Amazon Business Withdrawal problem in Amazon work from Home Task

I entered Amazon work from Home Task and I did all the Salary Task , i deposited R12700, then later deposited R26550 which in total is R605750 I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me seek the assistance of Rykabalan on telegram:@Rykabalan and i was able reach out to to them and also i see good reviews about them which led me to the retrieval of my funds back. Please beware of where you invest your funds

Amazon Business Not tax exempt

I opened the app because I have business and of course I wanted to be exempt of taxes. I compared the business app and the regular, the results is that I have to pay the same taxes and the same prices. I understand why some items have taxes but isn’t the point of a business doing. Not worth it to have both, maybe for a big company, so you can have control over employees access, payments among others.

Amazon Business Its like amazon doesnt want me to shop!

Lately been really frustrated with the app. Along with mixed and fake reviews which makes it hard to trust their products, I keep getting the white screen! Right when I find the right product, the screen goes white! This has been going on for a long time! If it wasnt for amazon shipping I would have given up by now. Think its time for me to find other alternative. Feel like the app, website, and customer service is getting worse

Amazon Business Horrible service no support

Multiple issues with Amazon business account executive relations don’t have a clue about setting up an AmEx Business Prime Card/Account private and business accounts are supposedly linked but no one knows anything about it cancels orders without cause don’t honor prime Membership Amazon has fallen so far with service and support biggest mistake in trusting Amazon with any of my business needs will be closing my business account if I ever receive my orders

Amazon Business Searching orders has been made tedious

The app automatically applying filters to past orders is annoying and unnecessarily slows down the app. Further, even after clearing filters (to the extent possible), app still only shows me handful of orders and takes long time to load more.

In the past month the App has made it impossible to return items (keep going in a return loop) and even looking at past orders has become slow. If I have to go to my computer to buy and return from Amazon, then your app has no reason to exist!

Amazon Business I made a mistake

I made a mistake with my address. I accidentally put an address that doesn’t exist on the road but these delivery guys have been putting that they have delivered my packages. When the address doesn’t exist what should happen is it should be returned to the warehouse I used to be an Amazon delivery person, it’s not a difficult thing to return an item but since they put delivered that complicates things because now I have to get a refund instead of getting my items because of their stupidity train your delivery guys better.

Amazon Business Inferior business model

I do not understand why the business app does not perform in the same way the personal app does for Amazon. I do not receive notifications for packages being shipped, even though everything is turned on for notifications. I cannot figure out how to follow a package, even though everything is set up the exact same way in the personal app. It’s very frustrating when I am waiting for an expensive package. There is no way for me to know that it has shipped unless I keep clicking on their app. Highly annoying and not a very good business model.

Amazon Business Unable to Approve Orders - Account Info Outdated

Since the new update I am no longer able to approve business orders through the app on my iPhone. They use to show on the main screen but are no longer there and I spent an hour trying to find where to go to approve. Finally logged on through the browser on my iPad and I could see them there but that does t help me when I’m out of the office and traveling and need to approve orders.

Also, when I go to Business Prime it tells me my membership expired which is outdated, we renewed and paid over a thousand dollars for Prime Membership earlier this year.

Amazon Business My Plans are Helped

I’m not going to get emotional because of my wonderful experiences. The AMAZON drivers are a very deep well of talent which clearly identifies the future of our nation will be in good hands. In other words, my sincere prayers have been answered. Plus these super folks are NOT RACIST. And to think that any of my friends and AMAZON DRIVERS drivers think of even one racist thought……..would be a clear insult to these very fine individuals.
I’m not even religious, but my fellow men and women are welcome in my home anytime.

Amazon Business Still no joy

Everything from A -> Z seems to be wrong with this app. No matter how diligently I update it, or how often I remove and reinstall it, the problems continue. Can’t select my country / region (app just immediately closes). Can’t log in (app sometimes says my business account is a consumer account, and other times just loops me back to the login screen). Can’t chat with support. It displays tag names in several places, rather than intended contents (eg I’m greeted with “startup_title_to” when I open the app). I’m glad others seem to be enjoying it, but it’s completely unusable for me.

Amazon Business Very buggy

This app has the same problems as the non business version. Screen goes blank except for header and footer. This happens when searching and scrolling through the list of results. Product pages not completely loading or portions of it that should be clickable are not.

This is a classic example of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. The Amazon app was just fine back when you accessed order history from the top part of the screen.

I wonder if the same team is responsible for Prime video on Apple TV. Fox this app and then focus on that. It looks like an antique compared to other streaming apps.

Amazon Business Really bad customer service

I have opened and started many conversations with there customers support and every time I’m am bouncing around from one person to the next with them all saying same thing to me and redirecting me to another person that doesn’t have a answer and sends me to the next person

Witch after 2 hours of this non sense I’ll end up closing chat all together because of the time out of my day wasted with Amazons unprofessional services

While there prices are all much higher then any other option I have looked at in last the week
20-41 dollars more per item

Amazon Business Don’t get a Amazon Business Account

Since I’ve gotten a business account I haven’t been able to make purchases with it! Every time I click the checkout button I get an error message telling me there is an error on there end with a picture of a dog on it! I’ve called several times about it, each time I’m told it will be fixed within 24 hours and each time it’s not! Once I click the check out button I don’t even make it to a screen to enter billing info or shipping information! I can still make purchases under my personal account, funny! I’ve since then downloaded the business app rather than clicking on switch account! I’ve tried on multiple devices and same situation and error message! Needless to say Amazon Business is a Joke!

Amazon Business My Small Business and Amazon

I have been a small business owner for over 25 years. Since I started using Amazon Prime I have increased my profit levels per job. Amazon is able to supplying me with at or below market prices, needed quality products, in a timely manner. I have been able to consolidate most of my purchases to a single vendor. Most purchases I can have the materials delivered at my door faster than having to run them down myself. Amazon returns are a breeze. In short, I highly recommend any small business utilize the benefits of an Amazon Business Prime Account. I also recommend it for households. I used my account to Christmas, birthday, and even school clothes shop without any lines with their try before buy program.

Amazon Business Useless. Can’t even log in

YES, I have an Amazon business account. I CAN log in on the useless Amazon Business website that took me about 45 minutes this morning to finally find out where to search and find items to purchase for my business. Now after searching for another 30 minutes to find product searches with no success I figured I would download the app and try that but, no luck there either. When I attempt to sign in to the app it flashes the screen, kicks me out and says “The email you entered is being used for another Amazon account.”. It did let me sign in once for about 10 seconds after I kept trying to sign in and then it kicked me out. Now it does the exact same thing as before. Glad I hadn’t yet paid for Amazon Prime Business.

Amazon Business Forced on Me

Amazon forced me to change to their Business app because a lot of the supplies used at my work were shipped in my name. Really hate they took this approach without explaining it or giving me an option to separate my personal account from my Employer’s account . Now their latest Update has no option to browse Upcoming Deals or add them to the Watchlist or even view my Watchlist for my saved Upcoming Deals . Now, they’ve taken the “back” arrow away, so after viewing an item from a search, you have no option but to return to Home and start the search again. Amazon can make a better app than this, but either chooses not to or they’ve got one of their Executive’s nephew or niece in charge of their App development .

Amazon Business Terrible service

I have been a business account holder for three weeks and I’m all done with Amazon Business. Get Prime for business- fast free shipping, over half my orders were late, days late! Looking at similar items, only one had next day delivery-the most expensive one- it took a week to arrive. Now I’m comparing prices between my personal prime account and business prime account and there are big discrepancies- business account charges $15 more for the same item from the same seller than in my personal account. I can pay the sales tax and still get it cheaper than the tax exempt account lol. I’ve tried “chatting” with customer service and can’t get any response or resolve to these issues. I’m not if it’s a joke or a scam! I’ve already cancelled the business prime free trial and will not likely renew it for my personal account. Won’t likely shop on either anymore… Good grief Amazon!

Amazon Business AWFUL AMAZON POLICE

I’ve had Amazon for 10+ years and got my reviews silenced (banned forever) with a list of reasons that did not apply to me whatsoever like receiving gift cards- yeah I wish! or knowing sellers when I don’t, and they are policing reviews like Facebook bans when they don’t like something you post except worse because I raided some Halloween decorations and got a permanent ban! It is fraudulent to have a consumer buy crappy products and not be able to write an honest review so that the stars stay high and they get more people purchasing! All of the honest reviews get silenced so Amazon makes more money. it is wrong and hurts consumers! I used to spend so much money on Amazon but I refuse to be able to buy a product and not give my honest feedback on it so therefore I am looking for other ways to shop I believe this is happening to other people as well and Amazon really needs to change this or they are going to lose a lot of consumers at a rapid pace. i’m so disgusted with Amazon right now that I even deleted the app so that I won’t be tempted to purchase. I am waiting on a second reply from the mediator team to tell me whether I am able to review or not, I hope they make the right choice. If not, BYE BYE.

Amazon Business Glitch in the app

I tried to report this problem without writing a review but all of their links like “Report a Problem” take me to unrelated pages like trying to request a refund from Apple for a purchase. Odd. Anyways, recently Prime app, and the Business Prime app have started glitching to where the “Add to Cart” button is not clickable and does not function at all ONLY IF you are on a products page and there are multiple options offered (like if you’re looking at a phone case and it comes in different colors), if you click off of the original product page you got to from the search results, when it loads the new page, the “Add to Cart” button doesn’t work. Example: if I clicked on a search result for a particular phone case in blue, but then when that page opened and I see they also offer it in green, when I click on the green version, the “Add to Cart” button stops working. If I click the back button and go back to the blue one, I can add it to my cart with no problem, but no matter what I do or how many times I go back and forward, it won’t allow me to add the green one to my cart.

This problem is on both Apps, but if I open Amazon via safari on my iPhone, it works perfectly fine. This is a very annoying issue, and has been going on for months ever since I upgraded to Business Prime! I’ve updated my phone and all apps to the latest software updates and nothing changed. Please fix this Amazon!

Amazon Business Amazon ruins a simple thing again

This app should never have been launched and forced upon users without proper QA.

1. It offers no Amazon Fresh, a very vital thing businesses use. Now to get groceries an account holder has to ALSO get a standard prime account and pay a yearly membership for that. Their expenditures are dispersed making financial reconciliation messier

2. It offers no ability to generate an invoice within the app. I had to screen shot the two halves of the order summary because it of course is also not screenshot friendly. The regular account app seems to have the option to view the print version or download invoice but why would a business account need invoices, right? Why make a business app that excludes services and capabilities often needed by businesses anyway?

3. Amazon pushed the business account on users and got us to convert our personal accounts to business in the past with no warning that we would be losing services once the apps split up down the line. And now the switch is not reversible. You can’t go back to to a regular account without deleting the current one, losing ALL order history and metadata for your preferences. Why not have someone automatically create a new business account if they are interested in business, why make it so that it converts a personal account I’d it can’t be unmerged later? It’s preposterous.

This app is the sole reason I decided to completely cancel my prime membership. I have been trying to divest from Amazon anyway for it’s terrible business practices and morals but I was still holding on to the prime account for the groceries and the video streaming—and for items not orderable anywhere but Amazon. But at this point even that is not worth the hassle this terrible UX decision has created.

I hope you lose a ton of business because of this.

Amazon Business Can not link accounts

I can not link my personal and business account to use the “convenient” switch account option. Finding the “menu” is even difficult. Hate trying to navigate this site.

Amazon Business Freezes

GUI is not responsive. It takes about 3-5 seconds to add an item to my cart, phone freezes (like an old pentium) as items are added to cart. No other app does this. 14pro max

Cannot sign into the app - get an error message every single time. My company uses SSO (single sign-on) with Azure AD. Wonder if the app devs took those users into consideration?

This app only allows me to access my business account for amazon.com. I can't access my personal account for amazon.com.mx. You have to select a country that supports business accounts.

Can't login with the Authenticator app... doesn't let you hit the "log in" or enter key... same with the Amazon standard for business... smh

I have had extremely bad service in the past months. And no consideration from Amazon whatsoever. Nearly out of business because of broken products from Amazon. And they don’t care about their customers at all.

Amazon Business Can’t add to cart

Updated the app and now I can’t add anything to the cart. Pressing add to cart doesn’t do anything. Deleted the app and retired. Nothing. The regular Amazon app works fine. Really not seeing any benefit to this app over the regular app. But I guess this is a new feature.

Amazon Business Unable to use at all

I registered my business email to create a account and when i tried to sign in on the app it will literally just take me back to the sign in page. It didn’t say error or anything. I could kind of glance at the app allowing me to see the home page but it quickly just send me back to sign in.

Amazon Business You can’t trust Amazon as a supplier

I pay for expedited shipping, and it takes 2 weeks, I pay nothing for shipping and it’s overnighted.

I have recommended Samsung as a manufacturer for several years, but after Amazon refused to replace the defective device because I am a business owner I will need to be wary of what I recommend.

Amazon Business Can login to website but not mobile app

I get a login error that my email address is a consumer shopping account. But it’s not. Its never once been created, used or logged in on Amazon.com. And it works fine on the affiliate website. It’s just the mobile app that won’t work. So 1 star because I literally can’t use the app at all, and have to rely on the poor webpage UX instead.

Amazon Business Broken - can’t switch between businesses anymore

Do used to be able to switch between multiple businesses with a few clicks in the app. Now there’s absolutely no way to switch between a business unless you log out and log back in. When I called Amazon support they couldn’t access the app because they were in India and would get back to me via email. Not the kind of service I would expect for a $500 a year business membership.

Amazon Business Glitchy

It's hard to review this app because it has never worked for me. I have attempted several times to log in, even changing my password, but the result is the same. The page flickers and then brings me right back to the log in page. Would be nice if the app worked. Switching back and forth between personal and business is not a huge issue, but this would just be more convenient in my opinion.
