaud them for that!

I received my letter within 48 hours and was matched up with a credible, licensed psychologist who practiced in my area (trust me, I checked everything over with a fine-tooth comb!) When I received my letter a hyphen was missing from my last name and while I was filling out the application I was unable to put in my actual dog breed due to her being a mix. I sent them back my concerns and asked if there was a way to fix it by adding a hyphen, and adding my exact dog breed. I received an updated letter with the exact dog breed and proper name within 24 hours. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and it was a very easy process. I have been wanting to get this done for over a year, but was always overwhelmed by the thought of having to go through the process. Based on my personal experience, American Service Pets is by far the best business to go through. My landlord accepted the letter and there were no further questions making it a smooth process! They are an amazing and legit company. It's sad that people are ruining this company's reputation and spamming anyone who leaves a positive feedback on *** I was so happy and ecstatic to have my boy officially registered as my *** I left a very appreciative and thoughtful review boasting how wonderful they are. I had no issues renting my recent home. It was even verified through ***.com as a legal company. I wish people would stop getting thrills off of destroying others and anything good in life. I wish I could leave a screenshot of the spammer on *** that messaged me harassing me because I had something good to say about American Service Pets. She was going through every positive review spamming hate and angry reactions but messaging me privately was the icing on the cake. I started reporting her until they made her inactive. Please leave this company alone and let them continue helping those in need. We are dealing with enough issues in life, why create more. Thank you for all you do ASP!

American Service Pets is a total scam and the fact that the ComplaintsBoard.com allows them to pretend to be a legit business tells you all you need to know about how valid their business reviews are. ASP *** letters are worthless and in no way official. All they are doing is getting you to pay them to send you a list of counselors in your area, that *** issue you a certificate for your pet. What they actually say about how other companies can't be trusted and all those companies are doing is getting you to pay them to access a publically available list of healthcare practitioners. Then when you try and get your 100% guaranteed refund they make it so hard that I imagine many give up fighting with them. No reputable company would offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, tell you they will give it to you then when you never get your credit and call your credit card company ASP will actually fight you on the refund and instruct your credit card company that they will not offer the refund. Total scam. This service is completely worthless.

We are so exited to know our 2 ?little puppies will be able to travel with us. We got excellent customer *** by helping us to pick the right package. And definitely the DELUXE STARTER VIP package made more sense for us since we travel more often. The package includes unlimited airlines, vest ( which is beautiful and very legit) dog certificate, local Drs letter plus the IDs cards for each dog. We received all the papear work right way so we could summit it to ? the Airlines and got approved immediately!? ?Now we feel much better that we wont have any problem boarding. The red vest has the animal support words attached on both sides. Also, the vest will keep people from petting our little ones and will avoid from making us feel uncomfortable if someone ask us any questions in regards having our dogs with us. We definitely recommend the American Service Pets if you want to fly with your 4 leg baby and have zero worries and concerns! Thank you American Pets team for making our life so easy! ?

We were packing up to move and were informed fairly late in the game that the *** of the condo complex we were moving into would need to see official Service Pet documentation for our tabby cat. This came as a surprise as theyd never mentioned it before, but the whole matter wound up being a non-issue because of how quickly and completely this company responded. I was able to have a chatbox session with a CSR right away, and she had answers to all of my questions. I completed a comprehensive (but easy) questionnaire on behalf of the doctor *** thereafter, and had a certificate PDF that meets all of the legal requirements in my state in my inbox the next day. (There are cheaper companies out there, but their advertising claims are pretty vague about this part - and its really important that the documentation you receive is sufficient to your states laws.) Our move proceeded without incident and Im really grateful to this company for how beautifully they executed their side of it - truly. Totally polite, knowledgeable staff, a very easy process, legit documentation, and a helpfully quick turnaround!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. I was moving and needed an *** letter confirming that my doggy is indeed my emotional support animal. I read the bad reviews listed and was amazed that some of them dont even have to do with this company or misinformation. For attempting to get your doggy certified as an *** you must have issues. By issues I mean mental issues that you see a doc/psychiatrist for otherwise you can definitely get denied even if you pay there is no refund. I am surprised someone would think any different. Thank you for the wonderful customer *** and my letter as I was able to use it to move into a rental home short term that didnt allow doggies so it was a lifesaver for me and my doggy! Would use you guys again without a doubt! Please people before leaving a bad review do everything to contact the company and customer ***. I emailed them and called and got answers every time. Trustworthy forthright organization helping people with disabilities. Kindness, compassion, and caring assistance.They know and understand you so you dont have to worry they take care of you here. My sister needed professional help we found it very friendly helpful staff. *** is the best, I would recommend she was very helpful and thoughtful through the entire process with my sister. She took the time to explain everything assuring her everything would be fine because shed be right there the whole way. She has a gentle way about her way that makes you feel comfortable. Above and beyond. We had a *** up the customer *** supervisor helped us to resolve our issue shes was very kind and understanding. I would like to say thank you! Outstanding and excellent services, they are attentive to your needs, This a good organization who really cares about its patients and follows up after, making sure you are ok and satisfied.
