American Heritage Insurance Company review: GAP Coverage

On a disability fixed budget and got the GAP coverage just to be safe on my newer-used vehicle. Had the vehicle less than a month when was totaled. I personally made sure vehicle warranty was refunded, and Vehicle insurance was paid. Provided GAP will all required documentation (which was ridiculous) and then filed the claim. After two months and countless phone calls, they declared they owed nothing because ? No real reason. Had a balance of around $800.00. which was less than what the GAP coverage cost. These folks must be on the verge of collapse if they are so desperate to keep 800.00. Rate this one at negative zero and stay clear from this scam. I will be contacting the State Insurance Commissioner and BBB. Let me know if there is a class action that is filed on this company and I will certainly join!
