Travis and Tyler did a great job. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Would definitely have Interstate help me with a move again. If you need a recommendation this is the mover for you.

They wrapped all of the furniture to make sure that nothing was scratched or broken. They also had no problems bringing the heavy furniture up our curving stair case, which was great. I would highly recommend!

These movers worked hard, got everything loaded into the truck right away. They were fast, effective, polite. We needed extra blankets, and they had that! There was no extra charge. I'm very satsified with the quality of their move.

The movers worked hard, got things done before sundown. They were actually referred to me, and I can see why. They worked very hard, and we had some heavy items like desks made of oak, gun safes, things like that. Everything was moved without any damage. I'm very satisfied with how the entire move went.

They were there when others could not be. We called around with 2 days notice, and needed help in moving to Parkville MD. They showed up on time, and Viorel was able to help us relocate without any problems. The movers were fast, moved very heavy items and got everything moved the same day. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again

The movers we hired were on time, worked hard. We were looking for a moving company to help us on very short notice. They came out when they said they would. We packed a lot of our items the day before, and they just had to come do the hard work. They did! The movers were very fast. The entire move was done the same day. I cant thank Viorel and everyone who helped enough.

These movers were very fast and effective with our move. We moved to Omaha without any problems. They were able to come out on short notice and get us started with the move. The day they came, they got the entire home loaded into the truck in a handful of hours. They delivered the next day as they said they would. The movers that showed up were very friendly. Had an issue in the beginning, but customer service was a solid 10. They fixed the problem and went straight to work. We probably had over 50+ boxes, but the movers were very polite, helpful and got the move done the same day. This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I'm glad I moved forward with it. Thank you

Horrible at responding to replacing items from boxes that where dropped. One mover even requested a tip from us after he dropped several boxes off the truck. Tammie who booked my move will no longer even respond to me about the refund for broken items they promised. I kept all the emails as proof. Seriously considering a lawyer just to prove a point. Dont use them you will regret it!

Wonderful company and got things done right the first time! I hired a moving company years ago, and the whole thing was a disaster. It kind of made me hesitant on even hiring these guys. I'm glad I went forward with the move. My husband Jake and I were very happy with how the entire move happened. They worked around our schedule and got things done the way it should have been. If I could give them a better rating, I would. I appreciate all you did.

We called around on very short notice, trying to find a moving service that could help. We closed on our home, and needed some movers on very short notice. After calling around, American Relocation gave us the assurance that they'd come out in 2 days and start the move. The move was done before sundown, which we appreciate. This was my first time using American Relocation. It was a great experience. They came prepared and ready to work! They took the time to do the job right, and finished ahead of schedule. They maintained social distancing and wore masks the entire time. I would use the team again! The foreman (George ) was very polite and he make sure that the other members of the team are handling my stuff with care . I definitely recommend this company. Great service and very good prices .

Great. Will use again this company. Today was second time to use American Relocation and I'll call again if I need a move. Both moves have been between apartments, both cases with stairs, I've had two different crews I referred to my brother who also had a good experience. The movers work as a team, know what they're doing, and handle items with care...shrink-wrapping, padding, or whatever is necessary to secure the items. They work quickly and efficiently are courteous. Plus, the price is right! Don't hesitate. Call. You'll be pleased. Big Thank you for the professional crew and best sales rep.

I had an unpleasant experience with this moving company, not with the movers, but with sales & billing and I suggest everyone to read the fine print of contract because a sale representative and manager can tell you whatever they want over the phone and not follow the contractual agreement created by their own company. Simply put, I got an estimate for a small move of 22 items approximately (furniture). I did one quote online and since I didn't get response the following day, I then proceeded to call the company for an immediate quote and pay a deposit of $50. After speaking over the phone with the sales rep, I was quoted with a "based on the items that you have, it would take a minimum of 4 hours". I never thought it would take that much time, but who I am to judge the speed of the movers (they could elderly). A couple of days later, I received the Online quote response from manager with a lower rate and a estimated minimum of 3 hours of work. I figured that because of that I would probably pay for 1 hour less if the move only takes 3 hours. At the end of the move, which it took exactly 3 hours, they expected me to pay for 4 hours (one extra hour of no work) as the estimated quote received by the sales rep alleging the minimum was 4 hours. I grabbed the contractual agreement and started reading it. These excerpts are exactly from it: "*The estimate that you have received is based on the information provided by you to our representative. The total estimated charges are not a guarantee of the final total charges- which may increase or decrease based upon actual services performed, the number of items shipped and the number of hours worked. Local move charges are based upon the hourly rate. The first element is labor time with a minimum of 3 hours of labor on any move. The labor time begins from the initial arrival time at your first location and covers the total time of the move (loading, driving to a new location, unloading) " So as you can see, the total charges can either increase or decreased based on the number of hours worked. Their contract says it's a minimum of 3 hours, which on my case it was. It took multiple calls from for over a week speaking with the sales rep and trying to get the manager to call me. When I finally asked the number of the manager and I called, she again mentioned the minimum of 4 hours, which I emphatically pointed to what it said on the contractual agreement. You cannot claim ignorance of what the contract says (you work for the company). I finally got a refund for an hour, but the left me a sour taste on my mouth. In all concience, I cannot recommend this company.
